Abstract

Each region in Indonesia has advantages and disadvantages, such as location, facilities, and infrastructure. These advantages and disadvantages give rise to social inequalities, especially in rural areas. To minimize social inequality, the government provides village funds that can be used to build facilities and infrastructure, training, and tourism development through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The use of village fund assistance is discussed in village council meetings with the community. Some of the obstacles faced in the deliberations are the minimal attendance of participants, less than optimal participants getting information and giving opinions, and the corona virus-19 pandemic. Public concern about the COVID-19 pandemic has turned face-to-face meetings into virtual ones. In this study, public opinion obtained from village e-voting is processed using TF-IDF which aims to give weight to words as a reference in determining development priorities and empowerment needed by the community. After the system is completed, the system is tested with three characteristics of ISO 9126: usability, efficiency, and functional test. The results obtained from testing ISO 9126 are 86.5% for usability, 80% for efficiency, and 75.5% for functionality. TF-IDF generates requests for empowerment, improved facilities and infrastructure, and education. In the word cloud, empowerment becomes the most dominant, depicting it as the biggest. The results showed that the community's priorities and the results of the system were running well.

Abstract

Cukilan Village is one of the villages in the Suruh sub-district, Semarang Regency, Central Java. Almost all of the villagers in Cukilan Village work as farmers. Agriculture can generally be done anywhere, but the problem is how to increase and maintain production. For this reason, a classification system is needed to determine the suitability of soil types to plant species. Classification is carried out using the Naive Bayes method. After doing the calculations, it was found that the soil types of brown andosol, brown latosol, and reddish brown latosol have the highest suitability. In contrast, the dark brown Mediterranean has the lowest suitability. The classification results are then compared to the production results. Sweet potato plants have 100% suitability for all types of soil, but their production is not optimal. It was found that there are still many factors needed in the process of plant development, such as temperature, pH, fertilization, etc. Therefore, other calculation attributes are required to get maximum results, k. Then the mapping is carried out using a Geographic Information System (GIS), which visualizes agricultural land, drainage routes, and transportation routes.

Abstract

Monitoring jaringan diperlukan oleh administrator jaringan dalam mengelola sebuah jaringan. Perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan monitoring jaringan menggunakan protokol SNMP yang dipadukan dengan sistem monitoring menggunakan Zabbix. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk melihat serta memanfaatkan router untuk menampilkan informasi mengenai jaringan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah kurangnya tenaga administrator serta sistem monitoring jaringan yang belum mewadahi. Dengan ini tujuan penelitian terus dikembangkan sehingga administrator jaringan terbantu serta lebih cepat memecahkan persoalan untuk memonitoring jaringan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan Zabbix sebagai sistem monitoring yang bersifat open source. Aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan informasi dari perangkat jaringan seperti: Traffic Data, Bandwidth Usage, Network Interface. Hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan terbukti mampu untuk memonitoring jaringan menggunakan Zabbix berbasis SNMP dengan menampilkan hasil yang diharapkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan berjalannya sistem monitoring pada aplikasi Zabbix. Pengembangan sistem monitoring jaringan menggunakan Zabbix-server diharapkan dapat membantu mempercepat masalah yang terjadi serta menjadi tolak ukur sistem yang sedang dikembangkan.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas jaringan dan membatasi ancaman keamanan pada suatu jaringan komputer, maka diperlukan alat keamanan jaringan yang berkualitas, tepat dan baik. Penelitian ini membahas simulasi penggunaan extended ACL pada jaringan VLAN menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer pada jaringan komputer. Tujuannya adalah agar dapat mengontrol setiap layanan hak akses pengguna jaringan sehingga diketahui pola serangan dan pencegahannya. Ada enam tahap yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisa jaringan, desain jaringan, pengembangan jaringan, konfigurasi jaringan, pengujian jaringan dan analisa hasil pengujian. Hasil dari konfigurasi extended ACL yang telah dilakukan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui dan mengatasi adanya spam dengan cara membatasi hak akses dari jaringan VLAN maupun jaringan access point yang telah digunakan. Extended ACL yang dikonfigurasikan dapat membantu router secara tepat dalam membatasi hak akses pada setiap jaringan VLAN maupun jaringan access point dalam menentukan alamat network mana saja yang dapat saling terhubung dan berkomunikasi untuk dapat mengakses FTP server maupun web server.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplisitkan tacit knowledge mengenai nilai-nilai filosofi yang terkandung dalam setiap motif kain tenun Sumba. Kain ikat loli, kain putih, lambaleko lamboya, lambaleko loli, lambaleko malata, panggiling lamboya, panggiling wanokaka dan panggiling wanokaka modif merupakan jenis kain di Kabupaten Sumba Barat, khususnya di empat kecamatan. Penelitian ini mendeteksi jenis kain dari setiap motif yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Seci yang dipadukan dengan CNN dan disajikan dalam bentuk website. Dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa tacit knowledge kain tenun Sumba dapat dieksplisitkan. Hasil dari CNN menunjukkan bahwa dari total epoch yang dibangun didapatkan nilai akurasi pada epoch ke-10 bernilai 80%, validasi akurasi bernilai 100%, nilai error akurasi dengan nilai loss 0.2638%, dan validation loss sebesar 0.0477%. Tingginya hasil validasi akurasi dan rendahnya error akurasi, serta rendahnya validation loss disebabkan karena data citra yang dijadikan data uji bersifat tipe motif memiliki ciri yang khas. Berbeda dengan data citra tumbuhan dan makhluk hidup lainnya yang memiliki tipe yang beragam. Pembangunan website sebagai user interface telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keberhasilan prediksi tacit knowledge untuk setiap citra yang dijadikan sebagai data uji.

Abstract

The fast development of information technology has triggered tight business competition that also impacts the development of Micro, Medium, and Small Enterprises (MSME). Unfortunately, the MSME owners need to be made aware of the importance of the application of information technology, especially e-Commerce, to leverage product sales, as it causes their products to be less known by the public and affects their sales. This study aims to develop an MSME product sale helper besides familiarizing the MSME owners with Information Technology (IT) to carry out the direct sale. The phases of this research cover the data collection, analysis, application program design and implementation, and application testing using the blackbox method. The result of the study is a website-based e-Commerce application to help MSMEs market their products digitally.

Abstract

Electronic business (e-business) merupakan sebuah aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan teknologi informasi. Dengan e-business maka perusahaan dapat mengetahui seluruh proses dan perkembangan di perusahaan. Selain itu pemilik perusahaan juga dapat membuat sebuah keputusan berdasarkan analisis e-business dari perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah analisis strategi e-business pada home industry yaitu Toko XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dan tools untuk analisis, yaitu analisis SWOT, politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi (PEST), Porter’s five forces model, Value chain, dan critical success factor (CSF). Hasil penelitian ini adalah diidentifikasinya beberapa sistem informasi yang berpotensi pada Toko XYZ, guna meningkatkan strategi e-business untuk proses pemasaran maupun penjualan. Sistem informasi tersebut antara lain Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis CRM, Sistem Informasi Managemen Keuangan, Sistem Informasi Karyawan, Sistem Informasi Pergudangan, dan Sistem Informasi Geografis.

Abstract

iPusnas is a digital library application owned by the National Library of Indonesia that provides free e-book lending services for all Indonesian people. This application requires an evaluation to find out how useful it is for users. In addition, many sources of information can be accessed by the public; further research is needed to determine the loyalty of iPusnas users. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a regression approach carried out on 384 users. The measurement of usability level uses indicators of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, and Learnability by calculating the percentage. The development of the predictor model uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Estimation based on Linear Regression. Based on field data analysis, the usability level of the application is 73.66%, while the level of loyalty to its use is 56.26%. This data shows a correlation coefficient of 0.038; it offers a strong influence and has a linear direction. The OLS-based estimation method produces a predictor model equation of Y = 2.833 + 0.05X with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient confirms the field findings that the usefulness of the iPusnas application will affect user loyalty in utilizing the application as a source of information.

Abstract

Determining road construction priorities at the Garut Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office could be more effective in terms of validity in achieving goals and recap time because it needs good clustering. This study uses the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining and the k-means algorithm to classify road construction data with type, length, and construction cost attributes. The results of this study are the selection of five clusters with the smallest Davies-Bouldin index evaluation value of 0.1617. The analysis of the characteristics of the largest cluster road construction is from Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 5, and Group 4, with nominal development depending on the type of construction. From the clustering knowledge and cluster characteristics results, the Garut District PUPR office can prioritize the construction of small roads more than the construction of medium or large roads by looking at the submissions based on the cluster.

Abstract

The Koperasi is a business entity whose activities are based on kinship. There are several types of Koperasi, including Savings and Loans Koperasi. Savings and Loans Koperasi is a type of Koperasi whose function is to serve members who are in it and who are not members to carry out savings or loan business services. Granting loans to prospective debtors, of course, must be with much consideration. The process for disbursing funds generally takes two working days. This is because several things must be analyzed regarding the feasibility of prospective debtors in receiving loan credit, ranging from salary, home ownership, how many loans are proposed, what is guaranteed, and other things that can be considered. The SMART method and the MOORA method are two of the existing methods in a decision support system. These two methods perform multi-attribute decision-making where each decision chooses the highest result in ranking several alternatives. The data taken is data from prospective debtors from December 2021-March 2022. The calculations between actual data and calculations of SMART and MOORA SPKs show that from the calculations with SMART, 69.072% have the same results as actual data, and 30.928% have different results from the actual data. In the MOORA method, 40.206% of data have the same as actual data, and 59.79%. have different results from actual data.
