Abstract

The use of modern learning methods is still rarely applied in the learning process that has been going on. This has resulted in the learning achievements of students in recent years not increasing or only experiencing a slight increase in learning achievement. Based on this problem, there needs to be a change in terms of delivering fiqh material so that student learning achievements are increasing which can increase the quality of students in terms of understanding the material. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study was all students of class VIII MTs Mamba'ul Huda Tegalsari while the samples in this study were class 8.1 as a control class and class 8.2 as an experimental class. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the results of the T-test t_ (count )-6,111 > t_tabel 170,814 with a tiled sig of 0.00 < 0.05, which means that H_a accepted and H_0 rejected. Meanwhile, how much influence it has can be seen in the calculation of the value (cohen's effect size) shows that the percentage of 89%, where the number of percentages of 89% that have an effect size value of 1.2 can be interpreted as the application of the Index Card Match method has a high influence. Abstract

Some people are that, the use of vaccines is halal, but others are the opposite. Related to this, the Central MUI responded to public anxiety by issuing 2 fatwas, namely the fatwa for the law on the Sinovac vaccine and the Astrazeneca vaccine. As for the Sinovac vaccine, based on fatwa Number: 02 of 2021, it is stated that the Covid-19 Vaccine Product from Sinovac Life Sciences Co. Ltd. China And PT. Bio Farma (Persero) is lawful and holy. While the astrazeneca vaccine is based on Fatwa No. 14 of 2021 concerning the Law on the Use of 19 Astrazeneca vaccines, the law is haram. The existence of taking advantage of pig trypsin in the vaccine production process became the basis for determining the haram fatwa. However, its use is permitted for emergency reasons. Unlike the Central MUI, the East Java MUI stated otherwise. In the meeting of the East Java MUI Fatwa Commission on March 21, 2021, it was determined that the vaccine developed by the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca Plc was halalan thayyiban or halal and good. This resulted in a dualism of fatwa, namely the fatwa issued by the central MUI and the East Java MUI, even though the ending was both applicable. Therefore, the researcher considers it very important and fundamental to examine the responses of the kiai in the city of Kediri, especially the kiai of the Islamic boarding school Lirboyo and Al Falah Ploso to the fatwa of the central MUI and the East Java MUI regarding the Astrazeneca vaccine law. This paper aims to (1) examine the responses of the kiai of the city of Kediri to the differences in the fatwas of the central MUI and the MUI of East Java in the use of the Astrazeneca vaccine, (2) assess the response of the kiai of the city of Kediri on the understanding and willingness of the public to participate in the government's vaccine program

Abstract

This study aims to explain the Implementation ofMethods Problem Solving in Islamic Religious Education Learning in Class X Accounting 2 at SMK Nurut Taqwa Songgon Academic Year 2020/2021, explaining the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the use of themethod ProblemSolving at SMK Nurut Taqwa Songgon. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Methods of collecting data using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research subjects or respondents in the study were the principal, Islamic religious education teacher, students of class X Accounting 2. The validity of the data was carried out by triangulation. And data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation ofmethods problem solving in learning Islamic religious education at SMK Nurut Taqwa Songgon uses three components in the learning process, namely, planning, implementation, evaluation. In planning, educators have prepared learning tools such as syllabus and lesson plans. For the implementation process, educators have carried out in accordance with the steps of themethod problem solving. And for evaluation, the teacher evaluates by means of a written test or test and the teacher sees the activeness and hard work of the students. Supporting factors are support from students, parents and teachers, adequate media, systematic student mindset, not being creative in learning, and especially with professional teachers. There are quite a lot of time inhibiting factors, requiring regular and careful planning, and the lack of motivation of students to study Islamic religious education. Because most students are only interested in learning general science. And also some students who are busy themselves, because some students are not happy with the way a teacher delivers so that it makes noise in the class and disturbs their friends. Lack of confidence and some are still shy in expressing their opinion.

Abstract

Occurs in some communities around the world, including Gayo’s community. Gayo community has a syntem of costomary law tha plays an important role in organizing community life, including the practice of marriage objectives of this research to analyze the underage unservice of the Gayo. The method used in this research is a qualitativeve approach with descriptive approach. Using interview, and document analysts are undernending underdomed practice in Gayo’s society.the results showed that the customary hammo in Gayo community has a strong influence on wending practices under umnur. The law provides legitimacy of underwriting practices with the grounds of maintaining the family’s honor, maintaining tradition, or avoiding social cinflicts. This study provides understanding of the causes of underage marriage practices in Gayo community, as well as the role of costomary law in this phenomenom

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out the legal system in the State of Somalia, the implementation of religious justice and the authority of religious justice in the State of Somalia. In this writing, the author uses a normative legal approach method and the results are analyzed through descriptive analysis, namely describing and explaining the legal system, the implementation of religious justice and its authority in the State of Somalia. The main data sources obtained in this study through several literature studies. With the results of research the Somali State before independence adhered to the British and Italian colonial legal systems, after independence it became a country with a multi-party parliamentary legal system. The State of Somalia has four court systems, first, the Supreme Court. Second, the Court of Appeal. Third, Regional Courts. Fourth, District Courts.

Abstract

Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier adalah keyakinan diri seseorang untuk menentukan tujuan kariernya. Dukungan orangtua pada bidang karir merupakan dorongan yang diberikan guna menentukan tujuan karir pada anak Sikap proaktif merupakan tindakan inisiatif yang dimiliki oleh individu. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan orangtua terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier yang dimediasi oleh sikap proaktif pada mahasiswa ditahun pertama perkuliahan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 53 yang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 38 perempuan. Instumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Career Related Parental Support Scale (CRPSS) Chinese Version, Proactive Personality Scale (PPS), dan Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDMSE)-Ind. Analisis mediasi menggunakan Process Hayes model 4. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara dukungan orangtua terhadap efikasi diri terhadap kepuusan karier pada mahasiswa tahun pertama.

Abstract

Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School in South Lampung is still not yet qualified for a nadzir. Article 6 paragraph (3) of Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977, that nadzir must be registered at the Religious Affairs Office of the local sub-district for approval. This purpose is to find out the state of the relationship between one thing and another, especially causal relationships. This type of research is field research with a case study approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data wetness using source and method triangulation. The results showed that the Nadzir in the Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School in South Lampung was legal according to Shari'ah, but not in accordance with applicable legislation. So that the management of cash waqf at the Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School in South Lampung is legal according to the provisions of Shari'ah, but when viewed according to the applicable laws there are still some cash waqf implementations that are not appropriate.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah hubungan spiritual dan fisik antara seorang pria dan wanita memiliki tanggung jawab bagi kedua pasangan. Suku Sasak adalah kelompok masyarakat asli di pulau Lombok. Suku Sasak merupakan masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi adat istiadat, aturan, dan hubungan sosial. Salah satu adat istiadat yang mereka anut adalah perkawinan semarga. Garis keturunan "Lalu" suku Sasak khususnya di pedalaman pulau Lombok memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam bidang politik, sosial, dan budaya. Perkawinan Sasak dibumbui oleh hukum Islam dan hukum adat, tetapi ada juga tradisi hukum yang masih relevan hingga saat ini, yaitu hukum negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperluas persepsi dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang hukum yang mengatur perkawinan Sasak bermarga keturunan bangsawan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif untuk menjelaskan bagaimana hukum yang diterapkan pada perkawinan Sasak bermarga sebagai kriteria kafa'ah bagi masyarakat Sasak di desa Denggen dan bagaimana pandangan masyarakat dan tokoh adat terhadap perkawinan bermarga serta penyebab perkawinan bermarga di Lombok Timur. Temuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1. Kebiasaan menikah dalam satu marga sebagai kriteria kafa'ah yaitu agama dan nasab di Desa Denggen adalah hal yang sah selama tidak bertentangan dengan agama Islam, karena agama Islam itu sendiri bertujuan untuk memberikan kemaslahatan. 2. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pernikahan orang yang memiliki marga yang sama, seperti modernitas, agama, lokasi, cinta, pendidikan, adat istiadat atau kebiasaan daerah, dan genetik. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan; Bangsawan; Pernikahan Semarga.

Abstract

Inheritance Law which regulates the ownership of assets transferred by the heir to the heirs in the form of money, goods, land or Sharia rights. Reforms regarding inheritance law in Islamic countries on average use 2:1 for the distribution formula, namely men get 2 more shares than women. However, this is not the same as the legal reform that occurred in Somalia, where the division between men and women was equalized, namely 1:1. This research is qualitative research that uses a Gender Equality approach because it sees changes in inheritance law carried out by Somalia to equalize the division between men and women. Somalia's inheritance law is different from the provisions regulated in the Al-Qur'an and the Shafi'i Madzhab which are used as guidelines by the country. Apart from that, the provisions of inheritance law in Somalia are not in accordance with the provisions of other Madzhabs. This shows that the inheritance law has changed due to the social and familial elements that exist in the country of Somalia which adheres to a socialist system. The results of this research, namely the 1:1 distribution formula initiated by Somalia, show that the right to inherit property is equal for men and women. This illustrates that Somalia wants to equalize the rights for men and women in obtaining inheritance. So the issue of gender differences does not determine the distribution of inheritance in Somalia. This equalization of the distribution of inheritance raises the status of women so that equality between men and women is visible.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 succeeded in coloring the world of Islamic education in Indonesia. The world of Islamic education is experiencing a digital transformation that brings real changes to people's paradigms and behavior. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the method of literature (library research). The results of the study found that the educational ideas formulated by al-Zarnuji were related to educational goals, curriculum, teachers, students, and learning methods. Al-Zarnuji's Islamic educational thinking is still relevant to be applied in the Society 5.0 era.
