Abstract

This study aims to reveal the thoughts of nationalism and humanism of Tjipto Mangunkusumo's in Banda Naira. He was one of the national figures who exiled in Banda Naira in 1928. Came after, Mr. Iwa Kusumasumantri, Mohammad Hatta, and Sutan Sjahrir. The thoughts and examples of national figures are important to be revealed to answer the problems of national leadership with integrity today. This paper is based on modern historiographic research, which is an approach to reconstructing images of the past based on data for the purpose of explaining the present and designing the future. Modern historiography was chosen to test the 'validity' of historical facts by means of modern methodological measures. Focuses on tracing perceptions, interpretations and historical methods used by past historians to then contextualize for the present. This study shows that Tjipto's idea of nationalism is democratic-nationalism. This category is understood as a combination of revolutionary ideas on the one hand, and Tjipto's negotiating actions on the other. The character of Tjipto's humanism is political-humanism. This refers to the fact of Tjipto's struggle which aims to fight against the authority of human desire to colonize humans. His efforts to fight against the human colonial system, made his orientation of humanism only to uplift human dignity as a creature of God who deserves to be glorified.

Abstract

The sad phenomenon regarding the current shift in the Buru regional language is a very dominant factor threatening the extinction of its people's identity. Of the total population of 132,100 people in Buru district, only about 14,000 know the Buru language, and only about 5,000 people are able and active in communicating using the Buru language. This study aims to examine the condition of regional dialects ​​in Indonesia, especially on the island of Buru, which has experienced a shift that has an impact on extinction, what are the factors that affect the destruction of the Buru regional language, and what are the first steps to prevent the extinction. This study applied a qualitative approach with phenomenology design to describe the phenomena that occur in connection with the shift in regional languages ​​on the island of Buru. The results found that the language shift phenomenon and the threat of extinction of the Buru language in Buru district are increasing day by day due to the dominance of the Indonesian language and the development of information technology, and the lack of public and government awareness in preserving local languages ​​as their identity.

Abstract

This study the analysis of language errors in Indonesian subjects at MTs LKMD Waemoli, Buru Regency in class discussion activities. The research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting data objectively about the object of research, namely language errors in class discussion activities of class VIII students of MTs LKMD Waemoli, Buru Regency, especially words, phrases, clauses, and the sentence. Data collection techniques are carried out to obtain the information needed in order to achieve the research objectives, the techniques used are observation techniques and recording techniques. The results showed that the form of language error analysis for grade VII students at MTs LKMD Waemoli, Buru Regency in class discussion activities was the use of words, use of phrases, use of clauses, and use of sentences. Based on the data obtained regarding the analysis of students' language errors in class discussions, it can be said that in the use of words there are 168 non-standard word uses, in the use of phrases there are 7 errors, the use of clause errors there are 13 errors and 10 errors in the use of sentences. The overall dialogue on the data in the analysis is 146 which is more wrong with the use of errors in words.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the function of coaching units according to the regulation of the Head of the Republic of Indonesia police Force No. 3 year 2015 about community development, Polres Buru has been formed several years since Buru Island was set to be the Buru regency, originally named Polres Pulau 2005 Buru The police themselves in this case have prepared personnel representing the field of community coaching. Essentially build a partnership between the police and the community so that it materialize mutual trust, respect and mutual respect between the police and the community. The police are acceptable and supported by the community. Police activities to encourage, direct, and mobilize the community to play a role in the Binkamtibmas (Security coach and community order) through the form of Pamswakarsa and the implementation of the Community Policing model among others conducted through the assignment of police members to Bhayangkara Pembina Kamtibmas (Bhabinkamtibmas) which refers to the head of the Republic of Indonesia National Police number: B/3377/IX/2011/Baharkam dated 29 September 2011 about the deployment of Bhabinkamtibmas in the village.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank BPDM Namlea Branch. This research is a type of explanatory research (explanatory), which has the aim of explaining the influence. The influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of BPDM bank customers. The research object in this study is the branch office of the Maluku Regional Development Bank (BPDM). The population in this study were all customers who use the services of the Bank BPDM Namlea Branch. While the sample in the study were customers who used BPDM Namlea Branch bank service products who happened to meet a researcher who was considered suitable as a data source and was willing to fill out a questionnaire or questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study using path analysis with the help of calculations through the SPSS release 23.0 program. Abstract

Abstract This study describes the basis for the application of material criminal law to criminal acts of drug abuse and to determine the judge's consideration in making a decision on case No. 5 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Nla. This research was conducted in the city of Namlea, namely in the Namlea District Court using primary and secondary data methods. Data (interview) directly with the parties concerned. Meanwhile, secondary data collection techniques are carried out by reading documents or regulations and literature books related to the material to be presented in the thesis. After all the data is collected, the data is processed and analyzed qualitatively and then presented descriptively, that is, searching for and collecting data related to the object and the problem under study, then systematically arranging it to get a clear and complete picture, so that an answer is obtained as a conclusion to the problem. researched. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that: 1) in Decision No. 5 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Nla, the Public Prosecutor uses the second indictment, namely Article 127 paragraph (1) letter a of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics the elements in the indictment have been deemed proven by the Public Prosecutor. that is, the acts and elements of the article match each other, and according to the author, the application of material criminal law in this case is not in accordance with the applicable criminal law in Indonesia. 2) in Decree No. 5 / Pid.Sus / 2020 / PN Nla, the author does not agree with the Panel of Judges in implementing Article 127 because the elements are not proven and do not match each other, the Panel of Judges is wrong in making decisions without looking at Articles 54, 55 and 103 of the Republic of Indonesia Constitution No.35 Years 2009 About Narcotics. Abstract

This research aimed to find out the learning style of an outstanding student and the factors influencing the outstanding students to keep enjoying the learning process and win many achievements. This research implemented a descriptive qualitative method. To obtain the data, the researchers tried to find out the school documentation, directly observed, interviewed the student as the primary data also interviewed the teacher, family, and friends. The subjects observed was a  student  from XI IPA1 SMA NEGERI 1 BURU. The researchers collected the data, arranged the data, and presented the data. The proses data of analyzed taking as long as the research held. To get in-depth analysis, the data were collected during and after the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the educational value of the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a dynamic structuralism approach. The method used in this research is the observation method with the note-taking technique. The data was collected by classifying and describing the elements of literary works that were the subject of the study which emphasized the values ​​that exist in the novel Partikel. The data source is the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari, while the research data is sentences, phrases, and words that contain an educational value. The results showed that the educational value contained in the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari is 1) the value of religious education; 2) the value of moral education; 3) social education value is a value that teaches people to be better towards themselves, other people, animals, and nature. The educational value contained in the novel Partikel by Dewi Lestari includes attitudes and ways of life of a person such as being loyal to friends, tolerance, determination, helping and preserving animals and nature; 4) the value of cultural education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA1 SMAN 1 Sabbangparu melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray pada materi sistem ekskresi pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom action research)yang dilakukan berupa proses pengkajian bersiklus yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (action), pengamatan (observation) dan refleksi (reflection). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1Sabbangparu Kabupaten Wajo dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas XI IPA1 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa. Tekhnik pengumpulan data aktivitas belajar siswa diambil dengan menggunakan lembar observasi selama proses belajar mengajar di kelas sementara tekhnik pengumpulan data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh melalui tes akhir setiap siklus. Data hasil observasi siswa selama pelaksanaan tindakan dianalisis secara kualitatif, sedangkan data tes hasil belajar dianalisis secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray pada materi sistem ekskresi kelas XI IPA1 SMAN 1 Sabbangparu.

Abstract

This reasearc aimed to analyze financial performance. Rika Mart Baubau years 2018 - 2019 in terms of profitability, liquidity and solvency. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the company's liquidity during the last two years shows an increase in Cash Ratio of 16:32%. The increase in current assets due to the addition of cash and bank in the year 2019, while the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio companies decreased respectively by 12.72% for the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio 8.89% for. This occurs because of the increase occurred Passiva smoothly that additional debt from PT. Rika Mart. In general liquidity ratio current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio is below 200% in 2019 and 2018 so it is still relatively very low and illiquid (ilikuid). Solvency Ratio Companies for 2019 and 2018 is still quite solvable, still showing a good situation for the company, but remain aware of and need for additional capital to improve the company's financial performance is better in the future. In 2019, Gross Margin Ratio increased by 4:57% This shows the cost savings incurred to get production can be achieved. As for the Operating Margin Ratio decreased by 0.98%.
