Abstract

State revenue from the tax sector in the APBN always increases every year. Taxes are the backbone of state revenue. As Indonesian citizens, of course we realize how essential tax revenue is with the aim of meeting the needs of the state. The importance of one's obligation to pay taxes has been constitutionally outlined precisely in Article 23A of the 1945 Constitution. By paying taxes, citizens have contributed to realizing the general welfare as the ideals of the state. However, due to the large number of taxpayers who do not have good intentions and do everything they can to avoid paying their tax debts, it is therefore necessary to implement gijzeling (hostage taking) as a last resort in a series of tax collections. The method used in this legal research is a normative juridical legal approach, this approach emphasizes legal science but also looks at the reality that applies in society. Based on the results of the study, there are several obstacles in the implementation of gijzeling, namely starting from inadequate human resources where there are not enough officers to carry out hostage taking (gijzeling). Second, the lack of awareness of every tax insurer to immediately pay off their tax debts, many of the tax bearers do illegal ways to be free from all tax debts. Thus, in order to optimize the application of Gijzeling, it is necessary to apply the precautionary principle to tax bearers who do not have good faith in paying off all their tax arrears and make Gijzeling the last resort in a series of tax collections. Second, there needs to be socialization from hostage agencies regarding the technicalities and benefits of Gijzeling to the community

Abstract

Efforts to realize the reform of the government bureaucracy that prioritizes transparency, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness, productivity to eradicate corruption, the government seeks to eradicate the bad stigma from the wider community towards the image of civil servants. As contained in Law Number 5 of 2014 (ASN Law), the classification of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) consists of Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The ASN Law with its derivative rules, namely Government Regulation (PP) Number 49 of 2018 concerning Management of Government Employees with Work Agreements has not been able to provide legal certainty for PPPK because it actually creates large gaps such as the gap in rights between PPPK and PNS, especially in the right to terminate relations. work. Therefore, in this study, we will examine the legal protection efforts for PPPK in terminating employment based on the ASN Law and examine legal remedies that can be taken by PPPK in the event of an instant termination of employment. To deal with matters relating to Termination of Employment Contracts (PHPK) currently, administrative measures can be used, which consist of objections and appeals in resolving employment disputes, especially for PPPK. The results of this study used a normative juridical approach which was carried out based on the main legal material. The purpose of this research is to find out the appropriate legal protection for PPPK related to the termination of the employment agreement based on Law Number 5 of 2014 and legal remedies that can be taken. Suggestions from the results of this study are legislators can formulate implementing regulations both in the form of perfecting regulatory loopholes related to reasons for respectful dismissal not at their own request and regulatory loopholes in legal remedies for PHPK.

Abstract

If Indonesia experienced 2x Communist rebellions (1948 and 1965), then during the first 20 years this country did experience acute ideological problems, and continued until 1992. The ideological problems were never finished after the 1998 Reformasi, although on a different spectrum. In a changing situation, Indonesia may experience the same problem. And if so, what conditions are most likely to make a difference? What is the impact on technology use? Indonesia already has the Pancasila ideology which was formulated by the founding fathers of the country. Ideology comes from layers of national character, as well as a mixture of international ideologies. But what are the consequences for a country of this size? In a pragmatic view, Pancasila is a strategy of social and economic gain. But if Pancasila does not become an authentic value and lifestyle, Pancasila is no more important than the religion embraced by the Indonesian people, even if the religion in question can be socially internalized. Various possibilities must be explored; Pancasila remains relevant in the life of the Indonesian nation. Especially in the use of technology that is getting stronger. There has never been a research article like this that connects global ideology with national ideology, as well as history at the macro and micro levels. At the level of analysis, there has also never been a research article looking at social change with empirical ideological values. Thus, the specificity of this research is to summarize various aspects of ideological issues, as well as the challenges facing technology issues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the snowball throwing method in listening learning to find news headlines for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Watampone Bone Regency. The approach in this research is descriptive quantitative and the design or experimental design used in this research is the Rondomized Control-Group Test Only Design. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Watampone, Bone Regency. While the samples were students of class VIII A as the control class and students of class VIII B as the experimental class. The data collection technique in this study was a test technique in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions. The results of the t-test calculation show that the t-count value is 4.1680, which is greater than the 1% significant level for dk=64. The t-table is 2.386. Thus, it shows that t-count > t-table is 4.1680 > 2.386 so that at the level of 1% the data obtained is very significant, then the Ho hypothesis is rejected. It can be concluded that listening learning to find the main news using the snowball throwing method is effectively applied to class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Watampone, Bone Regency. This can be seen from the average value of the control class of 74.25 and the average result of the experimental class of 83.8529. The conclusion of this research is that the snowball throwing method is effectively used in learning to listen to news stories for class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Watampone, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Penebangan liar di Indonesia sebenarnya bukan masalah baru. Masalah illegal logging sudah ada sejak zaman Orde Lama, bahkan sebelumnya. Istilah illegal logging baru belakangan ini populer, namun deforestasi, termasuk illegal logging, sudah berlangsung lama. Umumnya illegal logging atau pembalakan liar dilatarbelakangi oleh kepentingan ekonomi. Masyarakat yang ingin mendapat untung lebih, para pekerja yang menebang pohon, masyarakat sekitar hutan yang melakukan illegal logging karena mereka sangat membutuhkan pendapatan untuk bertahan hidup. tujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku perusakan hutan dan menjamin keberadaan hutan secara berkelanjutan dengan tetap menjaga kelestarian dan tidak merusak lingkungan serta ekosistem sekitarnya. penelitian Metode kualitatif ini bisa dipergunakan untuk mengungkap serta memahami sesuatu dibalik fenomena yang sedikitpun belum diketahui. Format naratif kualitatif bertujuan buat mendeskripsikan, meringkaskan berbagai kondisi, situasi atau banyak sekali fenomena realitas sosial yang ada pada masyarakat. Unsur-unsur yang terdapat dalam tindak kejahatan Illegal Logging mencakup kegiatan, pembalakan, pengangkutan kayu, penebangan, penebangan kayu, dan pembelian kayu, yang dapat merusak hutan, serta ada aturan hukum yang melarang dan bertentangan dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku. Illegal Logging mencakup serangkaian kegiatan dalam kehutanan sehubungan dengan penggunaan dan pengelolaan hutan yang bertentangan dengan aturan hukum dan mungkin merusak hutan. disimpulkan bahwa orang yang melakukan tindak pidana illegal logging ini adalah orang-orang yang tidak memikirkan dampak ataupun pengaruh yang akan muncul jika dilakukannya illegal logging ataupun penebangan pohon hutan secara liar. Dampak illegal logging sangatlah merugikan masyarakat selain dapat menimbulkan bencana alam, tetapi juga akan menimbulkan bencana dalam krisis kebutuhan sosial maupun ekonomi.

Abstract

State Civil Apparatus Employees carry out their duties and obligations in providing public services based on Article 11 and 23 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus so a good public service system is needed so that every State Civil Apparatus (ASN). However, it is not only a good public service system but also the professionalism of ASN employees which is then reflected in the implementation of public services in the community. During the pandemic, several things need to be developed and considered, especially the change from offline habits to now being required to carry out their duties and functions online, and supported by the plan of President Jokowi to replace ASN with artificial intelligence (AI). The results of the study indicate that a clear division of authority is not enough, so it is necessary to develop a new paradigm for ASN to improve the competence of the ASN itself. This study aims to show that State Civil Apparatus Employees must make changes and adjustments during the pandemic related to increasing managerial and information technology abilities and decision making.

Abstract

God's Word clearly and straightforwardly states that people who have believed in Christ, in other words who have come out of darkness or death, and entered into light or life have an awareness of the obligation to show love through sacrifice for others as a representation of Christ's love. real and perfect (John 3:14-16 (NKJV). This has been proven by the early church, Christ's faithful disciples in serving one another without regard to their own egos, but on the contrary were willing to sacrifice personal property for the sake of meeting the needs of others, so that harmony and unity in brotherly love are created for the glory of the Kingdom of God Acts 2:42-47 (NIV). The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the crisis of love in the lives of believers today. Christianity is not can be separated from the person of Christ where He is the central figure Research approach method The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through various sources such as the Bible, books, journals, interviews, and other sources that are related to the topic of study. As a result, firstly, the purpose of some believers' lives is not to glorify Christ, but rather for their own interests so that they become a stumbling block. Second, the value of the life lived by Christians is no different from the value of the life of the world (outside of Christianity). it can be concluded that there are two causes of the crisis of love in the lives of believers today, namely: First, the purpose of the life that some believers live is not to glorify Christ, but rather for their own interests so that they become a stumbling block and shift from God's mission.

Abstract

The Quality Control Division plays an important role in Inbound and production activities by ensuring that incoming goods are received in the form of raw materials properly without any defects or called zero defects. Relevant previous research is one of the supports that can be used as a key for the research to be started. In this study, the previous research variables used as a reference are Quality Control, Lead-time, and Inbound Activities. In the midst of very tight competition between companies, it is influenced by competent Human Resources so that the company's productivity remains stable and even increases and can achieve the company's own goals. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sample of this study were 40 respondents, employees of PT. Syngenta Indonesia production and operations division. The results showed that Quality Control had a positive and significant effect on inbound logistics activities and the Lead Time variable also had a positive and significant effect on inbound logistics activities. It can be concluded that the applied quality control process has proven to have a positive effect on the activities of receiving and delivering goods to PT. Syngenta Indonesia GP Site through the dimensions of material control, process control, finished product inspection.

Abstract

One of the causes of work stress is bad interpersonal relationships between employees. Interpersonal relationships are interactions that are built by employees in work situations with the aim of working together productively. The condition of the organization in this hospital has problems between other divisions that trigger a less harmonious relationship. This causes interpersonal relationships with other divisions to be uncomfortable and miscommunication occurs. This is also one of the problems of conflict within the company that occurs in various forms and styles, which hinders the relationship of individuals with groups or larger groups. Therefore the aim is to know the impact of the given manipulation. Manipulation given in experimental research is the provision of treatment or intervention. the research method used, experimental research is research by manipulating the respondent's condition with the aim of knowing the impact of the manipulation given. Manipulation given in experimental research is the provision of treatment or intervention. The experimental design used is a pretest-posttest control group design, which is a form of experimental research using two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, where the experimental group is given treatment while the control group is not treated. The results showed that the experimental group that was given the Appreciative Inquiry treatment got a higher score than the control group. Based on the results of the quantitative analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely Appreciative Inquiry can improve interpersonal relationships between employees at XYZ Hospital. This can be proven from the results of the study which showed that the experimental group that was given the Appreciative Inquiry treatment got a higher score than the control group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of advertising disclosure on source trust in social media, identify and analyze the effect of advertising disclosure on source expertise on social media, identify and analyze the effect of advertising disclosure on consumer buying intentions on social media, identify and analyze the influence of source trust. on consumer purchase intentions on social media, and knowing and analyzing the influence of source expertise on consumers' purchase intentions on social media. The sample taken is some of the active users of social media. The number of samples in this study is a minimum of 170 active users of social media. Test method and data analysis using SEM-AMOS. The results of this study indicate that advertising disclosure has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, advertising disclosure has a significant positive effect on expertise, advertising disclosure has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, and expertise has a significant positive effect on purchase intention.
