Abstract

The writer examines the competence of communications in work that influenced the spirit of work. Communication used in work was still verbal and rarely used the available means. A leader's communication patterns with people he or she leads. The ability to communicate at work that can build up the spirit of work. Poor communication can affect employee spirit. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method in which to collect information and describe it in the study so that it sees one whole entity. Based on the thoughts carried out in this research, communication has a bearing on performance satisfaction, and this means that work satisfaction is influenced by communication. Another factor in influencing vigorous work is work facilities and infrastructure. The leadership factor is influential in delivering messages. A leader must care, participle, and be open to opinions.

Abstract

Abstract: This research examines the meaning of the phrase "you are the light of the world" based on the text of Matthew 5:14 and applies it in the service of God's servants. By using qualitative research methods, especially interpretive literature study approaches, the meaning of the expression is obtained. Jesus' purpose was to make that expression to emphasize to each student to be an example and example, to be a counselor and guide. That is how every servant of God should apply. Abstrak: Penelitian ini meneliti tentang makna ungkapan “kamu adalah terang dunia” berdasarkan teks Matius 5:14 dan menerapkannya dalam pelayanan hamba Tuhan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, khususnya pendekatan kajian pustaka interpretatif, maka diperoleh makna dari ungkapan itu. Maksud Yesus menegemukakan ungkapan itu untuk menegaskan kepad setiap murid untuk menjadi contoh dan teladan, menjadi penasihat dan pembimbing. Demikianlah yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh setiap hamba Tuhan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a theological study of the meaning of the phrase Jesus "ego eimi" or "I am" which appears seven times in the Gospel of John. By using a qualitative approach specifically to the literature review, the meaning is obtained. Actually this phrase would emphasize two urgent things, namely: about the divinity of Jesus and about Jesus' mission in the world. Abstrak: Penelitian ini tentang studi teologis terhadap makna ungkapan Yesus “ego eimi” atau “Aku adalah” yang muncul tujuh kali dalam Injil Yohanes. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang secara spesifik kepada kajian pustaka, maka diperolehlah maknanya. Sebenarnya ungkapan ini hendak menekankan dua hal yang urgen, yakni: tentang keilahian Yesus dan tentang misi Yesus di dunia.

Abstract

Abstract: Church music must be understood correctly based on the principles contained in the word of God. By having a correct understanding of the meaning, purpose, who, and how and when church music should be performed, our worship of God through music and singing will build faith and glorify God. Church music are absolutely based on God's will. Church music is not an option, but an obligation for every church in response to God's redemptive work in his life. Church music and singing are not in the framework of introducing one element to another in an arrangement of liturgical events, and not in the context of an enjoyable joint activity to sing favorite songs. Our encounter with God through His maintenance work at all times, that is the motor that drives the music and songs that we offer to God. Therefore, in this study, it will explain clearly what is meant by ecclesiastical music and then be examined theologically based on the description of Bible verses as a basic material and supported by existing literature sources. Abstrak: Musik gerejawi harus dipahami secara benar berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam firman Allah. Dengan memiliki pemahaman yang benar akan makna , tujuan, siapa, dan bagaimana serta kapan seharusnya musik gerejwi itu dilakukan, maka penyembahan kita kepada Allah melalui musik dan nyanyian akan membangun iman dan memuliakan Allah. Musik dan nyanyian gerejawi mutlak didasari oleh kehendak Allah. Musik gerejawi bukan merupakan pilihan, melainkan kewajiban bagi setiap gereja sebagai respon atas karya penebusan Allah dalam hidupnya. Musik dan nyanyian gerejawi bukan dalam rangka sebagai pengantar antar unsur yang satu dengan unsur lainnya dalam sebuah susunan acara liturgi, dan bukan pula dalam rangka suatu aktifitas kegiatan bersama yang menyenangkan untuk menyanyikan lagu-lagu kesayangan. Perjumpaan kita dengan Allah melalui karya pemeliharaan-Nya pada setiap waktu, itulah yang menjadi motor yang menggerakkan musik dan nyanyian yang kita persembahkan kepada Allah. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan menguraikan secara jelas apa yang dimaksud dengan musik gerejawi dan kemudian dikaji secara teologis berdasarkan uaraian ayat-ayat Alkitab sebagai bahan dasar dan didukung oleh sumber-sumber pustaka yang ada.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Today there are many problems that make some people wonder about the suffering that surrounds them, even those that affect themselves. The question they raise is where is God right now? Is there still God? If God still exists, then why does He allow His people to suffer? This question ultimately leads to the orthodoxy of the Christian faith about God. Humans suffer because it is their own choice that starts from the first human choices namely Adam and Eve where they prefer not to obey God so they fall into sin. Departing from this understanding that led to various controversies about the origin of sin. Is there original sin or inherited sin as Augustine understood? How do you resolve this controversial issue? This article will discuss Jean Jacques Rousseau view of the origin of sin from the perspective of the Bible. Keywords: Sin, Suffering, Crime ABSTRAK Zaman sekarang ini banyak terjadi persoalan-persoalan yang membuat beberapa orang yang bertanya-tanya tetang penderitaan yang ada di sekitar mereka, bahkan yang menimpa diri mereka sendiri. Pertanyaan yang mereka lontarkan adalah dimanakah Tuhan saat ini? Apakah masih ada Tuhan? Jika Tuhan masih ada, lalu mengapa Dia membiarkan umat-Nya mengalami penderitaan? Pertanyaan ini pada akhirnya membawa pada orthodoksi iman Kristen tentang Allah. Manusia mengalami penderitaan karena itu adalah pilihannya sendiri yang dimulai dari pilihan manusia pertama yakni Adam dan Hawa dimana mereka lebih memilih untuk tidak taat kepada Tuhan sehingga mereka jatuh dalam dosa. Berangkat dari pemahaman inilah yang menimbulkan berbagai kontroversi tentang asal-usul dosa. Apakah ada dosa asal atau dosa warisan seperti pada pemahaman Agustinus? Bagaimanakah menyelesaikan persoalan kontroversial ini? Pada artikel ini akan dibahas tentang pandangan Jean Jacques Rousseau tentang asal-usul dosa dari sudut pandang Alkitab. Abstract: This article talks about a biblical study of the text of Matthew 28: 19-20. This study was conducted to gain an understanding of Christian Religious Education in Matthew 28: 19-20. So that every PAK teacher can apply in applying and teaching students. Abstrak: Artikel ini berbicara tentang kajian biblika terhadap teks Matius 28:19-20. Abstract

Abstract: This research is about literature study on whether or not a servant of God smokes. This research was carried out based on the observation of researchers that there are still many servants of God who smoke, both openly and quietly. By using a qualitative approach and focusing on data or information from the literature, the results are obtained that should servants of God should not smoke. This result is also based on several perspectives such as: medical, ethical, legal and especially on the Bible. Keywords: God's Servant, Smoking, Problematics Abstraksi: Penelitian ini tentang kajian pustaka terhadap boleh tidaknya seorang hamba Tuhan merokok. Penelitian ini dilakuka berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti bahwa masih banyak hamba Tuhan yang merokok, baik yang terang-terangan maupun yang sembunyi-bunyi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menitikberatkan pada data atau informasi dari literatur maka diperoleh hasil bahwa seharusnya hamba Tuhan tidak boleh merokok. Hasil ini juga didasarkan pada beberapa perspektif seperti: medis, etis, hukum dan terutama pada Alkitab. Kata Kunci: Hamba Tuhan, Merokok, Problematika

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a literature study of the fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5: 22-23. By using a qualitative approach, the results are found that the fruits of the Spirit should be owned by every student who has studied Christian Religious Education. Therefore it is a sign of the presence of the Holy Spirit in each of their lives and at the same time shows the change or transformation brought about by the Bible study they learned in the Christian Religious Education class. Keywords: Spirit Fruit, Galatians, Christian Religious Education Abstraksi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka terhadap buah-buah Roh dalam Galatia 5:22-23. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, maka ditemukan hasil bahwa buah-buah Roh sudah seharusnya dimiliki oleh setiap peserta didik yang telah belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Oleh karena itu sebagai tanda kehadiran Roh Kudus dalam setiap kehidupan mereka dan sekaligus menunjukkan perubahan atau transformasi yang ditimbulkan oleh pelajaran Alkitab yang mereka pelajari dalam kelas Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Kata Kunci: Buah Roh, Galatia, Pendidikan Agama Kristen
