Abstract

Maritime and territorial disputes have become one of the world's main concerns, along with the awareness of the importance of the sea and the development of disputed regional issues between countries related to maritime. Reflecting on the various crime cases in the sea also accidents that caused many casualties, are certainly big concern for the importance of sea security. This research was chosen considering that the ocean is also important to be maintained, because Indonesia has focused more on development and security on land than sea. The author will use descriptive qualitative methodology wih the concept of National Interest and Maritime Security. This study found that the collaboration between the Indonesian Goverment Indonesia and the Government of the United States through Indonesian Marine Security Agency (BAKAMLA RI) and the US Coast Guad is one tangible manifestation of realizing the World Maritime Axis through security and disaster management at sea. There are various Indonesian national interests that benefit from this collaboration, including transfer of knowledge and technology, cooperation in handling illegall fishing and marine crime.

Abstract

The decline in watershed conditions in Indonesia was marked by an increase in landslides, erosion and sedimentation, flooding, and drought. Each watershed has its own problems, so that in watershed management, special rules are needed to regulate problems in the watershed. The management of the Riau Province watershed requires specific regulations governing the Riau Province watershed in accordance with the clarification of the watershed. In this case, an initiative draft of the DPRD Commission B appeared in the management of watersheds in Riau Province. This article uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that in the formulation of the Riau Province Regional Regulation on Watershed Management, there were several processes and stages, namely the formulation of problems, the policy agenda, the selection of alternative policies to solve problems, and finally the stage of determining the policy. From the formulation process that was carried out, the initial draft with the draft after the Plenary Meeting that had been carried out did not experience significant changes, the changes only revolved around adding concepts in watershed management which were embodied in the Regional Regulation Draft.

Abstract

Pilkada merupakan singkatan dari pemilihan kepala daeeah yang di lakukan secara langsung oleh penduduk daerah administratif setempat yang memenuhi syarat dan pemilihan kepala daerah di lakukan satu paket bersama dengan wakil kepala daerah karna masuk ke dalam sektor peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial untuk meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi yang baik ketika penduduk ikut berpartisipasi dalam pemilu (pemilihan umum) serta yang terkusus ikut dalam pemilihan kepala daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis peran kepala daerah terhadap perubahan kompetensi ekonomi warga pesisir batu belubang Bangka tengah. Kompetisi ekonomi merupakan bentuk dari sarana dan prasarana suatu pembangunan di suatu daerah yang kemudian membentuk ekonomi yang berkualitas dalam jangka panjang. Maka pemilihan kepala daerah suatu harapan masyarakat bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk kemajuan daerah tersebut dengan hal ini tentu harus di iringi dengan partisipasi warga dalam pilkada. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala daerah terhadap perubahan kompetensi ekonomi warga pesisir batu belubang Bangka tengah adapun hasil penelitian dalam jurnal ini berdasarkan data penduduk tahun 2014 berjumlah 1.106kk dan 3.238 penduduk 1.619 jiwa yang terkonfirmasi pertumbuhan ekonominya ketergantungan dari pekerjaan nelayan dan tidak adanya sarana dan prasarana bantuan dari kepala daerah.

Abstract

The discourse of ecology-based urban development, by implementing green open space (RTH) based development has long been a global, national and local agenda. However, today there are still many regions, not yet fully able to meet these needs due to various aspects. In this study, it aims to determine how the reality and efforts to provide green open space (RTH) in the city of Palembang to realize a minimum of 30%. This research is also in the form of a research design with descriptive qualitative methods using a case study approach and literature study. The findings obtained in the research are at least in two dimensions, namely (1), that the existential reality of the provision of green open space (RTH) still has many challenges, both from the rate of development, the rate of population growth, and consistency in following up on conversion or transfer offenders. land function; (2), whereas the implementation of the policy is still at the administrative stage and division of field technicians, and there are still many challenges in professionalism and limited support for facilities and infrastructure in the field. Therefore, the city government of Palembang has not fully implemented its policies in fulfilling beautiful urban areas in accordance with the utopianism that was declared in 2012.

Abstract

Dinamika hubungan diplomatik Indonesia - Australia yang di susul dengan defisit neraca perdagangan membuat Indonesia berinisiatif untuk memperkuat kemitraan ekonomi yang komprehensif. Hal ini juga selaras dengan salah satu prioritas kebijakan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI periode 2014 – 2019, yaitu penguatan bidang ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, upaya diplomasi ekonomi Pemerintah RI dilakukan antara lain melalui fasilitasi perdagangan melalui perjanjian dagang dengan negara mitra. Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA) merupakan skema perjanjian kerjasama yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perdagangan dan investasi kedua negara, mengintegrasikan ekonomi baik bilateral, dan membentuk pondasi yang kokoh diberbagai area kerjasama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepentingan nasional dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama IA-CEPA ini dijadikan sarana untuk memerkuat hubungan bilateral sekaligus upaya untuk mencapai kepentingan ekonomi agar tidak lagi mengalami defisit neraca perdagangannya.
