Abstract

Wayang is a form of shadow art that has been known to the Javanese people more than 1500 years ago. For Javanese people, the function of wayang is not only as a spectacle but also as a request, because in the wayang story there are values that are important to Javanese society. Wayang has developed from time to time, there are many types of wayang in Indonesia, with many types of wayang in Indonesia, of course preserving the art of wayang kulit is not an easy thing, especially because this traditional art is not yet very popular among young people, especially in the regionsburban. Today's young people use technology more in finding information, such as using laptops or smartphones. Because to make it easier for people who want to know about puppets and their types, a technology is created that can distinguish the types of puppets based on wayang images. So this research was made using the MLP (The Multi Layer Perceptron) method and its extraction feature GLCM (Gray-Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) with a total system accuracy of recognizing wayang image objects up to 73.4%.

Abstract

Knowledge of traditional clothes, especially Indonesia, is currently carried out using digital media such as radio, television and the museum's official website. The limitation of presenting museum information in Indonesia makes the delivery of visual information not yet optimal Studies prove by combining several senses at once in presenting a content can increase people's memory and interest in the content. One of the technologies related to multimedia is Augmented Reality. In this study the authors built an Augmented Reality 360 Interactive Application on Custom Clothing Using a Marker Based Tracking Method that aims to introduce traditional clothes to the Museum used as objects to provide information to the public about traditional clothes with Augmented reality technology and Conveying information for the introduction of traditional clothes. Augmented reality applications on traditional clothes are built using 3D unity software and using Vuforia in applying the marked based tracking method in retrieving a database of images on a marker. The results of this research are applications that can display traditional clothes using augmented reality-based technology so that they are easy to use by the wider community such as the general public and students.

Abstract

English is a language that unites humans in communicating with others. The existence of language differences can make it difficult for people to understand each other in dialogue. Therefore, the role of English is very useful to unite human communication. In this case, researchers make research to predict the level of understanding of students in English. Predicting the level of understanding of students in English is needed to determine the level of ability or understanding of students in English so that students can further enhance student abilities. English is very necessary for students to support a bright future. In this study implements the Artificial Neural Network in conducting research and applying the bacpropagation method in it. To complete this study, researchers used several criteria, namely: Reading References, Hearing from the Environment, Practicing, Utilizing Technology. Of the four criteria using the backpropagation method is useful for training in predicting the level of understanding of students in English. Abstract

Tiongkok is a country with a large population and is in several states. In addition, Tiongkok has a variety of languages. Hokkien is the worldwide language of China and is widely known to many people. This is evidenced by the many China Town markets. In Indonesia there has been a lot of Hokkien language guidance. In almost every elementary school in the city, adding Hokkien language lessons is a must for elementary school students. Even starting from the playgroup has also been taught Hokkien. But still there are children who do not understand because of the different ways of writing by reading Hokkien. In this research, the writer makes an android-based hokkien language learning media which can be utilized by users with mobile technology, designed learning media adapted to the curriculum in elementary schools with 5 subject matter. From the results of testing designed learning media can help make it easier for students to better understand hokkien language.

Abstract

Fish is one of the foods that are high in protein so that many Indonesians consume fish as protein intake for health. Fish can be found in any waters including Indonesian marine waters, so that some of the Indonesian people work as fishermen. This causes the number of fish catches to increase and the fishermen have to sell the fish quickly in at least one day because the fish will rot easily if not consumed immediately. This has led some traders to cheat by mixing formaldehyde with fish that are not sold out. This action is very detrimental to consumers, so they must be more vigilant in choosing or buying fish on the market. One way for consumers to recognize formaldehyde fish is a technology that can distinguish fresh fish or formalin fish based on the image of the fish, Naive Bayes and GLCM (Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) by using this method the accuracy of this system can reach up to 70%.

Abstract

Network is a basic thing that must exist in an agency or company, because the network can facilitate us in terms of data exchange and data transfer. In this study the application of the OSPF network to the Spanning Tree Protocol method to maintain Looping Routing using the Graphical Network Simulator 3 (GNS 3) simulator is expected to be the main objective in facilitating work completion, especially in terms of communication system data collection. With the help of Routing which serves to determine the route traveled by a packet that originates from a source node to the destination node on the network. Open shortest path first (OSPF) is one of the dynamic routing protocols that uses a link-state algorithm to build and calculate the shortest path to all known destinations. STP functions as a protocol for managing connections using the spanning tree algorithm.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system with mathematical calculations that can assist a person in making decisions from various criteria, types, and options[1]. The calculation is done accurately and according to the desired target. Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Tarutung is a state-owned religious higher education institution. In providing education, IAKN Tarutung provides several scholarships for outstanding students with economically disadvantaged students. One of them is the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP)[2]. The purpose of this research is to develop the MOORA method to assist in decision making in determining which participants are eligible for KIP scholarships. Development of the Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is expected to provide the best alternative solutions that are right on target without any personal interest[3].

Abstract

Decision support system, an application that is used to facilitate members of the university promotion team to determine the policy of the university's promotion strategy. This author discusses the decision support system for determining the university's promotional strategy policy with the profile matching method. The purpose of this paper is to make a decision support system application with a new method. The application used is matlab 7.10 which is used to test based on the results of weighting and calculation. The decision support system application that is produced is as expected in the weighting stage, both in testing, although there are still deficiencies in several respects. The adoption of a decision support system for determining the campus promotion strategy policy with the profile matching method can facilitate university promotion team members in making a wise decision. The method used in the implementation of this decision support system is the determination of the university promotion strategy policy with the profile matching method

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) has been getting prepaid and postpaid electricity program services, but in postpaid electricity programs, human errors often occur when officers read the kwh meter and PLN officials do not go down to residents' homes to record consumer usage due to the co-19 pandemic. In this research, an electrical energy monitoring tool was built using SMS (short massage service) based on the ATMEGA 2560 microcontroller that can measure and monitor the electrical energy consumption in real time using a voltage sensor and current sensor SCT013-030. The results of the current and voltage sensor readings will be forwarded to the ATMEGA 2560 microcontroller to be converted to the amount of electrical energy consumption and the amount of payment in accordance with the rates set by the PLN.

Abstract

This journal is devoted to the analysis of the Stuxnet malware known as (Win32 / Stuxnet) which has suddenly caught the attention of virus researchers in the last three years. In this journal, an overview of attacks targeted at the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) will be explained as the main targets of Stuxnet. Besides that, it will also explain the history of the development / variant of Stxunet and the prevention that can be done against the Stuxnet threat.
