Abstract

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the use of technology has increased rapidly in less than 1 century, so that the use of technology has become a common need of society today. At this time, Users who use this technology even store personal or digitally important things such as storing important documents, personal information, even storing digital wallets or other things that are related to the user's confidentiality. so that to maintain the confidentiality of these things from other users, security is needed that can protect all the contents of the data that we have in this technology so that not just anyone can access things that are important in using this technology.

Abstract

This community service  based on the current situation happened, namely an online learning system carried out during the Covid pandemic 19. The goal to be achieved from this service is the emergence of knowledge parents and parents in monitoring the development of a children's education in the future Covid 19 pandemic in the Eka Kencana Family Association Group in Environment XI, Medan Johor District. Low parental understanding of use technology especially communication technology makes them unable to keep an eye on the children. Especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, children were forced to follow education online using a cellphone or laptop. The need for parental supervision is a major factor so that children avoid the negative impacts caused by development technology. The ease of opening sites that have a negative impact on child development, making parental supervision indispensable. Keeping them away from negative things will make them more focused in study. This service is an activity carried out for provide understanding to parents how to monitor the system learning of children using cellphones or laptops during the Covid pandemic 19.Keywords: Dedication, online learning, use of cellphones, and laptops.

Abstract

Logic is a method or technique that was created to examine the accuracy of reasoning and study the principles of correct reasoning and conclusion. Logic is also called "the calculus of computer science" because logic plays an important role in the field of computer science. Not only that, the role of calculus. (mathematics) is equally important for the sciences in the fields of science, economics and also in everyday life. In this study is to provide rules for making decisions on the problem of the number of imported goods entering Indonesia. The method used by the author to complete the research This is using the truth table of the problems to be solved, calculus of propositions, problems to be solved, Studying things from research in general and various methods of solving, the writer also looks for written sources. The definition of a proposition or statement is a declarative sentence that has exactly one truth value. namely: "True" (T) or u "False" (F). Proposition calculus is a method for calculating using propositions / sentences. In proposition calculus reviewed is the value of a declarative sentence (TRUE / FALSE). Logical operations contain a collection of operations that include negation, conjunction disjunction, implication, and bi implication.

Abstract

This study discusses the search for the shortest route from city A to city G using the Dijkstra algorithm based on distance traveled. Dijkstra's algorithm is one of the algorithms used to solve the shortest path and does not have a negative cost. The greedy strategy used in this algorithm is that each node in the graph will find the minimum value. This algorithm will look for a path with the minimum cost from one point to another. The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of Dijkstra's algorithm on a graph to get the shortest route that is most optimal. The experimental results from city A to city G using Dijkstra's algorithm obtained the shortest route, which is 6 km with the route of city A - city C - city D - city E - city G.

Abstract

To increase productivity and help achieve quality, time standards, and satisfaction for both consumers and employees within the company can be assisted by applying information technology. The implementation of Enterprise Resort Planning at PT Carefastindo Sumbagut Region needs to be measured for the quality of its use so that the level of success of its implementation is known. The research was conducted by taking samples of employees of PT Carefastindo Sumbagut Region who are ERP users. To measure the success rate of ERP implementation at PT Carefastindo, the main instrument of data collection is a questionnaire and is measured by a Likert scale. The number of respondents in this study were 95 respondents. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the DeLone and McLean information system success model approach. The results of this study indicate that the ERP implementation model at PT Carefastindo Sumbagut Region is influenced by three variables, namely: system quality, information quality and net benefit.

Abstract

PT. ALS must pay attention to its operational activities so that operational productivity is able to obtain production results (passengers) in accordance with the company's targets. In this case, factors that need to be considered, such as information management on operational activities that occur on the way from the start to the final destination, so that it can affect the smooth operation. There is a need for management of travel track record information from buses that travel, such as history of machine maintenance, which is a very vital factor in a vehicle, especially buses, and forecasting of spare parts so that the replacement of spare parts can be predicted. The purpose of this study is to convey the track record information of each bus in the Antar Lintas Sumatra company as awhole so that it can be managed effectively which is useful for smooth operations and uses forecasting methods to forecast spare parts using the WMA method

Abstract

Government Regulation Number 27 of 2014 concerning Processing of State/Regional Owned Goods is intended to support the development of an area where state assets or goods are held based on the results of an appropriate needs analysis and meet the efficiency principle. Asset management Libraries and Archives Department at Medan City. But until now the local asset management in the Department of Library and Archives Medan City Government has not had asset management information system that supports accordance with Regulation No. 17 Year 2007 Chapter VII of the administration of section 25 which contains the data collection activities, inventory and reporting. Based on the above requires a management information system design goods and assets in order to facilitate the work in developing SIMBADA existing system. The system development process uses Waterfall and UML design methods as system business process development tools. The results of the design has been made known that the design of this system can meet the asset management process in accordance with Regulation No. 17 Year 2007.

Abstract

In the administrative process for information on the rank and retirement of personnel from the Sabhara Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police, they still apply a manual system, where personnel must know when they will be promoted or retired, resulting in personnel neglect due to too much work. The promotion and retirement process takes a long time, because it requires consideration and approval from the leadership. From this problem, the author applies a system for determining the promotion and retirement process at the North Sumatra directorate automatically with notifications (alarms) for personnel who will be promoted and retired based on a desktop with Windows operating system. This application was created to assist the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate in processing rank and pension data from members of the police quickly and accurately, to realize smooth operations..

Abstract

Server virtualization technology is the use of one physical machine by several server operating systems. The design and implementation of this mail server was built using Debian.5 as the base operating system server. The design and implementation of mail servers is built using the dns server, web server and mail server / squirrelmail, configured using the help of the virtualbox application as a server. DNS (Domain Name System) is a system that stores information about host names and domain names in the form of scattered databases (distributed databases) on a computer network, for example the Internet. The application used to handle the delivery of mail messages is the mail server. This mail server always receives messages from e-mail clients that the user uses, or maybe from other e-mail servers. Web mail functions to send and view e-mail messages through a web browser. The squirrelmail configuration is done by running the conf.pl: $ / var / www / wemail / config / conf.pl script. Exchange Server services include: Directory Service, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Post Office Protocol (POP3), IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), Complementary Services, System Attendants. Abstract

An alumni tracer is a graduate trace study or alumni trail, conducted to students after graduation. Tracer alumni aim to know the outcome of education in the form of transition from the world of college education to the world of work.In writing this practice work report the author conducts an analysis using field studies and literature studies on the alumni data collection system at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Malikussaleh University which is still done manually, so that the author decided to build a web-based Tracer Alumni information system that can facilitate the tracking of graduating students, tracer alumni system can also be one of the support for credit the college.This system is designed using PHP/Xampp programming language by using structured diagrams, namely with Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and database design using MySQL.
