Abstract

The implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program is a step taken by the government to provide access to higher education to all people. This program is implemented by prioritizing the 3T principle, namely right on target, on time and in efficiency. This program is inseparable from various obstacles and obstacles to achieving the vision and mission and objectives of its implementation. These problems and obstacles also occur at Udayana University as one of the state universities that organizes the Bidikmisi education fee assistance program. Problems that occur include inaccurate provision of funding assistance, delays in disbursement of funds and unattainable objectives of program implementation. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University using a case study with a qualitative descriptive research type. The unit of analysis in this study is all parts involved in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program. The data collection technique was carried out by means of field studies, namely data collection, observation, interviews and documentary studies. The results of the analysis show that in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, there are obstacles and obstacles, namely the distribution of aid that has not been on target, the distribution of education costs is not yet on time, the lack of coordination between the program organizers. Therefore, it is still necessary to make improvements in several aspects such as improving the quality of selection of prospective recipients of bidikmisi tuition assistance, increasing coordination between the central government, state tertiary institutions and banks in the process of distributing assistance and increasing internal university coordination to achieve the vision and mission and objectives. the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program.

Abstract

This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

Abstract

This study was tested on consumers of Aquq brand mineral water in the Denpasar area. Aqua is one of the mineral water brands in the Denpasar area. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of trust in a brand, brand awareness on brand loyalty of Aqua brand mineral water consumers partially and simultaneously to brand loyalty of consumers of Aqua brand mineral water in Denpasar. With trust in a brand (X1) and brand awareness (X2) as independent variables and consumer brand loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents with population and sample techniques. Data collection also uses the method of observation, literature study and interview. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test and determination of the validity and reliability of the previous test has been done to test the questionnaire items and classical tests have been done for the regression model with SPSSversion 20.0 program.The results of the study stated that independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable which is evident from the F-test obtained by F-count = 84.82 F-table = 3.09 and 0.00 0.05 and the magnitude of the influence given 62 , 90%. T-test results obtained that the trust in a brand variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty with a regression coefficient of 0.003 units and is proven by the results of tcount 3,100 t table 1,984 and Sig. t 0.003 0.05. Positive influence is given by brand awareness variable (X2) and has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty based on t-test that is t-count = 6.980 t-table = 1.984 and Sig. t = 0.003 0.05 and the effect given with the regression coefficient is only 0.801. So that the regression equation is obtained Y = 0.688 + 0.037X1 + 0.801X2. For that the company / company leadership should pay attention to the independent variables together because the influence given will be greater

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of competency-based human resource management and work performance appraisal towards the employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata. As much as 270 employees became the population of this analysis and it took only 73 respondents as the sample. Simple random sampling technique used as the tool to collect the samples. The method used to analyze the data were validity check, reliability check, multiple regression analysis and t check and f check. Partial research result shows that there is no effect of competency-based human resource management system variable (X1) towards employees’ performance variable (Y) of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denpasar. On the other hand, there is a positive yet significance effect of the variable from work performance appraisal (X2) towards employees’ performance (Y) PT. Inducomp Dewata. According to simulants research results, it shows the is a significance effect from the variable of competency-based human resource management system and the variable of work performance appraisal towards employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denapasar with f-value f-table (26.991 3.13) and sig (0.000). PT. Inducomp Dewata should improve the work performance appraisal system and evaluate the work performance assessment regularly in order to know the needs of employees’ training and development as well as motivated the employees’, which will produce the better work performance of the employees’ in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.

Abstract

In the research result, analysis and discussion about the problem of influence between independent variable and dependent by using methodology of multiple regression analysis, the number of respondents 78 people from the total population, can be explained as follows: Communication Variables (X1) partially significant effect on variable Satisfaction employee work (Y). With the t test on the Communication variable produces: t count of 3.202 and significance of 0.002. t arithmetic 3.202 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Communications have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. So that communication take the role of doniman in employee job satisfaction. Variable of Industrial Relations (X2) partially significant result t count equal to 5,349 and significance equal to 0,000. t count 5.349 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis expressing industrial relations have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this proves industrial relations run harmonious .. Hypothesis accepted by t arithmetic 1.377 t table 0.663, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between communication and industrial relations with employee job satisfaction. With the good relationship to the two variables so that employee job satisfaction can run well, further research can be done on other occasions with variables outside this research.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Through OJK regulations, SE OJK No. 6 / SE.OJK.03 / 2015 taggal 06 February 2015 concerning Officeless Financial Services in the Framework of Financial Inclusion known as Laku Pandai, a branchless banking service program has been launched in order to improve banking access to the lower class, especially unbanked people. The development of the Laku Pandai (branchless banking) program in the last 5 years has been able to contribute to a significant increase in Indonesia's financial inclusion index. Economic theory states that increasing financial inclusion will increase inclusive growth. Inclusive growth can be said as growth that involves participation of all, namely growth without discrimination and is able to involve all economic sectors (Klasen, 2010). Inclusive growth allows everyone to contribute to and benefit from economic growth. This paper will attempt to review from an institutional economic perspective regarding bank agent services called Branchless Banking. To provide an overview of the implementation of the Laku Pandai bank agent program, the author will take a case study of application in the Province of Bali based on the research I conducted in 2018. How the Laku Pandai program as a form of inclusive financial services from an institutional economic perspective can increase financial inclusion and benefit community economy.

Abstract

Women's development efforts explained that accepting and opening space for women to play an active role in development is reflected in the composition of the management of women's community empowerment institutions with a maximum of 30% (percent) of women. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely the formation of an independent community of women who are able to improve their economy. Then the formation of institutions and women's groups based on the initiative and participation of women themselves. Even though this has been regulated in the Regional Regulation, but the reluctance that occurs the role of women to date is still very limited, apart from women's participation, the lack of support from stakeholders also contributes to the decline in the role of women in development, especially in the Village.Stakeholders (stakeholders), namely all parties in a community structure, consisting of individuals, or communities who have an interest related to an issue in this case, for example the PKK group which is a forum or community of women in the village. Stakeholders are an important element in bringing about changes in women's movements in development. In an effort to support the development of women's roles in village-based development, it is necessary to consider various approaches, both sectoral and territorial approaches and involve active participation from various Stakeholders in Dawan Village, Klungkung Regency. In the framework of increasing synergy, synchronization and integration of all potentials in Dawan Village, Klungkung Regency, a capacity building activity is needed for all Stakeholders in order to contribute to the implementation of women's Empowerment at the regional level.Therefore, this dedication is expected to be a role model for efforts to increase stakeholder quality in the context of women's development at the regional level in Klungkung Regency.

Abstract

LPD existence Pakraman Gunaksa in traditional village development contribution Gunaksa are things that are not exactly small. Because in terms of uneven development, road conditions are still under construction and industry sectors are lacking. Therefore, researchers are interested to study in depth the role of LPD Pakraman Gunaksa in the construction of the village people Gunaksa. The method used is the qualitative research methods by interview and review historical LPD trip during standing. Research shows that traditional village LPD Gunaksa quite an important role. Can be viewed in terms of profits 20% profit every year automatically become the property of citizens Gunaksa traditional village. Profit or gain is used for traditional ceremonies and village development processes physically. Where income in 2017 reached Rp.802,057,801.43 which is 20% of the profit or Rp.160,411,560.29 has automatically become the property of residents of the village people Gunaksa. Calculation of profit in 2017 has been allocated and has been used by the indigenous Bendesa to activities ritual is customary procession Nandan ceremony is held every first year as well as for repairs village head office along to improve the access is not feasible to be used.
