Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction and the object of research at the Nusa Penida I Public Health Center in Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency. The aim is to examine the influence of leadership style, health facilities and patient satisfaction. Methodology: Population 396 For three months starting January-March and using a sample of 80 respondents, using a questionnaire, with validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test) using multiple linear regression , assisted by SPSS Software version 24. The hypothesis in this study uses three hypotheses with the results Hypothesis1. The variable of leadership style and health facility variables with the F-count test simultaneously "has a positive and significant effect" on the patient satisfaction variable. Hypothesis 2. Leadership Style partially has a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction. 3. Facilities produce t count partially "positive and significant effect" on Patient Satisfaction Implication: The coefficient of determination (adjusted R) is 64.5% which shows that Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction is 64.4% and is equal to 36.6% Leadership Style and Health Facilities are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated.

Abstract

In accordance with the results of the study and the above discussion about the problem of the relationship between independent and dependent variables can be explained as follows: Obtained t-count (X1) -0.790 and significance of 0.432 means that the variable (X1) "insignificant" to the variable (Y), obtained -calculate (X2) 11,890 and Significance 0,000 means is Variable (X2) "significant" to Variable (Y), Obtained t-count (X3) 5,166 and Significance 0,000 means that variable (X3) "significant" to Variable (Y), Obtained t-count (X1) -0,790 and Significance 0,432 means that variable (X1) "insignificant" to Variable (Y) t-count (X1) -0,790 t-table -1,661 means that Variable (X1) is not significant to Variables (Y). Obtained t-count (X2) 11,890 and Significance 0,000 means that the variable (X2) "significant" to Variable (Y) t-count (X2) 11,890 t-table 1.661 means that Variable (X2) is significant to Variables (Y). Obtained t-count (X3) 5.166 and Significance 0,000 means that the variable (X3) "significant" to the variable (Y) t-count (X3) 5.166 t-table 1.661 means that the variable (X3) is significant to the variable (Y). That the hypothesis in this study simultaneously proved all Variables (X) had a significant effect on Variables (Y). While the hypothesis partially except Variable (X1) is not proven, and Variables (X2, and X3) proved to have a significant effect on Variables (Y).

Abstract

KMP Nusa Jaya Abadi is primarily intended to connect the economic artery of Klungkung district in general and the island of Bali and small islands in Nusa Penida in particular. Since inaugurated its operation by the President of RI in 2007 until now the revenue from the port and shipping sectors served by Motor Vessel Penyebrangan Roro Nusa Jaya Abadi has reached more than 3.2 billion rupiah which consists of operational unit of loading and unloading goods and port charges.The purpose of this study is to know the analysis of loading and unloading of goods in increasing the Local Original Revenue (PAD) in the Port of Nusa Penida Distribution Klungkung regency.This research was conducted on Technical Implementation Unit of Port of Penpenangan Nusa Penida of Klungkung Regency. While the object of this research is the operational implementation of loading and unloading ship ports in an effort to increase local revenue (PAD).Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document recording. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis: correlation analysis, determination analysis, and t-test analysis.The results obtained from this research are: correlation analysis obtained correlation value (r) of = 0.9957, this means that the relationship between the independent variables of loading and unloading with the dependent variable Original Revenue has a correlation coefficient of 0.9957.From result of calculation of determination obtained result equal to 99,15%. This means that loading and unloading activities have an effect on increasing the original income of 99.15%, while the remaining 0.85% is the influence of other variables that are not measured in this study.While the results of t-test analysis obtained value of 10.7792 or (10.7792 6.3140), it can be said that the relationship that occurs between loading and unloading activities with the original revenue is significant (meaningful).

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology has an important influence in the tourism service industry, namely the utilization of internet technology in the process of booking tour and travels through online travel agents. Conventional travel agents are increasingly being abandoned as travelers turn to online travel agents. Under these conditions conventional travel agents need to make a number of efforts to keep customers in order to survive. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, trust and loyalty of travel agent customers in Badung regency.Research respondents are domestic and foreign customers who use travel agent services in Badung regency, as many as 70 respondents. Data collection was done through survey using questionnaire. Testing research hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that 1) the quality of service has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty, 2) customer satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 3) customer trust has negative and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction and customer trust does not mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.Travel agent in Badung regency should improve and pay attention to the indicators supporting the satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty so that customers are not easy to switch to competitors.

Abstract

This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

Abstract

This study was tested on consumers of Aquq brand mineral water in the Denpasar area. Aqua is one of the mineral water brands in the Denpasar area. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of trust in a brand, brand awareness on brand loyalty of Aqua brand mineral water consumers partially and simultaneously to brand loyalty of consumers of Aqua brand mineral water in Denpasar. With trust in a brand (X1) and brand awareness (X2) as independent variables and consumer brand loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents with population and sample techniques. Data collection also uses the method of observation, literature study and interview. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test and determination of the validity and reliability of the previous test has been done to test the questionnaire items and classical tests have been done for the regression model with SPSSversion 20.0 program.The results of the study stated that independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable which is evident from the F-test obtained by F-count = 84.82 F-table = 3.09 and 0.00 0.05 and the magnitude of the influence given 62 , 90%. T-test results obtained that the trust in a brand variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty with a regression coefficient of 0.003 units and is proven by the results of tcount 3,100 t table 1,984 and Sig. t 0.003 0.05. Positive influence is given by brand awareness variable (X2) and has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty based on t-test that is t-count = 6.980 t-table = 1.984 and Sig. t = 0.003 0.05 and the effect given with the regression coefficient is only 0.801. So that the regression equation is obtained Y = 0.688 + 0.037X1 + 0.801X2. For that the company / company leadership should pay attention to the independent variables together because the influence given will be greater

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of competency-based human resource management and work performance appraisal towards the employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata. As much as 270 employees became the population of this analysis and it took only 73 respondents as the sample. Simple random sampling technique used as the tool to collect the samples. The method used to analyze the data were validity check, reliability check, multiple regression analysis and t check and f check. Partial research result shows that there is no effect of competency-based human resource management system variable (X1) towards employees’ performance variable (Y) of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denpasar. On the other hand, there is a positive yet significance effect of the variable from work performance appraisal (X2) towards employees’ performance (Y) PT. Inducomp Dewata. According to simulants research results, it shows the is a significance effect from the variable of competency-based human resource management system and the variable of work performance appraisal towards employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denapasar with f-value f-table (26.991 3.13) and sig (0.000). PT. Inducomp Dewata should improve the work performance appraisal system and evaluate the work performance assessment regularly in order to know the needs of employees’ training and development as well as motivated the employees’, which will produce the better work performance of the employees’ in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.

Abstract

In the research result, analysis and discussion about the problem of influence between independent variable and dependent by using methodology of multiple regression analysis, the number of respondents 78 people from the total population, can be explained as follows: Communication Variables (X1) partially significant effect on variable Satisfaction employee work (Y). With the t test on the Communication variable produces: t count of 3.202 and significance of 0.002. t arithmetic 3.202 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Communications have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. So that communication take the role of doniman in employee job satisfaction. Variable of Industrial Relations (X2) partially significant result t count equal to 5,349 and significance equal to 0,000. t count 5.349 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis expressing industrial relations have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this proves industrial relations run harmonious .. Hypothesis accepted by t arithmetic 1.377 t table 0.663, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between communication and industrial relations with employee job satisfaction. With the good relationship to the two variables so that employee job satisfaction can run well, further research can be done on other occasions with variables outside this research.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
