Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence of managerial leadership style and work discipline on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima. The type of research used is associative, With  sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that the manager's leadership style and work discipline have an influence on the quality of production at Bolly Bakery Bima, where the t value of the leadership style variable is 0.402, which is smaller than the t table value of 2.055 (0.402 2.055) with a significance value of 0.691 0.05 and the work discipline variable of 0.329 is smaller than 2.055 (0.329 2.055) with a significance value of 0.745 0.05.

Abstract

Mengwi Terminal is a type A type of terminal which began operations on October 23, 2017. The terminal has an area of 5 hectares now under the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) XII of Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Provinces. The research objective to be achieved is to obtain an actual picture of the constraints faced in the process of optimizing public service management in the Mengwi Terminal. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of public service management in the Mengwi Terminal is carried out, but not yet running optimally. Efforts made related to the optimization are already carried out socialization activities to the public and the autobus entrepreneurs (PO) as well as already provided 8 Trans Sarbagita bus units and the process of repairing facilities and infrastructure at the Mengwi Terminal.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja dengan dimoderasi stress kerja pada perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni non-probability sampling dengan  Purposive Sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi dari stress kerja data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MRA (ModeratedRegression Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memoderasi hubungan antara peran ganda pada variabel Work-Family Conflictsebesar (-)0,026 dan Family-Work Conlict sebesar (-)0,025 terhadap kinerja perawat. Akhirnya RSUP Sanglah Denpasar diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan perawat wanita seperti waktu kerja yang fleksibel untuk jenis pekerjaan tertentu, terdapat jadwal kerja alternatif dan kebijakan ijin keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant effect of physical work environment and workload on employee performance at the TTA Dara service unit, Bima City. The type of research used is associative, with a sample size of 31 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test, and simultaneous test. The results of the study can be concluded that the Physical Work Environment has a significant influence on Employee Performance and Workload does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the TTA Dara Service Unit Office in Bima City, where the t value of the Physical Work Environment variable is 2,188 greater than the t table value. amounting to 2,051 (2,188 2,051) with a significance value of 0.043 0.05 and the Workload variable of -1,126 is smaller than 2,051 (-1,126 2,051) with a significance value of 0.270 0.05. Work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at the TTA Dara service unit office in Bima City

Abstract

This Research was conducted based on the problems in the  Bima Town Kantin Yuank which consumers considered lacking in promoting their products so that consumers were less interested in making online purchasess at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town.The purpose of study  to determine how good the promotion mix is in online purchases (a study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town). This type of research is descriptive. The population used in this study is all consumers who have bought products online from the Kantin Yuank in Bima town whose numbers are not known with certanty (unknown population). the number of samples for descriptive research was 100 respondents using purposive sampling tecnique data collection tecniques used in this research are: validity test, reliability test and t test ( one sample t- test).The research in this study indicate that the promotion mix in online purchases ( study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town) is more than 70 % of the expected ( good).

Abstract

This study aims to influence the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance with Organizational Culture and Work Motivation as Moderation. Employee performance can be affected by the existence of an accounting information system. This research was conducted at BPR in Gianyar Regency using a questionnaire and distributed to employees related to the Accounting Information System. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System had an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture and work motivation are able to moderate the Effect of the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance

Abstract

A company will be able to run well if it creates a harmonious relationship in terms of good communication and is supported by a culture and a comfortable environment. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture, and work environment on job satisfaction at Mizu Villa. The population used in this study were all employees who work at Mizu Villa, Kuta-Bali. Thus the total population is 30 people. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample using the entire population sampled in the study, so that the number of respondents used is 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better communication occurs, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working conditions at Mizu Villa, the higher job satisfaction felt by employees

Abstract

In general, the construction project development process contains anelement of danger in every operational activity. One of the focuses of the contractorcompany is to create good occupational health and safety conditions on the project.The performance of construction service companies can be improved by identifyingthe factors that influence the performance improvement and analyzing how muchinfluence these factors have on the company's performance. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze and determine the effect of work supervision and theimplementation of occupational safety and health programs on the productivity ofconstruction project workers. The population is workers who work in constructionservice companies that are carrying out 18 construction projects, especiallyfacilities and infrastructure by a General Contractor, a company in Surabaya.Samples were taken as many as 100 workers. The results of the study prove to betrue that work supervision and the implementation of occupational safety andhealth programs determine the productivity of construction project workers.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilatar belakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan dunia usaha yang disertakan munculnya pesaing yang sejenis, maka dari itu penting adanya strategi dalam mempertahankan perusahaan dengan menggunakan promosi penjualan yang tepat. Branding merupakan salah satu promosi yang mampu menciptakan reputasi yang baik dalam sebuah brand serta strategi komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut (Word of Mouth Marketing) yang baik juga mampu mempengaruhi daya beli atau keputusan pembelian oleh pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lulur sekar jagat dan Pengaruh Branding terhadap Keputusan Pembelian lulur sekar jagat  dimediasi oleh Word of Mouth Marketing. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantatif dengan metode survey dimana terdapat populasi konsumen-konsumen yang pernah membeli atau menggunakan produk lulur sekar jagat dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 65 orang yang ditentukan oleh teknik Nonprobability sampling. Teknik path analysis dengan bantuan regresi sederhana dan uji sobel untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil menyatakan (1) Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat (2) Branding berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian lulur sekar jagat yang dimediasi oleh word of mouth marketing. Terdapat saran untuk perusahaan yaitu diharapkan agar terus melakukan inovasi dan menjaga kualitas produk serta terus melakukan Branding terhadap produk agar dapat selalu menarik konsumen dan perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan media promosi sesuai dengan trend dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru dan tidak hanya mengandalkan mediasi promosi word of mouth guna meningkatkan volume penjualan perusahaan

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan modal perusahaan untuk menjalankan operasionalnya. Tidak hanya penjualan yang tinggi, memiliki karyawan yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan yang dapat diandalkan memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan. Pentingnya karyawan bagi perusahaan menuntut manajemen untuk selalu memuaskan karyawan saat bekerja. Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja akan selalu menjadi perhatian manajemen seperti lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Studi ini bermaksud mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 92 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil studi membuktikan lingkungan kerja memiliki peran nyata membangun kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja juga memiliki peran nyata terhadap pembentukan kepuasan kerja. Kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja
