<![CDATA[Business ethics has become something important in this era of increasingly fierce business competition. The number of cases of violations in the business world that have caused adverse impacts on each other, this raises the importance of awareness of business ethics. Doing business in an era of disturbances requires Islamic Business Ethics in order to achieve business benefits without destroying each other. Islam teaches to be honest, trustworthy and fair in doing business and avoid things that are manupulation, dangerous, speculative, monopolistic and hoarding, and usury. Islam provides a boundary or dividing line between what is permissible and what is not permissible, which is right and wrong as well as the halal and haram. These boundaries or lines are known as Islamic business ethics, that is ethics that is in accordance with Islamic values. Business in Islam is basically the same as business in general, it's just that they have to submit to and obey the teachings of the Qur'an, As-Sunnah, Al-Ijma and Qiyas even in the era of intense competition in the era of disruption which tend to be mutually detrimental, killing each other and nullifying each other. By holding on to Islamic Business Ethics the business competition climate in the era of disruption will be healthier to be equally successful without destroying each other in a wild competition.]]>

<![CDATA[Free promiscuity between young and young people often brings things that are not desired, namely pregnancy before marriage. Pregnancy before marriage becomes a problem that requires a solution, because it brings anxiety in the community, especially parents, teachers and community leaders. Judging from the sociological, because they feel ashamed, the parents who happen to have their daughter pregnant out of wedlock try so that if their grandchildren are born there is a father. For that they try to marry off a man, be it a man who is impregnated or not. Therefore in this article the author will examine the opinions of the scholars and will examine the extent of the relevance of their opinions for now. Among them are, whether or not aqad of marriage is carried out in the condition of the pregnant woman, whether they may gather as befitting a husband and wife in a legal marriage, and what is the status of their children. So that the answers obtained as follows: a marriage between a man and a woman who impregnated himself, they may have intercourse like husband and wife. And it is also legal marriage between man and woman even though not the one who impregnates, but is not allowed to have sex like husband and wife until the woman gives birth. Whereas the status of his son only breathed to the mother not to the father (the man who impregnated him).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of administration and financial bookkeeping in Koperasi Murni Amanah Sejahtera Malang City. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is that in the implementation of administrative financing and bookkeeping financing in Koperasi Murni Amanah Sejahtera Malang City prioritizes the principle of prudence because in this case the administration of financing is an inseparable part of the financing activity itself. Implementation of financing administration and bookkeeping carried out at Koperasi Murni Amanah Sejahtera Malang City include the making of a Financing Approval Confirmation Letter (SP3), administration and bookkeeping of financing contracts, administration and bookkeeping of collateral binding, administration and bookkeeping of collateral insurance cover closure, administration and bookkeeping disbursement (Disbursement of Financing).]]>

<![CDATA[This article is a written idea related to the development of learning media. Along with the adoption of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the dynamics of learning should also follow it by starting to reduce the use of conventional learning media and starting to switch to modern learning media. Learning media in the digital era must be aligned with technological developments. Learning media must be interesting, close and interactive with students. The Tik Tok application comes with a negative impression from the community, but ironically, the average millennial generation really enjoys this application. Based on the premise of these facts, a middle ground generalization can be drawn that the Tik Tok application will be an interesting and fun learning medium if it is processed and used appropriately. Through the tik tok application, an educator can create interactive learning and in accordance with the situations and conditions of students and be able to adapt to the times.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Bangil Pasuruan was the first BPRS established in the Pasuruan regency. Over time many other Islamic banks were newly established so that PT. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Bangil Pasuruan has many competitors. So that PT. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Bangil Pasuruan must have strategies to increase the number of its customers.The problem examined in this study is how literacy of sharia banking product innovation and how is the innovation strategy of shariah banking products in increasing the number of customers. This study aims to determine customer literacy about sharia banking product innovation and also to find out sharia banking product innovation strategies in increasing the number of customers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research uses observation, documentation, and interview data collection techniques. The results of this study concluded that customer literacy about product innovation at PT. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Bangil Pasuruan is still low. And product innovation strategies in increasing the number of customers are done by looking at the needs of the community, BPRS still exist to offer product in the midst of competition, and to socialize each new product and all components of the bank to synergize well and compactly]]>

<![CDATA[Islam is a source of values and ethics in all aspects of overall human life, including business discourse. One of the unique teachings of Islam is to teach its adherents to carry out economic practices based on Islamic norms and ethics. In this association of life every person has an interest in other people therefore rights and obligations arise. This interaction has many benefits, especially for the fulfillment of basic living needs such as eating, drinking and so forth. Especially in the case of drinking humans need water as a basic need. Water is a resource that is needed by all people in the world and becomes something that is very vital, even for the entire life of living things on this earth. As is the case of trading water in Candiwates Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using case studies. This research uses the method of collecting observation, interview and documentation data. The results of this study conclude that the application of Islamic business ethics in Candiwates Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency is in accordance with the concept of Islamic business ethics which includes unity, justice, responsibility, free will and honesty. But they pay less attention to the implementation of social and environmental responsibility.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis discusses the influence of the method ofrecitation of education learning outcomes Aswaja Nahdlatul Ulamaclass IV Madrasah Diniyah Ketuwon Sumberrejo. This study wasbacked by the problems in the process of teaching and learningactivities, how to send the material to learners optimally and effectivelyso as to create an interactive educative between educators andlearners. The lack of interest of teachers in the variation of use ofteaching methods makes learners feel saturated in the process oflearning to teach, the result of quality improvement efforts is notrunning optimally and effectively. This research is experimental ASNexperiments. This research aims to determine the influence of themethod of recitation on the achievement of education OutcomesAswaja Nahdlatul Ulama class IV Madrasah Diniyah Shobibur RohmatKetuwon Sumberrejo. This research uses a quantitative approach withthe type of experiment. Variables in this study are free variables in theform of students of grade IV Madrasah Diniyah Shobibur Rohmat andthe variables are tied in the form of student learning outcomes, thesubject of this study is all students of grade IV Madrasah DiniyahShobibur Rohmat amounted to 19 students and samples in the studytook all class IV students Madrasah Diniyah Shobibur Rohmat whichamounted to The technique of data collection in this research is thedouble choice test in the form of pretests and posttest. Testing ofhypotheses requirements using test (Independent Sample T-Test).The results are known that there is a difference between the results oflearning using the method of resitation with conventional methods, thevalue of studying students using conventional methods of 63.42 andafter using the method of Resitation of 76.05. Differences in learningoutcomes use a resitation method of 19%. The inconclusive methodof resitation can affect the achievement of student learning outcomes,analysis of student test results in tests using t test with the acquisitionof T 8.715.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di MI Muhammadiyah 03 Wonoasri Tempurejo Jember. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada: 1) aspek pedagogik dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan pembinaan dan pengawasan kepada guru terkait dengan proses pembelajaran di kelas; 2) aspek kepribadian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan motivasi dan contoh yang baik pada guru untuk selalu berbuat yang terbaik untuk peserta didik dan kemajuan lembaga; 3) aspek sosial dilakukan dengan cara menciptakan nuansa kebersamaan dan keharmonisan dengan meningkatkan komunikasi antar dewan guru sehingga tercipta suasana yang guyub rukun dalam lingkungan sekolah; dan 4) dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan pembinaan disiplin guru, mengikut sertakan guru dalam kegiatan pelatihan, lokakarya, diklat, seminar, KKG, MGMP untuk memperluas pengetahuan guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi peserta didik. (2) What methods are used to determine the profit margin in murabahah financing by LKS Al-Yasini. (3) What are the factors that affect the profit margin on murabahah financing at Al-Yasini LKS. The objectives in writing this thesis have a purpose, namely: (a) To discount the selling price and profit margin on murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. (b) To discuss the method in determining the selling price and profit margin carried out by LKS Al-Yasini. against murabahah financing. (c) To discuss the factors that affect the profit margin in murabahah financing at LKS Al-Yasini. This type of research is the researcher uses a qualitative approach and analysis techniques using descriptive methods by analyzing the data that has been obtained is qualitative, the sample data obtained is from primary data which is directly obtained from LKS Al-Yasini regarding the policy of determining murabahah profit margins. , and from secondary data which is processed data whose source can be trusted and scientifically accounted for by conducting literature studies, interviews, the internet, and others.
