Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of direct and indirect influence of internal factor variables in the form of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation and external factors in the form of family environment to entrepreneurial interests. The study population is all FEBI IAIN Langsa students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. Samples were taken with nonprobability sampling technique of purposive sampling, and the number of samples were 60 active students. The research method used survey method with quantitative approach. Data analysis using path analysis with the help of MSI program, SPSS version 16 and LISREL 8.8 (student). Based on the results of research internal factors in the form of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation and external factors in the form of family environment have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interests.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research/ penelitian langsung, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara dan observasi langsung yang sekaligus merupakan sumber data primer. Sumber data sekunder berupa Peraturan Perundangan-undangan Republik Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umroh, serta sumber-sumber pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: A. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh travel haji dan umroh Kota Medan, merupakan pelayanan prima/ pelayanan yang mengutamakan kualitas, kenyamanan. B. Strategi dan manajemen: 1). Strategi: a). Membuat cabang; b). Mengadakan kerja sama; c). Mendirikan kantor di tempat strategis; d). Menggandeng tokoh masyarakat; e). Melaksanakan penyuluhan; f). Memasang spanduk,di tempat ramai; g). Harga promo; h). Memaksimalkan pelayanan; i). Tempat tinggal yang baik; j). Menghindari transit; k). Memberikan pendamping yang berpengalaman, dan bersertifikat; l). Melengkapi seluruh keperluan jamaah. 2). Manajemen: a). Mengurus izin resmi; b). Mengatur model pelayanan kantor; c). Bekerjasama dengan berbagai media; d). Memotifasi staf dan pihak kantor; e). Mengatur izin dalam dan luar negeri; f). Evaluasi; g). Selalu berkomunikasi. C. Kendala: 1). Kurs mata uang yang fluktuatif; 2). Izin visa merupakan otoritas dari negara Arab Saudi; 3). Regulasi/ peraturan luar dan dalam negeri yang berubah-ubah; 4). Persaingan antara pemilik jasa travel haji dan umroh; 5). Terdapat travel haji dan umroh penipu. D. Upaya: 1). Kendala berkaitan dengan Kurs mata uang yang fluktuatif. Maka hal ini tidak bisa ditanggulangi secara pasti, hanya melakukan tindakan promo, 2). Kendala mengenai izin visa, tidak ada yang dapat dilakukan, hanya berharap hubungan antara bilateral antara Arab Saudi dan Indonesia tetap terjalin, 3). Regulasi/ peraturan luar dan dalam negeri yang berubah-ubah. Meminta up date data dari Kementerian Agama; 4). Persaingan antara pemilik jasa travel haji dan umroh. Memperbaiki manajemen; 5). Travel haji dan umroh penipu dan nakal. mempunyai dua dampak, dampak negatif: mempengaruhi kepercayaan publik/ pengguna jasa untuk bisa berangkat ke tanah suci. Dampak positif: Agar pengguna jasa, lebih memilih agen travel haji dan umroh yang terpercaya, nyaman, dan aman, bukan yang murah, tapi tidak mempunyai izin. ABSTRACT The title of this research thesis is: "TRAVEL AND UMROH TRAVEL MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT (Study of Medan City Hajj and Umrah Travel Competition Analysis)". This type of research is field research / direct research, while the method used is by way of interviews and direct observation which is also a primary data source, while the secondary data sources in the form of the Republic of Indonesia Legislation Regulations relating to the Implementation of Hajj and Umrah, as well as sources other supporting sources. The results of the study are as follows: The services provided by Hajj and Umrah travel, are excellent services / services that prioritize quality, comfort. Strategy and management: 1). Strategy: a). Make a branch; b). Hold cooperation; c). Establish an office in a strategic place; d). Cooperating with community leaders; e). Carry out counseling; f). Place banners, in crowded places; g). Promo price; h). Maximizing service; i). Good residence; j). Avoid transit; k). Provide experienced, certified counselors; l). Completing all pilgrims' needs. 2). Management: a). Take care of official permission; b). Regulate office service models; c). Cooperate with various media; d). Motivating staff and offices; e). Manage domestic and foreign permits; f). Evaluation; g). Always communicating. Constraints: 1). Fluctuating currency rates; 2). Visa permission is the authority of the country of Saudi Arabia; 3). Changing foreign / domestic regulations / regulations; 4). Competition between Hajj and Umrah travel service owners; 5). There are Hajj travels and con artists. Efforts: 1). Constraints related to fluctuating currency rates. So this cannot be overcome with certainty, only doing promo actions, 2). Obstacles regarding visa permits, nothing can be done, only hoping that bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia will remain intertwined, 3). Foreign and domestic regulations / regulations are changing. Request up date data from the Ministry of Religion; 4). Competition between Hajj and Umrah travel service owners. Improve management; 5). Hajj pilgrimage and cheating and mischievous umrah. has two impacts, negative impacts: affecting public trust / service users to be able to go to the holy land. Positive impact: In order for service users, prefer a trusted, comfortable and safe hajj and umrah travel agent, not cheap, but do not have permission.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the health condition of the company based on the magnitude of the predicted value using financial ratios in the Springate model. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The research population is all companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), amounting to 30 companies, using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the analysis of financial statements with the Springate model (S-Score) which aims to find out companies that experience financial distress and bankruptcy. The results showed that there were several companies in 2013 and 2014 that experienced bankruptcy, namely 16.67%, then increased to 26.67% in 2016, and the most significant occurred in 2015 and 2017, namely 30.00%.

Abstract

This study aims to test the service qualities that affects of the consumers satisfaction who come to visit or shop for daily necessities at Minimarket 212 (212 Mart) in kota Medan and surrounding areas. The population in this study were all consumers who came and shopped in Minimarket 212 (212 Mart) in kota Medan and surrounding areas. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling combined with the moe formula (marginal of maximal error), so that the number of research samples is 100 people. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0 for Windows application which aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship of the research variables. The results of this study indicate variable servant quality in the form of reliability, assurance and empathy has a significant influence on customer satisfaction who come and shop at Minimarket 212 (212 Mart) in kota Medan and surrounding areas. While service quality variables in the form of tengible and responsiveness hasn’t a significant effect on customer satisfaction who come and shop at Minimarket 212 (212 Mart) in kota Medan and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Maslahah became one of the approaches in ijtihad and took vital role in the Islamic jurisprudence. In each sharia it is ensured that a law must contain a maslahah to attain goodness and to avoid harms. This research identifies the Maslahah in practicing tas’ir in Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah’s view. This is a qualitative research with the study of figure’s literatute as objects of study that is Ath-Thuruq al-Hukmiyyah. In this research maslahahs are found in tas'ir policy, they are jalbul mashalih and daf’ul mafasid. Among the practices is the determination of Qimah al-Mitsl, the normal and reasonable price when the inequality occurs in the market. In terms of Mashalih Jalbul, tas'ir is aimed at keeping the public interest in both the world and the hereafter. While in terms of Daf'ul mafasid, Tas'ir is aimed at preventing the wrongdoing, avoiding interference of other parties’ property improperly, and preventing riots and damage on the earth.

Abstract

Ethics is a study of the legitimate and correct deeds and moral choices made by a person. In Greek is also known as ethos, which means custom habits. While in Arabic ethics is also known as Akhlak which means morality, temperance, conduct or character. Simply put, business ethics means learning about which is good/bad, right/wrong in the business world based on the principles of morality. This research is backed by the habit of sellers/traders in the market of Langsa city in the application of business ethics in Islam that emphasized on the ethics of trading. The purpose of this research is to know how an objective picture of the implementation of business ethics in conducting sales transactions in the traditional market of the Langsa city, and how Islamic reviews on the application of ethical trading in conducting Buy and sell transactions in the market. This research is a field research. The results of this research show that the implementation of trading transactions in the market of Langsa city has been executed well and is seen from two variables used two variables (attitudes of faith and habits) dominant show agreed with each A given statement. This indicates that business ethics in sales transactions that have been applied by traders are derived from the hereditary inheritance from parents (parental advice) or obtained by self-taught (natural) with ethical consideration and Unethical.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang biaya administrasi dan denda di pegadaian syariahLhokseumawe ditinjau dengan hukum ekonomi syariah dikarenakan timbulnya keraguan dikalangan masyarakat terkait penetapan biaya administrasi dan denda terhadap nasabah diPegadaian tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa alasan dan tujuan penetapanbiaya administrasi dan denda di Pegadaian Syariah Lhokseumawe adalah untuk kepentinganadministrasi dan sebagai motivasi kepada nasabah agar disiplin dalam menjalankankewajibannya. Berdasarkan analisis Hukum Ekonomi Syariah penetapan biaya administrasi dandenda di Pegadaian Syariah Lhokseumawe telah sesuai dengan Kompilasi Hukum EkonomiSyariah (KHES) BAB XIV tentang RAHN, Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No: 25/DSNMUI/III/2002 tentang RAHN dan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No: 17/DSNMUI/IX/2000 tentang sanksi atas nasabah mampu yang menunda-nunda pembayaran, hanyasaja pihak pegadaian harus lebih teliti dalam membedakan antara nasabah mampu dengan yangtidak mampu dalam penetapan biaya denda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Deposito Mudharabah, dan Tabungan Mudharabah terhadap pemberian pembiayaan UMKM. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Deposito Mudharabah, Tabungan Mudharabah, dan pembiayaan UMKM, dari bulan Januari 2012 sampai Desember 2016. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada alpha 5%, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis pengaruh Deposito Mudharabah, dan Deposito Mudharabah, terhadap pemberian Pembiayaan UMKM di Bank Syariah, secara bersamaan berepengaruh dengan tingkat alpha 5% dan nilai palue nya adalah 0,00. Sedangkan secara tunggal, variabel Deposito Mudharabah sebesar 0,372 atau 3,72%. Dan variabel Tabungan Mudharabah berpengaruh sebesar 0,528 atau 5,28%. Artinya, Tabungan Mudharabah berpengaruh dominan terhadap pembiayaan UMKM di bank syariah.

Abstract

Al-Qur‘an yang merupakan pedoman hidup umat Islam memiliki konsep yang sangat konprehensif (kamil dan syumul). Menetapkan nilai-nilai yang bukan hanya berhubungan dengan hablumminallah, juga hablumminanna,. salah satunya bidang perdagangan. Al-Quran menyebutkan kata perdagangan dalam beberapa kosa kata, tijarah, bai‟ dan syira‟. Beragam derivasi ditemukan dalam al-Qura‘an yang diturunkan dari kosa kata tersebut. Penyebutan ketiga bentuk kata tersebut dalam al-Qur‘an mengandung beragam kandungan makna. Yang salah satunya berhubungan dengan etika dalam melakukan perdagangan. Etika yang ditetapkan dalam al-Quran bertujuan terciptanya keridhaan yang hakiki dalam proses pemenuhan kebutuhan keinginan dalam bentuk perdagangan. Sehingga terhindar dari perdagangan yang ribawi dan zalim. Nilai-nilai yang berdimensi etika dalam al-Qur‘an harus dijadikan prinsip dalam membangun prinsip perdagangan yang berorientasi pada falah.
