Preschool: Jurnal Perkembangan dan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini published twice a year since October 2019. This journal is published by the Department of Early Childhood Studies, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia. Abstract

This study is intended to describe the nature-based learning management in TPA Sekar Purbalingga, so the scope of this research are: (1) nature-based learning planning activities; (2) activities of organizing learning based on nature; (3) nature-based learning implementation activities; and (4) nature-based learning supervision activities. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that nature-based learning planning was carried out through the preparation of a curriculum that developed six programs, namely: a religious and moral value development program (NAM), a physical motor development program, a cognitive development program, a language development program, a social emotional development program, and an art development program. . Organizing natural-based learning is done by grouping children into classes based on their age. This is done because the nature of the child will develop is also influenced by the age factor. The implementation of nature-based learning is carried out through the development of the nature of faith, the development of the nature of learning, the development of the nature of talent, the development of the nature of sexuality, the development of the nature of aesthetics and language, the development of individual and social nature, and the development of physical nature. Play activities are carried out to develop the seven natures. Then in the supervision of nature-based learning, educational supervision activities are carried out aimed at fostering educators in carrying out their duties as organizers of nature-based learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the optimization efforts carried out by teachers, especially teachers at the early childhood level during the pandemic Covid-19. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. The sample of this study was early childhood teachers spread across various regions in the province of North Sumatra. The results of the study show that teachers in general optimize through the use of technology media, develop self-efficacy in dealing with pandemic conditions and involve parents in the online learning process. This is evidenced from 15 research indicators. Starting from doing online learning, using learning media through zoom meetings or whatsapp groups, creating virtual learning media, make video tutorials, digital exploration in online learning, join webinars for self-improvement during the pandemic, communicative in the implementation of online learning, involve parents in online learning, provide simulation and socialization of learning models that need to be done so that parents are ready to run it, learning activities for children and parents sent via video, giving daily learning plan to parents as a reference for children's online learning from home, aspects of child development are measured through the tasks given, visiting the child's house to see the child's progress, children's tasks are adjusted to the needs of children during the pandemic, provide questionnaires to parents to participate in assessing child development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pendampingan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi orang tua terkait pembelajaran anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDIT Luqman al-Hakim 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologis orang tua sebagai subjek penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah 55 orang tua siswa kelas 3 SDIT Luqman al-Hakim 2 Yogyakarta. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dengan antisipasi dalam pengumpulan data, yang kemudian direduksi, disajikan dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pendampingan belajar orang tua selama pandemi Covid-19 meliputi kemampuan orang tua dalam menyampaikan situasi Covid-19, kemampuan orang tua mendengarkan, kemampuan menerima perasaan/keluhan dan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Kendala yang dihadapi orang tua antara lain (1) aspek penyediaan fasilitas belajar, (2) pengawasan waktu belajar, (3) pengawasan dalam belajar, (4) pendampingan kesulitan belajar dan (5) pendampingan dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar.

Abstract

Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) merupakan model manajemen pendidikan yang muncul akibat maraknya tindak kekerasan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Model manajemen pendidikan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mendorong dan mendorong langkah-langkah positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang ramah anak. Sejak awal tahun 2016, hampir seluruh sekolah di Indonesia berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelaksanaan SRA. Namun, di awal tahun 2020 merebaknya Covid-19 di seluruh dunia menjadi tantangan bagi pengambil kebijakan pendidikan dalam menyukseskan SRA ini. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa wabah ini telah berhasil mendukung digitalisasi di segala bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan tentunya. Untuk mengkaji lebih jauh tantangan dan inovasi dalam penerapan SRA pada jenjang pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Malang, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya inovasi yang dilakukan guru MI di Kabupaten Malang dalam menerapkan model SRA di masa pandemi Covid-19. Inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan melibatkan aspek pemilihan materi, strategi dan penilaian pembelajaran yang tetap mengutamakan hak-hak anak. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi terbaik dalam menerapkan SRA di masa darurat seperti saat ini.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic requires students to study at home without interacting in class for a while. Learning from home is undoubtedly difficult for early childhood and elementary school students, especially students with special needs, including dyslexia. Many studies aiming to improve the alphabet based-reading skill for children with dyslexia have been conducted; nevertheless, further study on Al-Qur’an reading skill for these children in Indonesia as a country with the majority of Muslim inhabitants is considered essential. The different characteristics between Latin and Arabic alphabets create a complex challenge for dyslexic students. Arabic as a foreign language whose written form is rarely found publicly has made dyslexic children less exposed to Arabic alphabetical forms. This study is of single-subject experiment type and uses the A-B-A design. The intervention stage comprises four media, namely Uno stacko, flashcard, kinetic sand, and playdough. The study results prove 0% overlap, and the intervention is proven to be successful in improving the Al-Qur’an reading skill of students with dyslexia significantly.

Abstract

Independence is one aspect of development in the social-emotional field that needs to be instilled from early childhood. The purpose of this research is to (1) describe the application of the I can circuit game to increase the independence of group A children at Al-Muhajirin Malang Kindergarten (2) to describe the improvement of the independence of group A children through the I can circuit game at Al-Muhajirin Malang Kindergarten. This study uses Classroom Action Research. This study uses two cycles where each cycle. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research instrument used an observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in children's independence starting from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Problematika mengenai kenakalan remaja di Indonesia tentu bukan lagi merupakan hal yang asing di telinga kita. Pada faktanya, KPAI menyebutkan bahwa setidaknya ada 1.567 kasus pengaduan anak yang terdata oleh mereka per-tahun 2020 silam. Tingginya kasus tersebut tentu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Berangkat dari isu tersebut, masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya keterampilan sosial-emosional pada anak sehingga menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti tawuran, bullying, adanya kesenjangan sosial, dan lain sebagainya. Demi pembahasan yang lebih lanjut, tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orangtua tentang perkembangan sosial-emosional anaknya melalui pendidikan agama. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa literatur yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan tentu berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan data-data tersebut ditemukan bahwa peran orangtua memegang penting dalam perkembangan sosial-emosional anak, seperti pola asuh, keteladanan, pendidikan agama serta keadaan lingkungan. Bahkan tokoh sosiologi seperti Emile Dukheim juga menegaskan betapa pentingnya pendidikan agama bagi kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini menyoroti pendidikan agama Islam yang bersumber dari Al-qur’an dan hadits. Oleh sebab itu, tulisan ini diharapkan akan bermanfaat bagi para orang tua khususnya yang beragama Islam dalam membimbing anak mereka pada proses perkembangan sosial dan emosional.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 merupakan peluang dan sekaligus sebagai tantangan bagi pemerintah Indonesia untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dan daya saing yang tinggi. Hal tersebut hanya bisa dicapai melalui pendidikan. Pendidikan akan berhasil dengan baik apabila diikuti oleh siswa yang memiliki bakat dan minat yang sesuai dengan pendidikan yang ditempuhnya. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian pustaka yang terkait dengan pengembangan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Multiple Intelligences. Identifikasi bakat dengan Multiple Intelligences terhadap anak usia dini sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar guru dan utamanya orang tua dapat merencanakan dan mengarahkan pendidikan untuk anaknya sehingga pendidikan yang ditempuh, mulai dari tingkat pendidikan dasar sampai dengan pendidikan tinggi, dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan bakat dan minatnya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of evaluation of early childhood learning in a pandemic as it is today. In the world of education, it also experiences a big impact which is also very important in developing human resources. All understand that education is the main and very important foundation in human life. Early childhood education is very important, because seen from the role of early childhood education itself is to develop children's early potential and to fulfill children's growth and development in order to have readiness to attend further education. In the process of learning online early childhood education, a special strategy is needed both from the teacher and from the family in order to achieve children's success. In addition, online learning evaluations are also needed to determine children's success rates.

Abstract

Sebuah klub atau lembaga pasti mempunyai data-data dan program-program yang dilaksanakan dalam klub tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengenalkan suatu klub, yaitu XBC Pushbike Malang yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang bergerak di bidang pengembangan aktivitas fisik anak dengan menggunakan sepeda tanpa pedal (balance bike). Untuk pengenalan klub XBC Pushbike, perlu dibuat sebuah buku profil yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi secara detail dan memberi gambaran mengenai klub XBC Pushbike, dengan begitu masyarakat akan mengetahui apa yang ditawarkan XBC Pushbike yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan  Research Development karena peneliti menghasilkan suatu produk buku profil yang telah diuji kelayakannya oleh para ahli dan pengguna agar produk tersebut bermanfaat di masyarakat luas.
