Abstract

The background of this research important of the students have autonomy in makingcareer decisions. Independence in decision-making is very important to have a studentcapable of handling its own problems and is responsible for the decisions taken.The purpose of this research to determine whether the peer counseling effective forincreasing students' independence in making decisions vocational students Nurul Islam XIIclass AK 1 in the academic year 2015-2016.This research is a quantitative Quasi Experiment. Calculations for researchquestionnaire test or reliability test use Alpha Croanbach with reliability coefficient of0.903144 (acceptable) with strong reliability levels and questionnaires using Likert scale usedto measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of events or socialphenomena. Reported the 51 items that can be used for research of 60 questions that exist.The population in this study were all students of class XII SMK Nurul Islam 2015-2016 school year as many as 153 students. Sempel taken that class XII with a sample of 15students AK1 control group and experimental group of 15 students. The technique ofcollecting data using questionnaires independence in making career decisions. Datavalidation using the product moment applied to ms. Excel. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan bimbingan kelompok denganteknik role playing untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif siswa di kelas VII MTS MTS ASSYA’FIIYAH 05 BEKASIPendekatan yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang sesuai dengan jenispenelitian. Dan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Penelitian inibertujuan, untuk mengetahui apakah efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknikrole playing untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif kelas VIII siswa di MTS AS-SYA’FIIYAH 05BEKASI tahun akademik 2016-2017.Desain yang digunakan adalah non equivalent pretest-posttest desaign control group.Dari hasil tersebut, didapat 40 butir soal yang dapat digunakan sebagai penelitian dari total 63butir soal yang ada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 siswa dengan teknikpengambilan sampel secara sample jenuh. Yang dibagi dari, kelompok kontrol berjumlah 17siswa dan kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 19 siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapatditerima. Layanan bimbingan kelompok role playing efektif untuk mereduksi perilaku agresifkelas VIII di MTS AS-SYA’FIIYAH 05 BEKASI Dengan perhitungan uji 3,432sementara pada taraf signifikan 0,05 memiliki nilai 1,664berarti > , maka diterima dan ditolak.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompokrole playing efektif terhadap mereduksi perilaku agresif siswa kelas VIII di MTS ASSYA’FIIYAH 05 BEKASI. Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam menyelesaikanmasalah perilaku agresif siswa dengan layanan dan teknik yang lebih berkembang lagicontohnya menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing ataupunmempersiapkan layanan dan teknik yang tepat.Daftar Pustaka: 19 buku (2001-2014), 4 sumber dari internet, 2 Jurnal.

Abstract

This study focused on the application of psychodrama techniques in group counselingto improve emotional stability at class X SMK Tunas Wisata Indonesia Bekasi. Researchersfocused goal is to determine and disclose as well as to alleviate the problems experienced bystudents through psychodrama methods, both issues that are personal, social, career, andother problems associated with emotions that include improving students emotional stabilityof students through psychodrama techniques and transform negative emotions into positiveemotions of students, so students can better control his emotions.This study design using quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. And asampling technique in this study using cluster sampling. The population in this study werestudents of class X SMK Tunas Wisata Indonesia Bekasi, amounting to 115 students and 25students of class X Hotel Accommodation chosen as samples.Results from this study show that implementation of psychodrama techniques ingroup counseling is effective to improve students emotional stability. It is known from thecalculation results before and after the introduction of the treatment of students, as well asthrough statistical calculation results expressed as t count> t-table then Ha accepted andrejected H0, t count> t-table = 4.5341> 2.064 then ha accepted. With the confidence level (1-α) 100% = 90%, then there is a significant relationship between the application ofpsychodrama in group counseling techniques to improve emotional stability class X AP-1SMK Tunas Wisata Indonesia.

Abstract

The influence of technical discussion group tutoringservice of interpersonal communication skills of students of Class XI in SMK Lamp NatureBekasi. Thesis: the educational guidance counseling Degree programs the University of IslamAS'SYAFI ' IYAH JOIN, 2015.This research aims to know the influence or whether tutoring service engineeringgroup discussion of interpersonal communication skills of students. The hypothesis putforward in the study is "the effect of group guidance services technique discussion ofinterpersonal communication skills of students". This research was carried out in Bekasi onNatural Lamp SMK class XI semester even 2014/2015. Polupasi with 80 students. 40students class experiments and 40 grade control. The samples studied as many as 40students.This research uses experimental design method of non-equivalent control groupdesign. Free variables: technical discussion group for guidance. Bound variables: personalcommunication anta students. Interpersonal communication instrument students using thelikert scale with shape tests. with statement and answer choice SS, S, CS, KS, TS.To test the validity of the instrument is obtained is r-count will be consulted with rcriticism (Pearson product moment correlation table). With n = 62 at 5% significance leveli.e. r criticism = 0.25. If r-r-> count table (0.063 > 0.25.) then the item is said to be valid andcan be used for data collection. Reliability tests for testing communication between privatestudents who are fully tested, gained 0.86 = rhitung > 0.25 so that this research instrumentreliability. Before data analysis and test research on liliefors, its homogeneity test, test andtest result t. normality indicates that results for pretest postest to Lhitung less than Ltabel(Lhitung < Ltabel) on a significant level of α = 0.05. with n = 40 results pretes and postesclass experiment and control, experimental pretest = 0,087 postest experiment = 0.14 < 0,086< 0.14 and pretest control = 0.14 postest control 0,112 < = 0,115 < 0.14. then it can beconcluded both samples Gaussian normal.The test results show that its homogeneity on a significant level of α = 0.05 Fhitungresult experiments in class 0.27 < Ftabel 1.70 and school classrooms; control Fhitung 0,907 <Ftabel 1,704. it can be concluded that both data have a homogeneous variances. After donetest requirement analysis, hypothesis testing is done next by using test-t test calculationsbased on results.-q. retrieved thitung 23,43 whereas in α = 0.05 significant level ttabel 2,023.therefore thitung = 23,43 > ttabel 2,023, H0 is rejected and then accepted Ha. And the resultsof this study concluded that there was a significant effect of group guidance Servicestechnique discussion of interpersonal communication skills of students.
