Abstract

Internet banking is an interesting topic. It has become one of the most important and modern applications that have many benefits. This research objects to analyze the impact of internet banking on banking performance at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research also examines banking ratios such as size, capital, credit risk, expense management, liquidity, and macroeconomic factors, such as inflation and economic growth. The population that used in this research were all financial sector companies in the banking subsector listed on IDX. While the sample in the research was determined by purposive sampling method, so that 58 samples of companies were obtained during the 2010-2019 period. The data type is secondary data obtained by the IDX and the sample companies' annual reports. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression by way of SPSS 25. The results of the research concluded that internet banking has a negative and insignificant effect on banking performance, size and capital have a positive and significant effect. Credit risk, expense management and economic growth have a negative and significant effect on banking performance. Meanwhile, liquidity and inflation have a negative and insignificant effect on banking performance. Keywords : banking performance, internet banking, banking ratios

Abstract

This article aims to describe how the entrepreneurial competence of vocational school students after being given training in compiling a business plan using the Business Model Canvas. The Business Model Canvas is a comprehensive yet practical business model. This article uses a descriptive method, because this research is not intended to test certain hypotheses but only describes "what is" about the conditions to be studied, the research was conducted at SMKN 1 Baso. Data were collected using a questionnaire from 28 respondents. From the research results it is known that there is an increase in understanding, skills and insights of students in entrepreneurship, especially in making business plans using the business model canvas

Abstract

Dalam keluarga, laki-laki  sebagai suami adalah tulang punggung yang  menafkahi keluarga dengan didukung oleh peran perempuan sebagai istri apabila dia bekerja. Perempuan yang tidak bekerja tetapi ingin mendukung  perekonimian  keluarga akan  berwirausaha dengan harapan mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan  untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kelompok Perempuan Pengrajin Rajutan Ayang adalah  kelompok pengrajin perempuan yang menghasilkan kerajinan rajutan berupa dompet, tas pesta, tas kerja, tempat botol minum dan gantungan kunci.  Usaha yang didirikan oleh kelompok pengrajin kerajinan rajutan Ayang ini termasuk usaha mikro. Usaha ini berlokasi di Korong Balai Usang, Nagari Sintuk, Kec. Sintuk Toboh Gadang, Kab. Padang Pariaman.Sebagai perempuan yang berwirausaha, harapan dari kelompok mitra adalah tercapainya kesejahteraan keluarga dengan peran mereka sebagai pendukung perekonomian keluarga. Akan tetapi kesejahteraan itu belum tercapai dengan berbagai keluhan dari kelompok mitra. Hal ini berarti peran perempuan sebagai wirausaha yang diharapkan dapat mendukung perekonomian keluarga belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal. Pertama, pengetahuan kelompok mitra dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga masih terbatas. Kelompok mitra belum membuat anggaran dan belanja rumah tangga, sehingga dalam praktiknya tidak disesuaikan dengan income. Kedua, kelompok mitra belum ada membuat pembukuan usaha secara sederhana seperti laporan keuangan sederhana dan neraca, sehingga kemajuan dan perkembangan usaha tidak dapat diukur. Ketiga, kelompok mitra belum dapat menentukan harga pokok dan harga jual produk kerajinan sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi. Keempat, kelompok mitra belum mengenal pemasaran secara online, sehingga pangsa pasar produk kerajinan terbatas, mengakibatkan omzet penjualan rendah. Kelima, kurangnya inovasi dalam hal motif dan disain produk kerajinan rajutan.           Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadali oleh kelompok mitra ini adalah melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi untuk pengelolaan keuangan  keluarga, keuangan usaha, penentuan harga pokok danharga jualserta media promosi online.  Demonstrasi dan praktikum digunakan untuk pembuatan produk kerajinan rajutan yang inovatif dan kreatif.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 September 2020 mulai pukul 07.30 sampai selesai. Jumlah  peserta yang hadir adalah 20 orang. Setelah  kegiatan dilaksanakan, melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada peserta, dapat diketahui bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan  pengetahuan peserta tentang  literasi keuangan, pemasaran  online, penghitungan  harga pokok produk dan inovasi motif. Dengan diterapkannnya pengetahuan  yang diperoleh selama kegiatan ini,  diharapkan akan tercapainya optimalisasi peran perampuan  wirausaha ini  dalam mendukung perekonomian keluarga.       Kata kunci: Literasi  keuangan; pemasaran  online;  harga pokok; inovasi motif

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the impact of service quality in passenger retention in Trans Padang. These researchs were descriptive and quantitative. The study consist of residents in Padang, who frequently use the Trans Padang Pasar Raya – Lubuk Buaya route. The data used were primary and secondary data. We used questionnaires and documents. The sample of this technique was a targeted sample with a total sample size of 100 respondents. This analysis method had been use repeatedly with SPSS version 23 regrression analysis. The hypothesis study uses in this data analysis such as validation, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterogeneity, F-test, and T-statistic test at a = 0.05. the result of this study show that 1)Reliability had a significant negative impact on passenger loyality in Trans Padang. 2)Responsibility had a significant positive impact on the loyality of Trans Padang. 3)assurance had a significant positive impact on the loyality of Trans Padang. 4) Empathy had a significant positive impact on the loyality of Trans Padang. 5)Tangible had a significant negative impact on the loyality of Trans Padang passengers.Keywords : reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible and loyalty

Abstract

Contextual based learning modules in the areas of business and management expertise in Vocational High School (SMK) are important to be used as a teacher’s guide in teaching and as a source of learning for students in the learning process. The effectiveness of the use of this module can be generated in the development of contextual-based learning modules in the areas of expertise in AKL, BDP, and OTKP. The method used in writing this article uses the literature review method, the source of which was obtained on the Google Schoolar website with the issue of the past 8 years. From the 10 articles, it was found that the development of contextual-based learning modules in the field of business management expertise was very effectively used in the learning process by using the ADDIE, 4-D, and Borg and Ball development models. Then in its use this contextual based learning module is feasible to use in the learning process both in the classroom and learning independently at home. So, the existence of contextual based modules is able to make students have critical thinking skills in connecting teaching material or concepts that have been received with their application in real life in their environment.Keywords: effectiveness, learning modules, contextual

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of green marketing and consumer knowledge towards brand image of Tupperware in Padang. This type of research is causative. The population of this research are people who use Tupperware. The sample of this research is based on Chocran formula of 100 respondents that choose by using Nonprobability sampling methods and purposive sampling technic. It used primary data that obtained through distributing questionnaires to people in Padang with particular criteria. This research is using multiple regression analysis as method of analysis with SPSS 26. The result of this research is show that (1) Green marketing has significant effect towards the brand image of Tupperware in Padang (2) Consumers knowledge has significant effect to brand image of Tupperware in Padang. Keywords: green marketing, consumer knowledge, brand image

Abstract

The purpose of researche is to know the role of entrepreneurship education’and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions student  economic faculty of Padang State University. Research used causal asositive the population the research were students Economic Faculty of Padang State University. Number of samples were decided base on hair et. As many as 86 people and chosen stratified proportional Random Sampling using. Data are used is primer data were provided through questionnaire shared to students economic faculty of State University of Padang based on predetermined criteria. Analysis metho used is multiple using by spss 20. The results this research shows (1) entrepreneurship education and self efficacy  any significant effect to entrepreneurial intentions, (2) entrepreneurship education  have no significant affect on entrepreneurial intentions, (3) self efficacy have significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Keywords: enterpreneurship education, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intentions

Abstract

Analysis of leadership and communication on employee performance has the objective to find out what leadership and communication can improve employee performance. The method used in writing this literature review uses the method of systematic literature review (SMS), which is sourced from ecogen sources and some proceedings, it cannot cover all existing journal and conference databases. In addition, we only get categories of articles in Indonesians. With the problem of the past 10 years. Based on 21 literature searches, I found that leadership that can improve employee performance in both goverment agencies and the business and industry world is democratic leadership, as well as communication that can improve employee performance both in goverment agencies and the business and industri world is effective communication both communication vertical, horizontal and diagonal. Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of spiritual intelligence on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. 2) the effect of interest in learning on class X students' learning motivation on economics in state high school 3 Padang. 3) the effect of spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together on class X students' motivation to study economics in state high school 3 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with a causative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 323 with sampling using proportional simple random sampling techniques. In order to obtain a sample of 179 class X students. Data collection techniques using a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 2) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on student motivation in class X in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 3) spiritual intelligence and interest in learning together have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation of class X students in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Padang seen from the value of sig. 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: Kecerdasan Spiritual, Minat Belajar, Motivasi Melajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on customer revisit intention of Golden Cafe dan Resto at Kota Padang. This is the causative research. The population of the research is Padang city community. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Padang city community with established criteria. The analytical method is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results indicate that (1) Store atmosphere and service quality advertisements have a significant effect on revisit, (2) Store atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) Service quality have a significant influence on revisit intention.       Kata Kunci: store atmosphere, service quality, revisit intention
