Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study were students of Eiger University of Hasyim Asyari. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total sample of 74 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the heteroscedasticity test, and the multicollinearity test and multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the t-test (partial) showed that the product quality variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y) and the brand image variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). The results of the F test (simultaneous) showed that the product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) as a whole had a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer loyalty. (Y).

Abstract

This research as a purpose to know the influence of produce attribute and the price of buying decision of oppo smartphone to students of economic faculty of Hasyim Asy’ari University. The kind of this research was quantitative research descriptive associative. The population of this research was the students of economic faculty who was used oppo smartphone number 178 people. The technique of sample decision used purposive sampling with much number sample 123 people. The technique of data analyse used validity and reliability, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. The result showed: (1) The product attribute had positive influential to buying decision of oppo smartphone to student management faculty of Hasyim Asy’ari university Jombang. (2) the price had positive influential of buying decision of oppo smartphone to student management faculty of Hasyim Asy’ari University Jombang. (3) The product attribute and the price simultaneously had positive influential of buying decision of oppo smartphone to students management faculty of Hasyim Asy’ari University.

Abstract

The development of the world economy is increasingly consumer behavior change resulted in forward in terms of the fulfillment of his needs, this company must continue to innovate in creating strategy of price and quality of service interesting in order to maintain its existence. Customer satisfaction is one of the keys to the success of the company is very noteworthy. This research aims to know the influence of the price and quality of service of consumer satisfaction in the Rocket Chicken Branch Stubs. Research methods used in this research is quantitative research methods and the type of survey research (research survey) with the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression techniques. the population in this research is the entire consumer Rocket Chicken Branch Stubs one by the number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Research results showed partially prices and service quality to customer satisfaction, while simultaneously the price and quality of services to the satisfaction of the consumer. should party Rocket Chicken Branch stubs pay attention to pricing and quality of service in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look for the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee productivity case studies at PT.Maan ghodaqo shiddiq sustainable. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive associative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires / questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. In analyzing data using statistical methods, namely validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that, organizational culture partially had a significant positive effect on the productivity of PT. Maan ghodaqo shiddiq sustainable employees. Partial job satisfaction does not have an effect on the productivity of PT. Maan ghodaqo shiddiq's sustainable employees. Organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the productivity of PT. Maan ghodaqo shiddiq's sustainable employees.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyse influences. Electronic media advertisements and word of Wouth against consumer purchase decisions (case study of Traveloka users Faculty of Economics University of Hasyim Asy’ari) data collection methods using questionnaires and analytical techniques used are Multiple linear regression in 125 students of the economics Faculty of Universitas Hasyim Asyari of Traveloka users. The analysis of data on this study uses SPSS help version 23. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests with correlation between scores, reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha. Test classic assumptions and multiple liner regression analyses, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of T-Test (partial) studies show that electronic media ad variables (X1) have an insignificant positive influence on Traveloka (Y) Purchase decisions and word of mouth (X2) ad variables have an insignificant positive influence Decision to purchase the Traveloka (Y). The results of F test Research (simultaneous) show the results that the electronic media ads and word of mouth overall are of simultaneous and significant effect on the purchase decision of Traveloka (Y).

Abstract

Product quality is the ability possessed by a product to be used within a certain period. Product design is the thing that adheres to the product that can be felt directly by consumers. Purchasing decision is an action or decision taken according to various considerations that have been made. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and product design on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are consumers who buy and use Honda Scoopy, and the sample is 30 respondents. The design of this study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are deemed worthy of being a source of data. Technical analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, product design has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, so product quality and product design variables are equally influential on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research purpose to look for occur or does not occur influence between product quality and price toward customers satisfaction in Waroeng Aneka Sambel Jombang. The kind of research used is technic quantitative descriptive association. Take of sample by slovin margin error 5 percents amount 139 customers. This research using technic with collection the questioner data, interview, documentation, and observation. This analysis data using statistic methods of using validity and reliable, classic assumption test, hypothetical test, by multiple linier regressions formula. The results of this research showed that 1) The product quality has a positive effects to customers each partial 2) The price have a significant effects to customers 3) The quality of the product and the price simultaneously have a influenced towards toward customers satisfaction in Waroeng Aneka Sambel Jombang.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry has caused changes in people behavior, this has encouraged companies to continue to innovate in terms of gaining market share. These innovations are related to strategies which include product, price, place, and promotion which will be able to attract consumers to make purchasing decision. This study aims to determine the effect of the product, price, place, and promotion on purchasing decisions at D&D Chicken and Burger Sumobito Jombang. The result method used in this research with analytical techniues using mltiple linier analysis. The population in this study were consummers who made purchases at D&D Chicken and Burger Sumobito Jombang with a total sample of 50 respondents. The result of this study indicate that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneosly and the most influential variable is the promotion variable.

Abstract

This research purpose to know influence of works environment and dicipline toward employee productivity in sugar company of Ngadiredjo Kediri. Technic data analysi kuantitatif in this research used with the collection the survey data or observasi using primary data who obtained by quesioners, this sample in this research amount 146 respondens. Take of sample by random sampling, that is taking of sample compound each subjects of the populations, therefore, all subjects was assumed same for every subjects to derive the occasion selected to be sample. Technic of analysis data used regresi linier berganda. The result of research is shown up that; 1) Working environment has influenced positive toward employees productivity, 2) working discipline has influenced significants for partial and simultaneous toward the employees of productivity, 3). Working environment and working discipline have influenced simultaneous toward employees productivity Sugar Company of Ngadiredjo Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of research was to know influence of mix marketing on the decision of purchase services at costumers car rental siBorju Jombang. Technique of analysis quantitative dara in the research used with the collection of survey data or observation using primary data who obtained by quisioners. The sample of this research was 70 respondents. Technique of collecting data used questioner that has been tested by validity and reliability. T test and F test to know the significance of independent variable toward dependent variable. The results showed that the marketing mix had a positive and significant influence on service purchase decisions on SiBorju Jombang car rental consumers.
