Obligation of creditor in making report for nullification of debt in fiduciary registration office to delete the record of fiduciary object is known as liability omission (Roya). Liability omission can be done when debtor paying off all debts that is possessed to the creditor. When liability omission (roya) is not conducted by the creditor after debtor pay off all the debt, it certainly harms the debtor since he/she as debtor is not able to use the fiduciary object to make new credit agreement with other parties. The present research aims to elaborate and examine further about the obligation of creditor in performing liability omission toward the fiduciary object when the debtor paying off all the debts. Moreover, the present study tries to elaborate further about accountability of creditor regarding negligence in performing liability omission toward fiduciary object that has been paid off. The method used in the present study is a normative legal research, namely legal research which is conducted by examining the library materials or secondary law while in finding and collecting the data is done by two approaches, namely the law and conceptual approaches. The present study shows that deletion record of fiduciary object based on paying off of debts by the debtor shall be performed by the creditor. When creditor neglects in performing this act within fourteen days (14) after the repayment of debt, it can be justified as infringement of law. Moreover, creditor shall responsible to pay all losses that is experienced by the debtor.

Shared assets are abattoir items obtained during marriage. If the divorce of the joint property is divided in two, except for the marriage agreement. This is regulated in Article 97 Compilation of Islamic Law as a basis for legal certainty. But the fact is that the sharing of the collective shares is not in accordance with Article 97 Compilation of Islamic Law, namely the division is not divided in two as occurred in the Supreme Court decision Number 266K / AG / 2010, namely the Plaintiff / Cassation Respondent ex-husband gets ¼ (one quarter). Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa disahkan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2014 setelah sebelumnya melalui pembahasan selama kurang lebih 7 tahun oleh anggota legislatif. Kelahiran UU tentang Desa ini menggantikan peraturan tentang desa yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 72 Tahun 2005 tentang Desa. Kebijaksanaan pembangunan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat merupakan sasaran utama berdasarkan landasan yang telah ditetapkan dan dilaksanakan demi mencapai tujuan sehingga masyarakat desa dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Sejalan dengan pembangunan yang dituangkan didalam program Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) yang ditaja oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, memberikan keleluasaan Pemerintah Desa untuk membangun desanya. Sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Pasal 1ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, bahwa Negara Indonesia adalah negara hukum. Setelah lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, keberadaan Naskah Akademik dalam penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan menjadi suatu keharusan terhadap pembentukan Undang-Undang sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Pasal 43 ayat (3) bahwa Rancangan Undang-Undang yang berasal dari DPR, Presiden, atau DPD harus disertai Naskah Akademik. Sedangkan terhadap pembentukan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota masih bersifat kabur antara keharusan atau alternatif karena hanya menyebutkan “disertai”, sebagaimana tertuang dalam Pasal 56 ayat (2) yang menyatakan bahwa Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) disertai dengan penjelasan atau keterangan dan/atau Naskah Akademik. Perumusan Masalah 1) Implikasi hukum rancangan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang tidak disertai dengan kajian Naskah Akademik ?2) Faktor Penyebab Tidak Disertakannya Naskah Akademik Dalam Penyusunan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah? Penulisan dengan menggunakan pendekatan empiris, analisa dilakukan dengan cara membanndingkan antara das sollen dengan des sein.Implikasi hukum rancangan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang tidak disertai dengan kajian Naskah Akademik Banyak permasalahan yang tidak dapat diketahui dari awal, dalam hal pembentukan undang-undang tidak didahului dengan penyusunan naskah akademik. Kadang kala dapat terjadi, pembentukan undang-undang tidak memberikan jawaban terhadap pelbagai permasalahan dalam masyarakat. Bahkan dapat terjadi, ketika suatu undang-undang telah dibentuk dan dinyatakan berlaku, ternyata bertentangan dengan undang-undang lain yang telah dibentuk sebelumnya sehingga menimbulkan problem hukum dalam pelaksanaan. Faktor Penyebab Tidak Disertakannya Naskah Akademik Dalam Penyusunan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah, a. Subtansi Hukum (Legal Subtance), b. Struktur hukum (legal structure), c. Budaya hukum (legal culture).

Formation, division, deletion and incorporation of the area aims to improve people's welfare through improving services, improving order and security and increasing relations between the center and the regions which relies on Government Regulation Number 19 of 2008 concerning Sub-Districts. Sentajo Raya Subdistrict in the process of its formation was full of obstacles as well as the rejection of a number of Benai District community members. The fundamental problem in the formation of Sentajo Raya District is the existence of deviations from Article 4 letters c and d, where there is a rejection from the Benai District community due to the absence of consultation with the Benai District community regarding the formation and retrieval of several villages from the Benai sub-district. The rejection occurred since the discourse on the formation of the sub-district until the formation of Sentajo Raya Sub-District became widely discussed in the formation of this sub-district because it was not accepted for the components involved in the expansion of both the preparatory area and the parent area. Date 27 July 2012 Draft Regional Regulations on Three Subdistricts namely Kuantan Hilir Seberang Subdistrict, Sentajo Raya District and Pucuk Rantau Subdistrict are stipulated as Kuantan Singingi District Regulation Number 24 of 2012 concerning Formation of Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Sentajo Raya District and Pucuk Rantau District. Through these regional regulations, Kuantan Singingi Regency officially increased by 3 (three) new sub-districts and Sentajo Raya District was one of the results of the expansion of 2 (two) main sub-districts namely Kuantan Tengah District and Benai District.

The settlement of criminal offenses with mild motives can be carried out by reasoning penal mediation called the restorative justice approach, which focuses on the direct participation of perpetrators, victims and the community. The research that use in this study is sociological legal research (social legal research). The concept of restorative justice through reasoning penal mediation in the settlement of a mildly criminal case for the indigenous people of village kuala gasib in koto gasib siak, was carried out with the intermediary of the headman. Headman as customary village heads and as government administrators have an important role in creating peace efforts in resolving disputes that occur in the community, one of which is through the settlement of criminal cases by reasoning penal mediation with the concept of restorative justice. The constraints of the concept of restorative justice through reasoning penal mediation in the settlement of mildly criminal cases for the indigenous people of village kuala gasib in koto gasib siak are: a) The absence of a special law mediation of regulation, b) Lack of facilities and infrastructure in mediating, c) Lack of mediator skills for village head to reconcile the parties to the dispute, d) There are differences of opinion among law enforcement officials about the concept of restorative justice through penal mediation

Land buying and selling according to customary law needs to know the validity and strength of the evidence, so that if a claim can be maintained in court. The formulation of the problem of this research is how a juridical review of the validity and strength of evidence of land buying and selling according to customary law. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of the discussion indicate that a juridical review of the validity of buying and selling according to customary law is legal as in the Supreme Court Jurisprudence Number 952k / Sip / 1974 that buying and selling is legal in fulfilling the requirements of customary law, in real, cash and known by the Head of Village / Head The village, while the strength of the evidence is that if the land is bought verbally, the strength of the evidence is free, whereas if done in writing, the strength of the evidence is the beginning and will be perfect if acknowledged by the parties or supported by other evidence tools such as evidence statement from 2 witnesses

Islamic law is prescribed by Allah SWT with the aim of realizing and realizing and protecting the benefit of humanity, both for the benefit of individuals, society or both. But Islamic criminal law is not understood correctly and deeply by society, even by the Islamic community itself. in the meantime, the position of Islamic law in the field of civilization has been broadly established in positive law, whether it is an element of influence, or as a modification of religious norms, which are formulated in civil laws and regulations, or which are covered by a substantial legal environment. Law No. 7 of 1989 concerning religious justice. Whereas Islamic criminal law has not yet gotten a place like the positive law of Islamic civilization. Whereas Islamic criminal law has the same opportunities as civil law in the national legal system based on three factors, namely philosophy, sociology and juridical. Consumer Protection Act Article 4 letter a which states that consumers have the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and / services, so that goods circulated in the market must go through an Official Independent Institution formed by the Government which functions to oversee the circulation of each drug product, food and beverages circulating in Indonesia, namely the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). The BPOM Code is given as a guarantee that the goods consumed are healthy or harmless if consumed. Products that have been coded BPOM means that consumers use products that have safe quality and do not endanger health. But in reality there are still many markets on the product that are without the BPOM code, for example products in the form of female cosmetics.
