Abstract

Supervision carried out through the PTS is group supervision, while the approach used is a collaborative approach. The purpose of this supervision is to improve the competence of lower grade teachers in planning thematic learning. Thus this study is entitled "THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLINICAL SUPERVISION TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF TEACHERS IN MANAGING LEARNING PROCESS AT SDN MENANGGAL 601 SURABAYA." Based on facts and field observations as the principal, the teachers seemed to understand the performance evaluation and Academic Supervision carried out by supervisors towards them. However in reality, there are still many teachers who do not understand the evaluation and supervision after both activities were conducted

Abstract

The presence of the media is essential in teaching and learning. In the process of unclearness of the material presented, you can help by introducing the media as an intermediary. The complexity of the material presented can be simplified with the help of media. The media can present what the teacher cannot express with certain words or sentences. Even material abundance can be concretized by the presence of mass media. Thus, it is easier for students to assimilate the materials than without the help of the media. The authors would like to perform School Action Research at SDN Medokan Ayu I/270 Surabaya with the title "Improving the Ability of Homeroom Teachers in Implementing Learning Using Flash CD Animation Media through the Implementation of Supervision with Demonstration Teaching Techniques." ".This is a school action research project that will be carried out in two (two) cycles. Each cycle has four stages: 1) action planning, 2) action implementation, 3) action observation and interpretation, analysis and assessment, and 4) reflection. Ten homeroom teachers and two teachers from SDN Medokan Ayu I/270 Surabaya participated in this study. At SDN Medokan Ayu I/270 Surabaya, supervision with demonstration teaching strategies can be used to improve classroom teachers' ability to execute learning by using Integrated Science Edutainment Interactive CD-Based media.

Abstract

AbstractThe school principal has a very important role in a school. A good school is dependent to its school principal. If the principal is able to organize the whole components in the school to achieve the goals set in the beginning. The school principal must have a vision for the future and follow the changes that occur in the globalization era.In this action research, the monitoring and evaluation method is considered as the most appropriate one in applying managerial supervision to the school principal, compared to the other methods such as Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Workshop, and Delphi. As an advantage, researchers can directly monitor and contact with the conditions and developments in the field.The School Action Research (SAR) was conducted at SDN Sidotopo Wetan I/255 Surabaya. Research was scheduled from September 2021 to October 2021. The subject of research was the Teachers in SDN Sidotopo Wetan I/255 Surabaya. The number of Respondents were as many as 13 people.From the results, the implementation of a Method of Monitoring and Evaluation can Improve the pedagogical Competence of teachers at SDN Sidotopo Wetan I/255 Surabaya within Academic Year 2021/2022. The result of pedagogical competence improvement of teachers through the Method of Monitoring and Evaluation at SDN Sidotopo Wetan I/255 Surabaya Academic Year 2021/2022 is excellent. In cycle 2, the ability of teachers increased significantly compared to the earlier phase. In cycle 1, the average ability grew from 75 % to 86 % in cycle 2 after some improvement was being conducted in the cycle. Several weaknesses in cycle 1 included specifically aspect number 4 (the improvement activities for students); so, teachers were encouraged to conduct remedial activities for students with lower scores

Abstract

This study inspected student’s expectations in English Language Teaching at the first grade of MAN 2 Probolinggo. The expectation regards the effectiveness of online class management. There were 50 learners asked to fill questionnaires which contained 20 questions appertain to the diverse styles and methods of management techniques. It included intrinsic and extrinsic characteristics, which are often practiced and used by many teachers in an online class. Learners were requested to answer on a 5 dimension scale start from “not important” to “very important” related to what should teachers do in an online class to make learners more understand and enjoy the learning process. Participation was voluntary ask to fill the questionnaires. Unexpectedly, the results showed that online class management is needed for both learners and teachers. Learners were curious whether they were valued and got attention from the teachers and not to hesitate to speak freely in their classroom during the learning process. The authors hope this information can help teachers in arranging their online classes and also having a nice online class with all students.

Abstract

Tindakan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang yang bersifat nyata itu merupakan makna dari hasil pendidikan karakter yang dapat membentuk kepepribadiannya seseorang. Hal tersebut dilalui dengan pendidikan budi pekerti sehingga terbentuknya keperibadian di dalam diri seseorang. Seseorang akan bertinh laku dengan baik, bertanggung jawab, jujur, kerja keras, lemah lembut menghormati sesama dan juga penuh kasih saying. Hal itu dapat dilihat secara nyata pada tingkah laku seseorang. Konsep Pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh Ki Hajar Dewantara adalah bersifat pribumi. Sistem pendidikannya adalah system among dengan artian bersendikan kodrat alam dan merupakan system pendidikan yang bersifat kekeluargaan dan kemerdekaan terhadap anak supaya mereka dapat berkembang dan tumbuh dengan dasar kekuatannya sendiri Penyusunan metodenya Montessori merupakan sebuah metode pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang berdasar pada teori terhadap perkembangannya anak. Adapun metode tersebut berkarakteristik menekankan terhadap aktifitas anak dan adaptasi dilingkungan tempat belajarnya serta menyesuaikan terhadap level berkembangnya anak. Aktifitas fisik dan peran dalm menyerap kemampuan yang praktis dan konsep pembelajaran. Dari lingkungan sekolah konsep untuk Pendidikan anak diusia dini menurut Maria Montessori dan Ki Hajar dewantara juga ditemukan kesamaan dan juga ditemukan perbedaannya. Melihat persamaannya dilingkungan sekolah sama-sama mempunyai pendapat.Seprti halnya disekolah Casa Dei Bambini dan juga taman indria. Keduanya tersebut berpendapat sama bahwasanya media dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media dalam belajar yang bersifat alamiah dan pembelajaran nyata dari alam itu lebih menarik dibandingkan menggunakan media yang dibuat. Tempat dilaksanakannya pendidikan terhadap anak diusia dini dalam pemikiran Maria Montessori anak didik dfokuskan diruang kelas dan juga diditempatnya anak-anak pada saat bermain yang telah dirancangnya. Berdasarkan pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara bahwasanya tempat untuk dilaksanakannya Pendidikan terhadap anak tidak hanya dilingkungan sekolah. Mereka dapat melaksanakan pembelajarannya dilingkungan masyarakat dan juga dilingkungan keluarga. Jadi pemikirannya lebih meluas Pendidikan terhadap anak itu harus saling didukung oleh tiga lingkungan tersebut

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara jelas konsep pembentukan karakter dalam perspektif Islam dan Barat, dan untuk melihat tujuan pendidikan dari perspektif Islam dan Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan tematik dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan content analyze (analisis isi). Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian   ini adalah melihat konsep pendidikan dari perspektif Islam merupakan karakter yang sama halnya dengan akhlak. Berbeda dengan konsep pendidikan perspektif barat. Tujuan pendidikan Islam dan pendidikan Barat tidaklah sama. Islam tidak hanya berbicara tentang dimensi sekular, tetapi juga lebih memperhatikan dimensi akhirat. pendidikan anak dalam Islam dan Barat menunjukkan bahwa adanya kesenjangan pola pikir yang digunakan para ilmuwan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang berbeda. Ketika sumber dan metode ilmu pengetahuan Barat sepenuhnya bergantung pada pengalaman, itu rasional dan seringkali materialistis, mengabaikan dan meremehkan cara memperoleh pengetahuan melalui pencerahan dan klasik. Oleh karena itu, berbeda dengan konsep keilmuan dalam Islam, yang secara epistemologis bersumber dari kitab suci Al-Qur'an yang diperoleh melalui wahyu, hadits nabi, shalawat dan salam, dan hadits para ulama.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan , Karakter, perspektif Islam dan Barat.

However, in fact, after the evaluation and supervision, many teachers remained confused regarding such evaluation and supervision.Through the activities of the Academic Supervision, the results of teachers' performance in designing learning implementation plans is observed with the stages that emphasize more on practical knowledge hence it would be easier to be told by composing the lesson plans.   The increase in teachers' performance in the activities of the Academic Supervision can be seen in cycle I and cycle II. Hence, they demonstrated a positive impact on the ability of teachers in managing the implementation of the learning

Abstract

Learning media is an important part in the world of education. Through learning media, educators can build student excellence in realizing learning goals to the fullest. By utilizing this learning media, it can provide unlimited advantages in learning, because it will make it easier for a teacher to provide explanations to students so that students more easily understand the subjects given. The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest in learning in PAI subjects through audio-visual media for class X at SMA Darul akhlak Ambulu, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The configuration of the exam used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is expected to increase student interest in learning towards students in class X SMA Darul Akhlaq. From cycle I and cycle II, it can be seen that some students who were initially less interested and less interested in PAI subjects, are now very enthusiastic through audio-visual media. It can be seen that the effective level is at 80% and ineffective at 20%, resulting in an expanded level to be real, in the primary cycle of 40%, the second cycle of 80%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article will discuss the urgency of legitimacy and communication in formulating education policy. The purpose of this research is to describe a process and problems and then analyze the importance of communication and legitimacy in education policy. The research method is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of the study indicate that the legitimacy of educational policies is needed so that a policy that has been formulated can be ratified as a valid policy to be enforced. Likewise, communication in policy making is also very necessary so that there are no obstacles in the form of misunderstandings in the preparation of education policies. So it can be concluded that legitimacy and communication are very urgent factors in the formulation of educational policies.Keywords: Urgency, Legitimacy, Communication, Education Policy  ABSTRAKArtikel ini akan membahas mengenai urgensi dari legitimasi serta komunikasi dalam menyusun kebijakan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan suatu proses serta problem-problem selanjutnya menganalisis pentingnya komunikasi dan legitimasi dalam kebijakan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa legitimasi kebijakan pendidikan diperlukan agar suatu kebijakan yang telah dirumuskan dapat disahkan sebagai kebijakan yang valid untuk diberlakukan. Begitupun dengan komunikasi dalam penyusunan kebijakan juga sangat diperlukan agar tidak terjadi hambatan yang berupa kesalah pahaman dalam penyusunan kebijakan pendidikan. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa legitimasi dan komunikasi menjadi faktor yang sangat urgent dalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan.Kata kunci : Urgensi, Legitimasi, Komunikasi, Kebijakan Pendidikan

Abstract

The academic problems in this research is to answer the position of Islamic Educational Psychology that should be, by trying to view Islamic Educational Psychology from a philosophical perspective, for more precisely maqashid shari'ah.Maqashid syari'ah which was initiated by Jasser Auda is actually used for legal/sharia studies as a form of contemporary philosophy that responds to the dullness of the two previous philosophies, which are modern and postmodern philosophy. The concept of maqashid shari'ah that is often called the system philosophy approach has contributed to analyze the Islamic Education Psychology. With the six features, which are: Cognitive traits, Wholeness, Openness, Interrelated Hierarchies, Multi-dimensional, Always Aiming (purposefulness), that become the frame of reference in this paper to analyze Islamic Educational Psychology.This research began by reviewing the biography and thoughts of Jasser Auda about maqashid shari'ah, that continued by Jasser Auda's recommendations in system analysis. The next study examines the contribution of Jasser Auda's maqashid al syari'ah in Islamic Educational Psychology which shows that Islamic Educational Psychology is a dynamic discipline.  Keywords: Maqashid Al-Syari’ah, Jasser Auda, Islamic Education Psychology
