FORUM PAEDAGOGIK adalah jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan terbit berkala enam bulan sekali yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wahana komunikasi ilmiah insan akademik dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu kependidikan, organisasi pendidikan dan kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan Islam. Redaksi mengundang para pakar dan akademisi untuk menyumbangkan naskah, baik berupa hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, sesuai dengan kajian jurnal. Abstract

Sebagai seorang tokoh pendidikan, Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas menegaskan untuk menghadapi krisis pendidikan Islam dewasa ini, harus mengadakan pembaharuan-pembaharuan di segala aspek kehidupan umat Islam utamanya pada aspek pendidikan itu sendiri. Anak didik jangan hanya diajarkan pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di akhirat yang kekal dan abadi, tetapi juga mereka harus dididik gesit untuk meraih kebahagiaan profan dengan berbagai profesi. Menurut Al-Attas, pendidikan Islam selama ini masih dipahamkan parsial dan tidak integral dengan kehidupan modern dewasa ini. Pendidikan Islam hanya sebatas pemindahan ilmu dengan menghafal bahkan masih terikat betul dengan nuansa klasik dan kurang peduli pada kemajuan peradaban sains dan teknologimodern.Al-Attas salah seorang tokoh pendidik melayu muslim tampil memberi ide dan  penegasan bahwa pendidikan akan berjalan sesuai harapan bilamana pelaksanaannya harus  punya perencanaan yang berkorelasi dengan metode dan isinya. Tujuannya membentuk manusia yang integral dalam wujud universal.Maka pradigma pendidikan lebih tepat digunakanta’dibdaripadata’limatau tarbiyah. Artinya ta‟dib lebih luas cakupan maknanya dari pada dua kata lainnya, baik kognitif untuk membangun kecerdasan IQ maupun kecerdasan spiritual dan potensi skill telah dicakup oleh kata ta’dib, justru rasulullah SAW. mengatakan addabany rabby fa ahsana ta’diby,”Tuhanku telah mendidikku lalu Dia baikkan didikanku”. Metode ta’dib berarti harus lebih banyak membimbing anak didik dengan materi pendidikan berbasis kurikulum itu menjadi skill, menyelidiki isi danmuatan Al- Qur‟an - hadis memperluas cakrawala menghadapi kemajuan zaman kedepan.

Abstract

AbstraksiPeople would recognize a school good for its Arabic subject. It is studied for communication and qiraat skills. Here, students study it actively and productively. It means that students might able to speak, write, listen to and read.There are two systems to study Arabic; they are union system and division system. Union system takes united systems. The division system takes divided systems on any sciences. Accordingly, students might have reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for both systems.Moreover, there are Arabic teaching methodologies; lecturing, question and answer discussion, socio-drama, drilling, and recitation to reach those skills. Finally, teachers’ understanding towards students’ ages, time use, stationeries, project tools and teachers’ preparation for the subjects are supported principles, systems, aspects, and teaching methodology.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Bahasa Arab

Abstract

Teacher professionalism in not as slogan anymore, but it has become a job or activity that must be done. This research aims to describe students respond, stakeholders and headmaster of elementary school 200205 in Padangsidimpuan city toward teacher professionalism of Islamic education and character lesson. This is field research in qualitative descriptive where in this research, the researcher looks for and uses descriptive data such as words or utterance, opinions from research subject either orally or in writing. Data collections are conducted with interview and documentation method. Analysis technique is begun of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data analysis is conducted while data is collected and after all data are collected or after the research is done. The result ofresearch shows that the respond of student, stakeholder and headmaster elementary school 200205 Padangsidimpuan city is good in aspect of subject mastery, learning media use, and learning strategies application. However, preparation of learning device before beginning the study need to be improved such as making annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, lesson plans, and assessmentas that stiil out of expectatios. Therefore this research is done so that teacher in Islamic education and character lesson is able to be professional educator based on competence.

Abstract

Mathematicts is an important subject at Elementary Schools. Preliminary observation at many Elementary School indicated that mathematic achievement’s students was not satisfactory. The student’s understanding of number operations was olso low. One of many ways to improve the student’s activities and mathematic achievement is through the use of block Dienes in teaching number operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran IPS menggunakan based internet dan pictorical riddle. Pembelajaran seperti ini memungkinkan siswa untuk menemukan konsep yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dengan berbagai penjelasan yang dapat mengungkap dan menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, serta dapat lebih merasakan manfaat pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Pendekatan penelitian ini kami menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebagai tempat atau sumber acuan. Berdasakan hasil penelitian siswa dapat memahami dengan mencari tahu apa yang menjadi topik inti dan dapat mengkomunikasikan dengan baik dari kegiatan menunjukkan gambar-gambar maupun video animasi bergambar

Abstract

AbstractMathematical representative is part of mathematicalcommunication. Mathematical communication ability is one of standard of process that still need for growing and students have it. This standard of process must say while process of mathematic learning. Mathematical representative is a picture, translator, act of expressing, reappointment, institutionalization, or modeling of idea, concept, concept mathematic, and relationship between one configuration, construction, or situation of problem which from the students in medley type as effort to get clarify meaning, showing of comprehending, or to look for solution of the problem which there in front of us. Abstract

Moral teaching is very important given to every citizen with the aim of creating moral citizens. Moral teaching can be done formally through school, and can be non-formal approach to the moral values of a culture. One culture in North Sumatra is the Malay culture using Tepung tawar. Moral values contained in the symbolic procession of tepung tawar are peace, perseverance, independence, relationship, robustness, sincerity, and resignation to God Almighty.

Abstract

Compounding is the process of morphological form of the coupling of two or more basic forms that results in one word. Characteristics of the compound word is a compound word formed a sense, consist of basic words, high usage frequency. Compound words are formed according to the law endocentric DM (explained-explained). This compound distinguishes endocentric and ecosentrist.
