Abstract

Fokus penelitian pada strategi dalam meningkatkan layananakademik dan bagaimana kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan IlmuKeguruan IAIN Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianlapangan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Prosedur yangdigunakan dalam menganalisis data dengan menggunakan ringkasananalisis faktor strategis menggunakan teori Dessler yang meliputikualitasm, kuantitas, efektivitas, kemandirian dan ketepatan waktu. Subjekpenelitian pada Kepala Sub Bagian Umum Akademik, Pegawai akademik,dan mahasiswa FTIK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa layananakademik belum menunjukkan stabilitas kinerja yang memuaskansehingga diperlukan strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Penyusunanstrategi didahului oleh analisis SWOT. Melalui hasil analisis dapatdiidentifikasi beragam faktor penyebab yang dapat dikategorikan menjadidua faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal seperti fasilitas fisik,kehandalan, keyakinan dan empati. Sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputikecenderungan politik dan ekonomi, dukungan stakeholder, dan pernanankolaborator dan kompetitor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of Sarak Opat in fostering adolescent morals in Simpang Balik Village, Wih Pesam District. This research uses descriptive research type research method with a qualitative approach that is describing the phenomena that occur. The results of the study are planning program planning carried out by the village government assisted by the community, developing tasks as implementing programs to develop program plans, such as a) involving youth in every religious activity, b) forming sports teams and facilitating them; c) forming mosque youth, d) involving youth in social service activities. Priests usually only provide coaching, input on adolescents. Program planning is handled by community leader trainers according to their abilities and expertise. Implementation of Sarak Opat in Youth Moral Development in Kampung Simpang Balik Wih Pesam District by: a) involving young people in religious activities carried out at night in the mosque. This program is called afternoon recitation; b) establish and facilitate sports activities, this activity is also carried out at night, because during the daytime adolescents have their respective activities; c) forming and holding mosque youth studies, d) involving youth in social service activities, one of which is implemented on certain days such as clean Friday. This activity is expected so that the generation can easily be independent based on their areas of expertise and talent can be channeled properly. The evaluation of Sarak Opat in fostering adolescent morals in Kampung Simpang Balik, Wih Pesam Subdistrict, namely religious evaluations are conducted by priests and community leaders once a month, while evaluations of sports coaching are conducted by young men and women after the results of the deliberations.

Abstract

This research concerns with services marketing strategy planning of education at High School of Education Simeulue Aceh with the aim of finding out the marketing strategy planning of High School with a marketing mix approach. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method with semi-structured interview, observation, and documentation as data collection methods. This was motivated by an effort to create Islamic high school institutions to have quality, so that they are able to compete with other high school institutions. The marketing of educational services are intended to create conductive and stable marketing condition, so as to have a positive impact on those who are involved in the marketing process, (both the higher educational institution as a procedure and the community as consumers). Based on the result of the research conducted at STIT Simeulue Aceh, the marketing strategy of educational services was implemented through the application of Marketing Mix Theory (products, prices, place, promotions, human resources, physical evidence and processes) by utilizing its competence. As the only private Islamic institution in Simeulue Regency, Aceh Province, it has a positive impact in developing higher educational institutions so that it can make alternative Islamic education both traditional and modern Muslim communities as marketing segmentation of its educational services. However, on the other hand, the existence of STIT Simeulue Aceh is still new, the building facilities are still minimal and the department opened is only one major in Islamic Education (PAI) so that it has not made it as a primary choice for consumers of educational services. Furthermore, this paper looked critically at how the marketing strategy planning carried out by STIT Simeulue Aceh in increasing its marketing.

Abstract

Perkembangan peradaban Islam sejak zaman awal dinasti Abbasiyah telahbanyak melahirkan literatur yang merumuskan mengenai etika dalamprofesi terutama dalam hal profesi kependidikan di antaranya terkaitmoralitas pendidik dan peserta didik yang biasa dikenal dengan istilahetika akademis. Penulisan ini bertujuan menyingkap serta menelusuriliteratur klasik terkait dengan etika akademik. Survei terhadap literaturtersebut dilakukan terhadap lima kitab klasik yang membahas etikaakademik. Etika akademik merupakan tonggak yang harus dimiliki setiaporang yang berprofesi sebagai pendidik maupun peserta didik agarterjamin keberkahan ilmu pengetahuan dan keberlangsungan kegiatanilmiah sepanjang masa sebagaimana yang telah dicontohkan serta ditulispara ilmuwan Muslim sejak abad pertengahan itu.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan diperlukan satu kepemimpinan kepalasekolah yang efektif. Perkembangan teori kepemimpinan hingga saat inisangat variatif dan inovatif. Dengan mengetahui perkembanganimplementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambidiharapkan menghadirkan solusi dalam membangun kepemimpinan yangefektif di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 4 KotaJambi menggunakan rancangan kualitatif dengan pendekatanfenomenologi. Fokus penelitian terdiri dari (1) kepala sekolah dalammenjalankan fungsi sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan; (2)ketercapaian tujuan sekolah; dan (3) faktor yang menjadi kendalaimplementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The development of globalization, technology, information and communication has an impact on the globalization of cultural values so that they can form new cultures. The emergence of a new culture that is not in accordance with the values of Pancasila can result in a shift in ethical, moral and moral values in the lives of Indonesian people. Therefore, character building in Indonesia becomes the main focus and is very important in shaping and developing the potential of Indonesian citizens to have character in accordance with the Pancasila philosophy. School is one of the effective media in shaping and developing students' character values. One strategy for developing character values in schools is through school culture. School culture includes all activities carried out in the school in which there are character values through the interaction of all school members. The inculcation of character values which becomes the school culture needs to be developed based on local wisdom and carried out systematically, integratively and holistically. The application of character values through school culture is done by creating conditions that support the inculcation of character values, role models, routine school activities, spontaneity activities, programmatic activities, counseling guidance activities and extracurricular activities. The application of character values through school culture can be done through several activities, including; 5S activities (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite and Courteous); tadarus culture; the culture of reading prayer when starting and ending learning; discipline; and clean culture; honest culture; memorial day; neatly dressed, and so on.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan mengalami kemajuan. Hal ini ditandai dengan kualitasdan kuantitas lembaga pendidikan yang semakin baik. Sukses dan sukses tidak lepasdari peran semua komponen pendidikan yang mampu menjalankan fungsi dantugasnya masing-masing dengan baik. Sistem yang baik akan menghasilkan prosesyang baik dan hasil yang dicapai juga akan baik. Inilah posisi vital peran PR dalammensosialisasikan lembaga pendidikan kepada publik. Upaya yang dilakukansekolah dalam memperkenalkan lembaga pendidikan melalui kegiatan PR, sehinggadepartemen PR memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan institusitersebut menjadi alternatif pendidikan bagi masyarakat. komunitas untuk mendidikanak asuh mereka untuk menjadi generasi muda yang cerdas, karakter dan karakter,juga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.
