The phenomenon of the emergence of tradition that has been marginalized for its existence, nowadays it is as if it will become a gem of high value and the emergence of the reconstruction of lost traditions. Particularly in the Adong Village of Kedonganan, Kuta District of Badung Regency, the Mebuug - buugan tradition has been reconstructed since 2014 ago. This tradition, which is left behind almost 60 years, is a game tradition using mud / buug in mangroves. Abstract

Pakraman Bakbakan Village is one of the areas in the Balinese customary law area which also has regulations governing the lives of its people which are basically poured into awig-awig forms that are generally owned by all Pakraman Villages in Bali. In awig-awig, Pakraman Bakbakan Village, there is one adat sanction, namely Kanorayang adat sanction which is still preserved. The application of Kanorayang customary sanctions is based on awig-awig Desa Pakraman Bakbakan Palet Kaping XX (Indik Pamidanda). The imposition of Kanorayang adat sanctions is applied as an act of expulsion from Pakraman village customary activities so that those who are subject to the kanorayang adat sanctions lose their rights and obligations within the Pakraman Village organization. For those who are subject to customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan will not be able to use traditional facilities such as the temple of heaven, setra or grave, infrastructure owned by the Pakraman village (wantilan, village bale, aykul kulkul, etc.). This study uses a qualitative research design through an ethnographic case study approach with an emphasis on critical and interpretive studies without ignoring the study of empirical elements. By collecting data through sampling techniques, where in this study is purposive sampling through people who are considered key (key person) and understand about the application of customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan Pakraman. This research can be used as a critique and suggestion so that in the process of implementing customary sanctions the canor does not deviate from the objectives of customary law itself. And with the existence of customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan is expected to maintain harmony and in an atmosphere of "paras-paros, gilik-saguluk, salunglung-sabayantaka".

Abstract

Basically, ritual activities are a series of sacred (sacred / sacred) actions carried out by Hindus using certain tools, places, and certain ways. Its main function is as a medium to surrender by worshiping God along with His manifestations accompanied by various offerings while accompanied by prayers (mantras) in order to obtain a gift of salvation. The rituals that are often encountered and experienced and carried out in daily life are generally life cycle rituals such as the rituals of birth, marriage, until death that are religiously believed by followers. Hinduism itself as a religion constructed by three basic frameworks positions "ritual" (event) as a supplement of material (skin / packaging) to support the element of "ethics" (moral) as part of an essence that is strengthened as well as to strengthen the foundation of "philosophy" (tattwa) as substance.

Abstract

The education system should be a common thread between socio-cultural natural life and new generations of Bali. In this connection a learning concept is needed that brings those individuals closer to socio-cultural natural experiences. In the Tattwa texts it is explained that the first in an effort to obtain true knowledge is the concept of ‘pratyakṣa’. Through pratyakṣa, the students are invited to always be directly connected in a process of experiencing hermeneutically with the socio-cultural life of Bali. Thus the tradition and new generation of Bali go hand in hand in a hermeneutical situation of understanding each other.

Abstract

In general, what is meant by percussion has to do with sounding the gamelan. Maybe by hitting, blowing, swiping and others. Tet Port or percussion is interpreted by the sound of gamelan music in a performance, as a supporter of a ceremony or accompaniment of a dance. Specifically in Balinese musical meaning, what is meant by percussion is the result of the artist's ability to achieve a balance of the game in realizing a repertoire (reportoar) to match the soul, taste and purpose of the composition. Beating does not mean the origin of hitting the gamelan following a melody, but hitting the gamelan with all the rules or procedures that have been determined so that the sound of the gamelan can be heard beautifully. The beauty arising from the sound of the gamelan, not only depends on one factor, for example, because the composition of the song is played well, but the beauty occurs due to a balance between the song composition factors, the sound of the gamelan itself including the barrel, the procedures or rules for voicing the gamelan, skills and the artist's ability to animate the song's play. The implementation of religious traditions in the Pupuan Sawah Village is always accompanied by percussion or gamelan to show an aesthetic or beauty and contain the full meaning of sacredness.
