Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors related to the work discipline of medical and non-medical support employees of the Soeprapto Mental Hospital, Bengkulu Province in 2017. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. The results of statistical tests show that the relationship between exemplary leadership and work discipline p-value 0.016, the relationship between remuneration for work discipline p-value 0,000, the relationship between penalties for work discipline with a p-value of 0.009 while job objectives p-value of 0.390 and ability employees with a p-value of 0.375. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between exemplary leaders, remuneration and penalties for work discipline. There is no significant relationship between job goals and employee abilities with the work discipline of medical and non-medical support employees at Soeprapto Mental Hospital, Bengkulu Province. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between lighting and eye fatigue of workers Indah Taylor and Duta Taylor in Bengkulu City in 2017. The type of research used is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that of the 30 respondents, as many as 8 respondents (26.7%) had lighting that met the standards, as many as 22 people (73.3%) had lighting that did not meet the standards. Of the 30 respondents, 20 respondents (66.7%) %) who were declared tired, 10 (33.3%) respondents were not tired. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the value of p = 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between lighting and eye fatigue for Indah Taylor and Duta Taylor in Bengkulu City in 2017. Keywords: Eye Fatigue, Lighting, Tailor

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the treatment of Acute Respiratory Infection (ISPA) in children under five in the work area of ​​the Kembang Seri Public Health Center, Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu District 2018. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The results of the univariate analysis research were obtained from 51 respondents, most of the respondents had low knowledge of 21 people (41.2%). While most of the respondents had a bad attitude as many as 27 people (52.9%). Meanwhile, the results of the bivariate analysis of the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ARI care in toddlers with the Pearson Chi-square test showed that the p_value for knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ARI care was 0.000 ≤ α 0.005, meaning that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with ARI care in toddlers. in the working area of ​​the puskesmas. Conclusion, the participation of parents, especially mothers, in participating in health promotion activities at the health center must be scheduled. Keywords: Knowledge, ARI Treatment, Attitude

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the incidence of early pregnancy recording in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. This study used a qualitative approach by revealing informants as many as 7 people using Purposive Sampling techniques in Central Bengkulu District. The latest information obtained is analyzed. Informants married early because there were no other activities after graduating from school, not understood from getting married, wanting to have a mate, not being a parent, there was encouragement from parents. Public media is used as a communication tool, to determine the date of dating. Environmental factors are the reason for informants to marry early in the morning, assuming marriage at an early age is normal. Lack of attention and sensitivity of parents to the problems being experienced by children due to busy working on plantations. The desire of oneself is also a factor of choice for informants to get married at an early age. The relationship between the KUA, the Health Office, the Education Office to provide assistance to the families of prospective teenagers and adolescents. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and mother's education on infant development. This research is a quantitative observational analytic with cross sectional design. The results of univariate analysis show that most babies get exclusive breastfeeding as many as 46 people (55.4%), low education as many as 56 people (67.5%) and most of the normal development of 47 people ( 56.6%). The results of bivariate analysis of exclusive breastfeeding for infant development by chi square test obtained P value <0,000. Conclusions, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding on infant development and bivariate analysis of maternal education on infant development. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and education on the nutritional status of children under five in the Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The results of the study based on the chi square test obtained the value of Pvalue <0.05 (<0.006 <0.05) and (<0.034 <0.05). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the caregiving environment and mother's work on infant development. The design of this study was cross sectional. The results of the study were obtained by the majority of good care environment as much as 39.7%, mothers did not work as much as 60.9%, and babies experienced normal development as much as 52.3%. Chi square test results of the relationship between the caregiving environment for infant development obtained p value <0.005, that is <0,000 the relationship between maternal work and infant development obtained p value <0.005, 0.003. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal support and the readiness of young women in dealing with menarche. The design in this study is quantitative analytic. Univariate results found that young women who received support from mothers were 49.2% and those who did not get support as much as 57.8%, adolescents who were prepared to face menarche were 57.4% and those who were not prepared were 42.6%. The results of bivariate analysis found that there is a relationship between maternal support and adolescent readiness in dealing with menarche where the p value is 0,000. Conclusion, adolescents who get maternal support are more prepared to face menarche compared to those who do not get support. Keywords: Mother Support, Readiness, Menarche, Youth

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of boyfriends to sexual behavior in adolescents in SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru. The research method used is analytic quantitative observational (cross-sectional). The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents aged 12 years amounted. The majority of the sexes are women and are Muslim; the majority behave negatively. Bivariate analysis results obtained p-value (0,000) <a = 0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship of boyfriends to premarital sexual behavior among teenagers in SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Keywords: Behavior, Teenagers, Premarital Sex

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors are associated with the use of classes of pregnant women. The research design was cross sectional. The results showed that there were 163 mothers who did not take advantage of the class of pregnant women (77%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed P value <0.001 (OR: 10.6, C.I. 95%: 3,864-29,124), which means that there is a significant relationship between husband's support and the use of the class of pregnant women. In conclusion, there is a relationship between husband's support and the use of classes for pregnant women. Keywords: Husband's Support, Pregnant Women, Utilization
