Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 telah mendistorsi sistem pendidikan dalam sejarah manusia, terutama terhdap kompetensi profesional guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kompEtensi profesional guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bersama anak selama masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 1 orang guru dari 10 TK di Kota Kupang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung di sekolah dengan meminta kesediaan terlebih dahulu kepada guru. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan Analysis Interactive; terdiri dari data collection (pengumpulan data), data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclutions (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan adapun kompetensi profesioanal guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran bersama anak selama masa pandemik: melakukan Refleksi untuk pengembangan diri secara mandiri, Kematangan spiritual, moral, dan emosi, untuk berperilaku sesuai kode etik guru, Bekerja berorientasi pada anak, Melakukan pengembangan potensi secara gotong royong untuk menumbuhkan perilaku kerja.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan bahasa merupakan media yang efektif bagi anak dalam menjalin komunikasi sosial. Dalam stimulasi perkembangan bahasa anak, pendidik dapat memberikan pengalaman-pengalaman belajar kepada anak yang mendorong penggunaan bahasa secara efektif dalam berbagai kegiatan sekolah. Selama daring (pembelajaran dari rumah), anak akan terbiasa berkomunikasi melalui penggunaan media digital. Namun, seringnya penggunaan teknologi seperti gadget, smartphone dan minimnya pengawasan serta pendampingan orangtua membuat kemampuan komunikasi anak kurang berkembang secara optimal. Salah satu media di era digitalisasi ini yang dinilai sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi anak usia dini adalah adanya TV sekolah dengan memanfaatkan Fitur "Panggung Sekolah" pada Channel TV Sekolah yang berupa Siaran Streaming. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah TV Sekolah memberikan dampak terhadap kemampuan komunikasi anak usia dini dengan penggunaan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan guru sebagai informan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa TV Sekolah dapat memotivasi anak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasinya, dengan cara menjadikan TV sebagai media untuk anak dapat mempresentasikan kegiatannya melalui video dan guru sebagai operator TV sekolah memasukkan videonya ke dalam tayangan TV Sekolah. Kata Kunci : Anak Usia Dini; Keterampilan komunikasi; TV Sekolah Abstract Language development is an effective medium for children in establishing social communication. In stimulating a child's language development, educators can provide learning experiences to children that encourage the effective use of language in various school activities. During online (learning from home), children will get used to communicating through the use of digital media. However, the frequent use of technology such as gadgets, smartphones and lack of parental supervision and assistance make children's communication skills less developed optimally. One of the media in this era of digitalization that is considered very suitable for the development of early childhood communication skills is the existence of school TV by utilizing the "School Stage" feature on the School TV Channel in the form of Streaming Broadcast. Research was conducted to find out whether School TV has an impact on early childhood communication skills with the use of descriptive qualitative methods. Researchers use teachers as informants. While the data collection technique is done through interviews and documentation. From the results of the research found that School TV can motivate children to improve their communication skills, by making TV as a medium for children to present their activities through video and teachers as school TV operators include their videos into school TV shows. Abstract

Childhood is a very appropriate time to train children in various gross motor skills, one of which is through dance movements. Dancing is a fun learning for children because doing these movements is a learning activity while playing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop children's gross motor through dance creation activities. The method used is library research. Data collection techniques are carried out by studying sources from several reference books and journals relevant to research problems. After the required data is collected, followed by data analysis. Analysis is carried out by associating the problem with relevant theoretical concepts. The result of this study is that creative dance activities are fun for children so that they can develop their gross motor optimally.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of parental communication during the initial assessment of early childhood in identifying children with special needs. This study was conducted to identify and describe the role of teachers in early detection of children with special needs. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a case study approach, using data triangulation techniques. This research was conducted at PAUD SPS MAWAR III Anggadita Klari, with the number of subjects one person who is ABK with Autism. In this study, it was revealed that there was one PAUD SPS MAWAR III student who experienced obstacles in the development process. The characteristics of the child are lack of eye contact, likes to be alone, less able to get along with peers, parrots, suddenly cries alone and laughs alone for no reason, and the child's communication skills are lacking. On the other hand, these students have hyperactive behavior. The process carried out by teachers in early detection of special needs children is identifying their growth and development every month, observing children's behavior at school regularly, always involving children in learning activities, especially those related to group games, communicating with parents regarding symptoms of problems, consulting with experts. in this case the teacher involves psychologists and conducts diagnosis and information related to child development, as well as case conferences between professionals, teachers, and parents in order to get relevant treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Lego media in improving the logical thinking ability of group B children at RA Nihayatul Amal Purwasari. In this study, the method used is a quasi-experimental type of research. The target of this research is group B RA Nihayatul Amal Purwasari. The subjects of this study were 26 students, consisting of 13 students in the experimental group and 13 students in the control group. The experimental group was given treatment with Lego media while the control group was given learning as usual. Instruments in data collection using observation sheets and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed and tested by Wilcoxon and Mann Whitniey to determine the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is an influence of Lego media on the logical thinking ability of children in group B at RA Nihayatul Amal Purwasari. The first hypothesis test is through the Wilcoxon Test on Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) with a value of 0.034 and Mann Whitney Test on Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) with a value of 0.016
