Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of (1) sales growth and (2) profitability to capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) in real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. this study is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of real estate and property companies listed on the IDX, companies that issued financial statements during the year of observation and companies that had net income during the year of observation. The sample in this study is 65. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate (1) sales growth has a negative and insignificant effect on the capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on IDX (2) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on the IDX. Keywords: Brand capital structure, sales growth, profitability

Abstract

Purpose-The objectives of this study were to calculate the forecast demand and to develop aggregate production planning for PT XYZ to meet demand with the lowest cost.Methodology–The data were gathered through literature review and secondary data gathered directly from the company itself. The demand data from past three years was used to forecast demand using decomposition, seasonal variation, and multiple regression method. Furthermore, all data were analyzed and used to design aggregate planning by using three strategies namely Chase, Level, and Mixed strategy.Finding–The result of this study shows that the seasonal variation method is the best method to use for forcast the demand on 2019, and chase strategyis the optimal strategy for aggregate production planning. Keywords:     heuristic method, production planning, aggregate planning, forecasting

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh rasio likuiditas terhadapstruktur modal perusahaan Telekomunikasi Indonesia yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI)(2) Pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal perusahaan Telekomunikasi Indonesia yangterdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) (3) Pengaruh struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modalperusahaan Telekomunikasi Indonesia yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI)Metodologi - Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh perusahaan telekomunikasi Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteriaperusahaan telekomunikasi Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI, perusahaan yang menerbitkanlaporan keuangan selama tahun pengamatan dan perusahaan yang memiliki laba bersih selamatahun pengamatan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 40Temuan - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) CR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikanterhadap struktur modal (2) ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (3) FAR berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan telekomunikasi Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEIKesimpulan - Analisis ini menyoroti pengaruh rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas dan struktur aktivaterhadap struktur modal.. Abstract

AbstractPerusahaan manufaktur merupakan sektor terbesar yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Banyak perusahaan yang sudah berkembang dan memiliki keuntungan yang besar. Sehingga menarik pemegang saham untuk melakukan investasi dengan harapan mendapatkan keuntungan berupa dividen. Agar dapat berinvestasi di perusahaan manufaktur yang tepat, pemegang saham perlu untuk mengetahui profil kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur dan faktor penentunya seperti profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2013-2017 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), likuiditas (CR), pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth), dan ukuran perusahaan (Size) sebagai variabel independen serta kebijakan dividen (DPR) sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebaran data pada variabel kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terbilang cukup baik. Ini terlihat dari nilai standar deviasi yang lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata (mean). Sedangkan pada variabel ukuran perusahaan nilai satndar deviasi lebih besar daripada nilai rata-rata (mean). Sehingga sebaran data menjadi kurang baik. Ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang jauh antara nilai terendah dengan nilai tertinggi dari variabel ukuran perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif tersebut perusahaan manufaktur cenderung membagikan dividen dalam jumlah yang cukup besar. Keywords:           kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze (1) the influence of Design Layout on Emotional Consumer (2) Influence atmosphere of Online Store on emotional Consumer. The population in this research is the students of Padang State University. The samples were selected using Non Probability Purposive Sampling where the total of the samples are 100 employees. The data were collected by using a survey with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research show (1) Design Layout has a negative and significant relationship on Emotional Consumer (2) Atmosphere of Online Store has a positive and significant relationship on Emotional Consumer. Keywords: Design Layout , Atmosphere of Online Store, Emotional Consument.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to analyze: (1) The effect of Customer Dissatisfaction on Brand Switching for IPHONE users (2) The effect of Product Quality on Brand Switching for IPHONE users (3) The effect of Competitor Advertisement on Brand Switching for IPHONE users. The type of this research was causative research. The population on this research was college student who previously used IPHONE users and have switched to another brands. The total sample of this research was 150 person which was taken by using purposive sampling due to unknown the number of population. The result of research shows that (1)Consumer Dissatisfaction has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones (2)Product Quality has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones (3)Competitor Advertisement has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones. The conclusion is Consumer Dissatisfaction, Product Quality and Competitor Advertisement have significant effect on Brand Switching. Competitor Advertisement has higher influence on Brand Switching in this research. For the future research is better to explore more about variable that can inluence Brand Switching.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze: (1) influence of Job Insecurity to Turnover Intention (2)Influence Job Insecurity to Organizational Commitment (3) Influence Job Insecurity to TurnoverIntention with Organizational Commitment as mediating variable. The population in thisresearch was all the contract nurses at General Hospital Citra BMC of Padang which amountedto 140 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional SamplingTechnique with total sample amounted 104 people. The data used are primary data andsecondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with themediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program. The result showed that (1) Job Insecurityhas positive and significant effect or Turnover Intention at contract nurse at General HospitalCitra BMC of Padang. Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the influence of personal factors on green consumer behavior, the effect of attitudes on green consumer behavior and the influence of personal factors on attitudes.Methodology - This type of research is a causative descriptive study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 100 people from Padang City using the LG brand air conditioner. The analytical method used is path analysis. The data processing used in this study is using SPSS version 24.0.Finding - The results of the study can be concluded that (1) personal factors have a significant positive effect on green consumer behavior, (2) personal factors have a significant positive effect on attitudes, (3) attitudes have a significant positive effect on green consumer behavior. Keywords: Personal Factors, Attitudes, Green Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 97 orang karyawan yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dan pengujian t-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal secara individual atau pun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari Padang. Kata Kunci: Job Motivation, Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication
