Abstract

The research on the Analysis of Tourist Satisfaction of Lake Sarangan Magetan Based on Tourism Experience takes the object of tourists visiting the Sarangan Magetan Lake. This study aims to analyze tourist satisfaction after visiting Sarangan lake tourism objects based on tourism experience and knowing what attributes need to be improved to increase tourist satisfaction. Respondents in this study were tourists who visited the Telaga Sarangan tourist attraction, amounting to 70 people. While the data analysis technique in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis. The research findings show that (1) Priority factors that need to be improved are novelty indicators with question items. I get new experiences after traveling in Sarangan Lake and (2) Factors that need to be maintained and improved such as comfortable traveling in Sarangan Magetan Lake, tourists feel comfortable and happy when visiting, get an unforgettable experience after visiting, get an unforgettable experience and get new experiences, the beautiful Sarangan Lake Magetan tourist attractions, feel amazed at its beauty. Keywords—: tourist satisfaction; tourism experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of corporate social responsibility, macro economic variables, and financial performance on the stock prices of Indonesia mining companies, the influence of corporate social responsibility and macroeconomic variables on financial performance of Indonesia mining companies, and the influence of corporate social responsibility and macro economic variables on the stock prices through financial performance as intervening variable.The samples size of this research is 17 Mining corporations in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Using the panel data regression and path analysis. The results show that the corporate social responsibility, macroeconomic variables, and financial performance have significant influences on the stock prices of Indonesia Mining Industries. The corporate social responsibility and macroeconomic variables have significant influenceson  financial performance.With path analysis, the result show the corporate social responsibility and macro economic variables do not have significant influence on the stock prices of Indonesia mining companies with financial performance as intervening variable.

Abstract

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of rural communities on the operations of Islamic financial institutions (IFI) in handling business financingfor the community in Sukopuro village, Jabung sub-district, Malang regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The population used in this study were the Sukopuro villagers who were members of the Joint Business Group (JBG). Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling with the criteria for the community that conducts business and utilizes funds from Islamic financial institutions in the area. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interviews, documentation and focus discussion groups (FGD). Data analysis in the research in this study by recording data from the results of interviews, observation, documentation and FGD then organized to be sorted out to answer the problem formulation. This analysis is continued by finding and finding meaning related to the formulation of the problem. Keywords—: Perception of rural communities; Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS); Business Financing.

Abstract

The development of tourist areas is directed as a mainstay sector to boost economic growth, increase local revenues, empower the economy of the community, expand employment and increase the introduction and marketing of typical tourism areas. Ngebel Lake is a natural lake located in District Ngebel, Ponorogo Regency which has a stunning natural scenery with the condition is still natural, save a million potential to be developed. Development of Ngebel Lake tourism area should be planned thoroughly and use appropriate strategies in order to obtain optimal benefits for the community. The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze the condition of external factors including opportunities and threats, 2) to analyze the condition of internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, appropriate for the development of tourism area Ngebel Lake using SWOT Analysis. Based on SWOT analysis, Telaga Ngebel tourism area has an external opportunity as well as an enormous internal strength to be developed. Result of internal and external matrix (IE), hence alternative of appropriate strategy to develop tourist area of Telaga Ngebel is SO Strategy (Strenght-Opportunity) that is a strategy chosen by using strength to utilize or seize opportunity. Implementation of the strategy is done through the development of tourism products, market development and market penetration. Important policies need to be taken, such as improving road infrastructure, developing tourism products, promoting promotion, providing souvenir shop area, handicraft and food, providing street lighting, improving hygiene and waste handling and cooperating with various parties including investors. Keywords—: strengths; weaknesses; opportunities; threats; development.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to: (a) determine the partial effect of production costs on profits in food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (b) To determine the effect of partial general administrative costs on profits in listed food and beverages company On the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (c) To determine the effect of partial marketing costs on profits in food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (d) To determine the simultaneous effect of production costs, general administrative costs, and costs income to the food and beverages company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. Data collection techniques use quarterly financial statements. Sampling purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression and hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results show: (a) there is a partial significant negative effect on production costs on profits in the food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (b) There is a partial significant negative effect on general administration costs on profits in the food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (c) There is a partial significant negative effect on marketing costs on profits in the food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Abstract: A "whole" marketing process must take into account the transcendental element. Because, even though the marketer has been able to make customer smiles but with his actions to anger God the customer (Allah SWT). To speed up the economy in a country even to do international cooperation. MEA is a form of ASEAN economic integration in the sense that there is a free system among ASEAN countries. Indonesia and nine other ASEAN member countries agreed on the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) Agreement. All ASEAN member countries will soon face a single, open market based on production. The establishment of the MEA aims to improve the welfare of all ASEAN members to face bank interest. It requires inter-sectoral policy coordination to seek solutions to prepare competit- able national industries. ASEAN needs to develop and have a competitive strategy. Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. Data were collected from 50 employee’s working at PT BPR Buana Artha Lestari Surakarta. The statistical method is multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords—: Work environment, Leadership style, Organizational culture; Job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, hedonic shopping, and partial and simultaneous promotion of impulsive buying conducted in the modern retail community in Madiun City. The population in this study is the consumers of various selected big retails in Madiun City, namely Matahari Department Store Madiun Plaza and Sun City Mall, Carrefour, Ramayana and Samudra Swalayan. In this study, the number of population is not known with certainty, so in this study the number of samples used is determined based on the model estimation interval model for the parameter of proportion P, so that the sample obtained as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive convenience sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing by using t test and F test. The findings were obtained: (1) Store atmosphere partially influence to impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. (2) Hedonic shopping partially affects the impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. (3) Promotion partially influence to impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. Abstract

 Abstrac                                This study aims to determine the effect of ease, security and purchase experience both partially and simultaneously on online purchasing decisions using the Shopee application. This research ia a survey research using questionnaire. The population selected in this study were students of Faculty of Economics, Maarif Hasim Latif University, Sidoarjo. The number of samples used was 91 respondents with purposive sampling method, which is based on the criteria of students who have made an online purchase using the Shopee application more than once. The results of the study found that: (1) Ease has a negative effect not significant on purchasing decisions with a value of  Thitung equal to -1,941 <T table value 1,987 and significance level 0,056. (2) Security has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 2,784 and a significance level of 0.007. (3) Purchasing Experience has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a Thitung value of 4.081 and a significance level of 0.000. (4) Ease, Security and Purchasing Experience simultaneously affect purchasing decisions with a Fcount value of 94.569> Ftable value of 2.71 and a significance level of 0.000. (5) the purchase experience variable is the dominant variable because it has the largest beta (β) coefficient value of 0.756. Key word               : ease, safety, purchasing experience, online purchasing decisions
