Abstract

vAbstract, This study aims to determine whether or not the Influence of Parent Communication on theMotivation of Learning Christian Education in Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Pangaribuan, with thehypothesis there is a positive and significant influence between Parent Communication on theMotivation of Learning Christian Religion Education Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Pangaribuan,Tapanuli North of Learning Year 2018/2019.This research uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all IX gradestudents of SMP 1 Pangaribuan, totaling 193 people with a sample are 44 people. Data was collectedby a closed questionnaire of 36 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators accordingto expert theory. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students who were not researchrespondents, and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis indicate that there isa positive and significant influence between Parent Communication on the Motivation of LearningChristian Religion Education in Class IX SMP N 1Pangaribuan North Tapanuli Regency 2018/2019Learning Year with a coefficient of determination (r2 ) = 35.88% and significant influence testobtained F-count F-table (22.97 4.07), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is acceptedKeywords: Parent Communication, Motivation to Learn Christian Religion Education

Abstract

vAbstract: This Research aim to know the influence Model The Study Inquiry By Teacher of Christian Educationto Creativity Learn The Student, with the hypothesis there are influence which are positive and signifikanbetween Model of Study Inquiry By Teacher of Christian Education to Creativity Learn The Student. Thisresearch use the descriptive quantitative approach inferensial, with the population all student of class VIII SMPCountry 1 Siantar Narumonda amounting to 102 people by sampel amount to 46 people. Abstract

vAbstract, The purpose of the study to determine the relationship of teacher welfare with the work ethicof Christian Education teachers in North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. The population was all ChristianEducation teachers in North Tapanuli District in 2019, which totaled 289 people. The sample wasdetermined by a purposive sampling technique (aiming at sampling techniques) by establishingChristian Education teachers who taught at the high school / vocational high school level in NorthTapanuli District, amounting to 30 teacher. Data was collected with a closed questionnaire instrument.The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.643 rtable = 0.361 indicate that there is arelationship between the welfare of teachers and the work ethic of Christian Education teachers inNorth Tapanuli Regency in 2019 with a strong category. Hypothesis test is obtained t = 4.443 table =2.048 with the hypothesis. Abstract

vAbstract, This research is purposed to know the relationship of the motivation giving by The Christian RelegionEducation Teacher with The Study Result of The XI Grade Students at SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung StudyYear 2017/2018. The Hypotheses of this resarch : Is found the positive anf significant relationship between ofthe motivation giving by The Christian Relegion Education Teacher with The Study Result of The XI GradeStudents at SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Study Year 2017/2018. This research is the correlation researchwhich is used the descriptive and inferensial statistic technic. The populations are all of the XI Grade Studentsat SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Study Year 2018/2019 which are Cristian as much 113 persons. The samplesis determined by random sampling as 45% from the populations is 52 persons. The instrument of the research isclosed inquiry. The result of the value anlysis for rxy=0,484ttable=0,29 shows that there is the relationshipbetween the motivation giving by The Christian Relegion Education Teacher with The Study Result of The XIGrade Students at SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Study Year 2017/2018 with the medium category. From testof the hypotheses is got tcount=3,911ttable=2,021 so the H0 is refused and the Ha is received.Keywords : Motivation The Teacher, Study Result

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Moral Guidance by Christian ReligiousEducation teachers on the learning discipline of students in SMP Negeri 3 Balige 2018. The method of thisresearch is descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population in this study were allstudents in Balige 3 Public Middle School in 2018 with a total of 102 people with a sample of 51 people.Data was collected by a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The study was conducted on 51 students who were nottrial respondents and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is apositive and significant effect of Moral Guidance by Christian Religious Education teachers on the learningdiscipline of the of students in 201 Balige Public Middle School.Research data were analyzed with the following steps: 1) Test requirements analysis: a) test positiverelationships obtained rxy = 0.693 = 0.05, n = 51) = 0.297 thus it is known that there is a positiverelationship between variables X with Y variable. B) Test significant relationship obtained value t =6.734rtable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 49) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X andvariable Y. 2) Test of influence: a) Test the regression equation, obtained a regression equation. b) Test theregression coefficient of determination (r2) = 48.06%. 3) Test the hypothesis by using the F test obtainedFcountt table ( Ftable that is 45,347 2,00 thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that is there is a positiveand significant influence Moral Guidance by the Christian Education teacher on the learning discipline of inPublic Middle School 3 Balige 2018.Kata kunci : Pembinaan Moral, Guru PAK, Disiplin Belajar Siswa

Abstract

vAbstract, This study aims to find out how much positive and significant influence between the use of learningvideos by Christian Education Teachers on the effectiveness of learning in class X Tarutung 2 High SchoolNorth Tapanuli Regency, with the hypothesis there is the Effect of Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness ofClass X Students of State High School 2 Tarutung North Tapanuli Regency 2018/2019.This research uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all students of class XTarutung 2 High School totaling 288 people with a sample of 40 people. Data was collected by a closedquestionnaire of 30 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. Thequestionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students who were not research respondents, and validity andreliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influencebetween Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness of Class X Students of Tarutung 2 High School NorthTapanuli Regency 2018/2019 with a coefficient of determination (r2) = 38.68% and significant test of influenceobtained by Fcount Ftable of 23.77 4.10, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Learning Videos, Learning Effectiveness.

Abstract

vAbstract, The purpose of this study was to find out the Correlation of Teaching Variation of PAKTeacher and Learning Outcomes of PAK student of XI Class of. The hypothesis that there is asignificant correlation between the Teachers' Variation in PAK Teachers and the LearningOutcomes of Class XI, with a sample of 46 people. The data collected by a closed questionnaire,with of questions as many as 25 items which are arranged based on indicators according and havebeen tested for validity and reliability tests, for the Y the is taken from student grades. The resultsof data analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the PAK TeacherTeaching Variation and the Learning Outcomes of Class XI, this was proven by r count r table of0.697 0.291 and t count t table of 6.447 2,021 and the magnitude of the relationship is 48,58%Keyword : Variation in Teaching, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

v Abstract, This research aims to know the relationship of spirituality and motivation of working together WithChristian education teacher Performance in Tarutung of North Tapanuli Regency and Adiankoting the year2017. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods approach. The population of the research was thewhole Christian religious education teachers in district of Tarutung and Adiankoting that add up to 31 peoplewith samples of 31 people. Research instrument in the form of the now closed, compiled by researchers basedon variable indicator research. Testing now done to 30 respondents who are not research samples, and havebeen tested with test validity and reliability.The third hypothesis in this study received the truth with data: 1) Correlation coefficient and 0.584 X1Y ofdetermination of 34.10%. This suggests that the performance guru 34.10% determined by the teachers ofspirituality. 2) Correlation of X2Y 0.631 and coefficient of determination of 39.81%. This suggests that theperformance guru 39.81% determined by the motivation to work. 3.) Double RX1X2Y = 0.664 Correlation andcoefficient of determination R2 = double 44.08%, which means the performance of teachers of 44.08%determined by the spirituality and motivation of working together, partly ditentukani by other factors as onproblem identification.Based on the results of the research can be concluded there is a positive relationship between spiritualityand motivation of working with Christian religious education teacher performance in Tarutung of NorthTapanuli Regency and Adiankoting the year 2017 in singly or together because it has been tested empirically.The implication, if will improve performance, teachers should increase spirituality and motivation of work.Keywords : spirituality, work motivation, performance

Abstract

vAbstract, The research aims to know of percentage the teknological teaching style of teachers christianeducation towards students visual learning styles in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utararegency in 2018/2019 academic years. The hypothesis of this research was: there is a positive and significantinfluence teknological teaching style of teachers christian education towards students visual learning styles inclass VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara in 2018/2019 academic years.Research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire prepared by the research. analyzing datawas indicated that the teknological teaching style of teachers christian education towards students visuallearning styles in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara by 16,40 % with the calculation bycomparing tcount ttable namely 2,426 2,042. Tes the regression equation between X and Y with.Hypothesis test indicated that the Fcount Ftable namely 5,870 1,62 then H0 rejected and Haaccepted. the conclusion drawn from this study was there is a positive and significant influence teknologicalteaching style of teachers christian education towards students visual learning styles in class VIII SMP Negeri 1Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara regency in 2018/2019 academic years.Keywords : teknological teaching style of teachers christian education, students visual learning styles.
