Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose - This study aims to examine how the demographic characteristics of the variable influence on financial literacy.Design/methodology - The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods.Findings – The result show that A wide variety of characteristics of the respondents used to describe the level of financial literacy Bengkulu City community. High and low levels of financial literacy (financial knowledge) is determined by the relationship or interaction between the characteristics of age, gender, income level, marital status, and financial experience. Age is a variable very high influence low level of financial knowledge (financial knowledge). Variations in the rate of age will cause variations in the level of financial knowledge. The higher level of the person's age the higher the level of knowledge about finances.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) To determine the effect of leadership style and job environmentonemployee performance at Bumi Sentosa  Dwi Agung, Ltd,(3) to determine the effect of leadership style and job environmenton employee performance  through  job satisfaction at  Bumi Sentosa.Design/methodology - The research design used in this study is associative. The variables used were ndependent variables are Leadership Style (X1) and Job Environment (X2), the intervening  variables is Job Satisfaction (Y), and the dependent variables is Employee Performance (Z). Data collection technique used documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study as much as 150 employees, analytical techniques used are cluster sampling, so that the sample used as much as 110 employees. The analytical method using Path Analysis. Findings - Based on the findings that: (1) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style and job environment on the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, (2) There is a positive and the significant effect of leadership style, job environment, and job satisfaction on the employee performance at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd, and (3) There is a positive but not significant effect of leadership style and job environment on employee performance through the job satisfaction at Bumi Sentosa Dwi Agung, Ltd.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users in the gojek transportation services business. This research is a quantitative research and take population of Palembang City people who have used Go-Ride services in the go-jek transportation services business.Design/methodology   -  The       research            sample  uses the Lameshow equation which is 96,04 rounded to 96 respondent. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or a closed questionnaire with alternative answers using a Likert scale. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Findings - The results of this study are: (1) there is no positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of consumers of Go-Ride service users, with t-count-0,266 <t-table 1,985, significance of 0,791> 0.05;(2) there is no positive and significant influence dimension of reliability to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count0,505 <t- table 1,985, significance 0,615>0,05; (3) there is no positive and significant effect on the dimension of responsiviness to consumer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count0,475 < t-table 1,985, significance 0,636> 0,05, (4) there is no positive and significant effect on the assurance dimension to customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users, with t-count1,546 <t-table 1,985, significance 0,128> 0,05; (5 ) there is a positive and significant influence of empathy dimension on consumer satisfaction of users of Go-Ride services, with t-count 2.148> t-table 1.985, significance 0.034 <0.05, (6) there is a positive influence if and significant tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for the satisfaction of consumers' satisfaction of users of Go-Ride services, with F-count9,339> F-table2.32 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose - This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Prima Indojaya Mandiri.Design/methodology - This research is a causal research that is to see the effect of the dependent variable with independent variable. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The total population 42 employees. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis which is to analyze the effect of variable and hypothesis test used partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test).Findings - The results showed that probability for job satisfaction was P value = 0,895> 0,050, work discipline  P value = 0,004 > 0,050, and work motivation was P value = 0,002 > 0,050 that means job satisfaction didn’t have a significant effect on employee performance while the work discipline  and work motivation have a significant effect on employee on PT. Prima Indojaya Mandiri. Based on the F test, the variable of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance with a significant level 0, 00 (P value < 0,05).Keywords : Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of ROE on KPRI "SEHATI".Design/methodology – This type of research is a type of descriptive research that is knowing how much Return on Equity (ROE) on KPRI "SEHATI". The population used in this study is the balance sheet financial statement data for 10 years. And the sample used in the form of 2014-2018 balance sheet financial statement data consists of data of own capital / net worth and the remaining operating results. The sampling used is purposive sampling, with consideration lies in the availability of data and the use of the latest data (update). The data analysis technique used is the One Sample T-test.Findings - The results showed that the Return On Equity (ROE) on the KPRI "SEHATI" averaged 14.32% or said to be good enough, above the research standards studied, 9 to <15%. The conclusion of this study is the ROE of the "SEHATI" KPRI for the 2014-2018 period is said to be quite good with an average ROE of 14.32%.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research is to know and analyze the magnitude of influence of organization citizenship behavior and person organization fit on the performance of non-medical employees Hospital Islam Siti Khodijah Palembang either partially or simultaneously.  Design/methodology - This research uses a questionnaire and the population of this research is 245. The data is analyzed with Multiple Linear regression using computer statistical package. Findings – The author finds that the Organization Citizenship Behavior and Person Organization Fit had significant partial and simultaneous impact on the Performance of Employees and Person Organization Fit have dominant influence to Employee Performance to Non-medical Participants of Islamic Hospital Siti Khodijah Palembang.
