Abstract

Every human being should be a leader both for himself and his family. In reality, not all of human can become leader who are leading the people they lead. This swriting is going to describe the situational leaders who have a leadership style in accordance with the prevailing circumstances of the current rapid social change in the context of islamic education. To explain the situational leadership in islamic education, this paper reviewed various islamic literatures both national and internation cotext. Therefore, the findings of this resaerch were the leadership in islamic intitution is not able to adjust the situation with the current changes. Morever, the Islamic educational institution a leader leads will not be able to compete with the general and Islamic educational institutions that have modernized using the curriculum desired by the government and outside community

Abstract

Scope: Learning approaches that are considered effective and feasible to be applied in the current learning process are active learning strategies. By using an active learning strategy, students will be invited to always be involved and motivated to do their best in each learning process, so that students will become excited in participating in learning. Objective: This qualitative study presented the results of literature reviewed gathering from various theories, including national, international journals, books, internet and other literature to answer the problem formulation. Method: A serial of literature on active learning strategies that actively applied in most modern education were reviewed and presented to answer the research question. Findings: based on many experts in the fields of teaching and learning, the findings of this study were First, Active learning starts with questions, card short, the power of two, jigsaw, Index card match, picture and picture, cooperative script, problem based instruction, students team achievement devision, etc. Significance: The findings of this literature rewiewing has promoted students better thoughtful and understanding on material presented as participants engaging themselves with the lesson cores not simply just follow teacher's instruction. These findings are also so useful insight to keep student's concentration and improving learning achieving to the higher learning outcomes as demanded by instructional curriculum. Recomendation: Monotonous and teacher-focused learning is increasingly in demand and continues to be abandoned because it makes students bored and boring. With an effective approach it is hoped that learning objectives can be optimally achieved.

Abstract

Background: The influence of a personal and organizational communication support to teachers' working performance is believed to have a high impact to school success achievement. Educational institutions such as high school is a place where teachers are expected to have a clear and effective communication skills in helping students; learning. Interviewing some teachers and document review were conducted to see and understand the validity and realibility of the research questions. Objective: The main aims were to analyze (1) communication, perception of organizational support, personality and performance, (2) communication effect, perception of organizational support and personality toward teacher performance of SMP Negeri 3 Mandor Landak Regency. Method: The population for data completion were the teachers from above school. Data analysis technique used was regression model. Result 1: The results showed that communication variables, perception of organizational support, personality and teacher performance showing regression. Therefore the result 2 showed that the influence of communication, perception of organizational support, personality toward the performance of teachers were significantly good impact with some positive criteria. Conclusion: This analyses study helps to understand how better communication is not just what and how the teachers were supported by the organization but the good communication, achieving and effective support strategies for future teachers are well supported.

Abstract

Scope: In general, human resource management is a process of carrying out the continuity of duties of organizational members as resources that can support all tasks and functions for the achievement of organizational or institutional goals. In the context of education as a formal educational institution, schools or madrassas strongly emphasize the improvement in the quality of the human. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effort to empower human resource management in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah Al Manshury Sungai Bakau Besar Laut. Method: This study used a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model analysis with stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation of data and conclusions or verification. Findings: This institution has successfully functioning its human resources effectively; staring from well develoed its school profile, school vision and mission, well infrastructure arragement, quality management activities including staff welfare, staff training, assesment of work perforamnace, recruitment, library and practicum laboratory, employers welfare, good staff selection management and quality control. Conclusion: The madrasah has be able to improve the quality of education that has been determined in the vision and mission in achieving its main goal. However, it needs further research for improvement.

Abstract

This survey study aims to understand effective secondary school leadership towards improving teacher performance in the teaching and learning process. There is no doubt that effective school principals are able to promote faster education improvement. On the other hand, good school leadership has a strong impact on school development and student learning outcomes. To understand how the effectiveness of school leadership on teacher performance, survey research has been successfully carried out in Singkawang City Middle School. The results showed that a very successful educational leadership can influence the whole school community especially teachers and students to achieve higher performance in school organizations. This research proves that the principal's strong leadership can not only influence teachers in teaching but also students in learning as a whole. Therefore, similar research can continue to be carried out so that effective educational leadership can influence the people he dreams of with a high commitment to improve work performance such as teachers, school development and surrounding resident

Abstract

Scope: The formation of good character that can produce an Islamic generation is not only a human being with high knowledge but also the generation of Islam includes individuals with an Islamic spirit to get happiness, progress, strength and determination. All of this is the goal of moral education. Objective: The main objective of this study is to study literature reading literature from a variety of articles, national and international journals, books and other literature and be reviewed according to the study so as to answer this Islamic research question. Method: Examining a variety of hadith literature as a source of teaching materials for the morality of the Islamic ummah in achieving life goals; prosperous and happy in the world and hereafter. The source is from a variety of reading journals and publications both at home and abroad about the virtues of al-hadith as the basic foundation of moral education so that people can answer this research problem. Finding: The findings include some of the most authentic traditions of the Prophet's companions as well as quotations of the verses of the Koran are very relevant to the citation of traditions as a guide to the moral education of humanity especially the Muslim generation. Recommendation: It is proper for moral education to be developed and developed in every community environment, both Muslims and non-Muslims, making the Prophet as the right human figure to be a role model because of the character that is reflected in each of His life.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has not shown a drastic decrease in trend, so it is estimated that the new school year 2020-2021 students will continue to carry out their learning processes from home, or Learning from Home. A survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture's directorate's assessment department, related to Learning from Home students in March, showed that 29% of students lack enthusiasm, 28% thought it was normal, which stated Learning from Home was pleasant 26%, 10% burdensome, and 7% others (boring, tiring, not communicative, not active). The condition needs to be sought a solution, one of the alternatives offered is the teacher or education unit using the strategy of learning activities Deep Learning. DEL is a process of learning activities that optimize and activate the work of the brain so that students do not experience boredom, and not excited. The final stage DEL is included in the domain of analysis and creates, allowing students to develop higher-order thinking skills or High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).

Abstract

This article deals with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning technology innovation at the junior high school level. The focus of the problem studied is related to what is innovation, technology and how is PAI's learning technology innovation at junior high school level. The results showed that the form of PAI learning technology innovation at junior high school level included; educational innovation, technology, learning technology, development of learning technology, web-based learning (e-learning), as well as the internet as a source of learning with an approach to developing inquiry and discovery learning methods. The effectiveness of this learning technology innovation makes the subject matter more understood by students, because the material from teaching material is discovered and practiced by students themselves. While the response of students is very enthusiastic and positive. The weakness of this learning technology innovation is that there are obstacles in operating learning technology because not all students have a representative media in implementing technology-based learning (online).

Abstract

This Islamic literature study tried to arrange the concept of education in Islam. To successfully compile, a series of reading reviews have been carried out starting from the formulation of the problem and continued with the collection of data from various sources related to the topic of discussion. After the collection of reading material and continued with the process of analysis in depth so that the reading material receives high understanding and interpretation. Finally, the preparation is done carefully and ensures the results of the study or findings in answering the problem of meeting the principles of validity and reliability as suggested by each scientific study. Finally the findings can be compiled, among others, that the principles and concepts of education in Islam is holding to the concept of a balance between world life and the hereafter. That is, among others, the difference between Islamic education and non-Islamic education with guidelines on the Koran and alhadis. Therefore, this Islamic study has contributed to the development of teaching and community what is a balance life in this world through researching the basic concept of life education based on Islamic perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the forms and factors that influence social interaction between students of different religions at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari Banjarmasin. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research. The data in this study were extracted through in-depth interview techniques. observation, and documentation. Then the data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that social interaction between Muslim and non-Muslim students was well adapted, their adaptive attitude would result in a desire to cooperate and help each other for the same goal, which is a cooperative associative social process, and this cooperative associative social process shapes their attitude to mutual respect for differences in beliefs which is an accommodative associative social process. Social interaction between students of different religions at UNISKA is influenced by religious learning and Islamic campus culture.
