Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to determine correlation between student motivation and the effectivness of theaching and learning process in social subject to the ninth year class of SMP Katolik St.Theresia Kupang. This is quantitative research. The subject of the research is 93 ninth year class of SMP Katolik Theresia Kupang. The Data was analized by using product moment correlation and followed by regression. The result of product moment correlation and regression, There is possitive correlation and significant between student motivation with the effectivness of teaching and learning process in social subject to the ninth year class of SMPK St.Theresia Kupang, with correlation coefficient score = 0,633 and probability sig = 0,000 > 0,05 or t score = 7,790 > t table = 1,671. Meanwhile determination coefficient or effective support variable student motivation to the effectivness of teaching and learning process in social subject to the ninth year class of SMPK St.Theresia Kupang is R Square = 0,400 x 100% = 40%.

Abstract

Ende has enormous agricultural potential views of the undertaking in the agricultural sector. This article would reveal the agricultural sector sustain rural economic growth base. In promoting development, local government menentapkan strategy for improving the quality of human resources, through formal and informal education, which is a development policy with the aim of expanding employment opportunities for the people to be tried either in agriculture, industry and engaged in the services sector. When everything is moving forward at a rapid pace, it will be followed by an increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and economic growth in the region will be better. This potential allows Ende can boost development in agriculture. From the data (GDP) found that: the undertaking (1) Plant material feeding, (2) Plant & Farming, (3) Ranch (4) Forestry (5) Fisheries, in Ende is still dominated by plants to eat from the year 2013 by 12,45, the year 2014 amounted to 12.16 and 2015 amounted to 11.94 of the most prominent businesses that eat plants.

Abstract

Linkage Type, Level of Education and Teaching Ability To Work Period Subject Teacher of Economics at SMA / MA in Kota Ende, 2016.This study aimed to obtain information about the linkage type, Study of Education and Work Period to the ability to teach Master of Economics in SMA / MA in Kota Ende. The aspects examined included: Linkages ability to teach Master, level, type of education and teacher tenure. This research is a type of survey, with a population of economics teachers SMA / MA in Kota Ende 20 people, while the sample is 5 teachers economics class XI. The samples in this study conducted rendom sampling that a lottery system because all have the same opportunities. The instrument used for data collection in the form of observation sheets and questionnaires. Validation of instruments made by expert's judgment.dan consultation with colleagues. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques.The results showed that the ability of teachers to teach economic subjects in the city of Ende related to the type and tenure of teachers who have the ability tinggi.Sedangkan levels of education not berpengaruhterhadap teaching capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of CTL in the fourth grade of primary school, describe the results of the validation and implementation of the learning material through 4-D model of development which is reduced to 3-D, namely define, design, and develop. The materials covers the lesson plan (RPP), students’ worksheet (LKS), and the test results (THB) taken from the fourth grade (Class IV B) as the experiment consisted of 30 students, and class IV A as the control class consists of 30 students in SD GMIT Ende. Testing device in this study uses pre-test and post-test with statistical analysis techniques. Moreover, research instrument consists of a sheet of observation for teaching and learning process, students’ questionnaire sheets, student’ achievement test sheet, and constraints. The data were collected by observation techniques, test, and questionnaire.The results indicated that the use of learning materials with CTL approach can improve student learning outcomes 43.33% (the pre-test) while the post-test to 100%. Student learning outcomes as very good with an average of 87.66 correct answers in test outcomes.Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the CTL in the fourth graders of elementary school is valid and is able to improve their learning outcomes. It is expected that this research will be useful for teachers in developing such instructional design oriented towards the development of CTL strategy to learning with other study materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The implementation of cooperative learning model TPS learning Macroeconomic Theory. (2) Results of applied learning with cooperative learning model TPS. Classroom action research data collection techniques: (1) observation; (2) interview; (3) Documentation; (4) evaluation test. Data were analyzed by using the model of Jhon Elliot (Yuliawati, et al 2012:26). Based on the result of a classroom action research conducted two cycles showed that: the results of the pre-test measure of 30 student who complete 40% and did not complete 60% and continued with the result the first cycle of the 30 people who complete 63% and did not complete 37%. In the second cycle test result of 30 people with a significant increase of 100% completeness.
