Abstract

To provide maximum and excellent public services to the community, the success of the puskesmas in carrying out its program is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on the one hand and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The type of research used is qualitative research to analyze Health Manpower Management on the Achievement of Health Center Performance Indicators at UPTD Puskesmas Tanah Pasir, North Aceh Regency based on applicable standards. The research period starts from December 2021 to Mei 2022. The research informants consist of 4 people, namely the Head of the UPTD of the Tanah Pasir Health Center, the Head of the TU UPTD of the Tanah Pasir Health Center, the Head of the Health Resources Division and the Head of the Sub-Division of Personnel. The Health Manpower Management at the UPTD Tanah Pasir Public Health Center has used the Minimum Manpower Standards based on the Minister of Health Regulation no. 43 of 2019 in determining the number and types of health personnel, only in the fulfillment of health workers in all programs there is still a shortage of nutrition and public health personnel (slinging staff). There were quite a number of MSS Performance Indicators during the pandemic that were not achieved, constrained by the distribution of health workers in various additional programs related to pandemic response so that several programs experienced a decline in services as a direct result of the concentration of activities on the pandemic response program. The management of the Puskesmas is expected to be able to make proposals regarding the shortage of nutrition and public health workers (health workers). It is necessary to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation related to the fulfillment of health workers according to the number and type of health workers based on the needs of each health service program, not only based on the minimum standard of personnel at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Indonesia menempati urutan ke tiga setelah India dan China dengan beban Tuberkulosis Paru (TB) tertinggi di dunia. Dalam penanggulangan Tuberculosis Paru, WHO (World Health Organization) telah merekomendasikan strategi Directly Observed Treatment Short Course (DOTS). Penderita Tuberculosis Paru agar dapat sembuh diperlukan kepatuhan dalam pengobatan selama minimal 6 bulan. Agar penderita Tuberculosis Paru dapat patuh dalam berobat ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan berobat pada penderita Tuberculosis Paru di UPT Puskesmas Lawe Alas. Faktor yang diteliti meliputi: Pengetahuan, Efek samping OAT, PMO, Peran Keluarga, Faktor Ekonomi, Motivasi Diri, Kepatuhan Berobat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian cross-sectional, berlokasi di UPT Puskesmas Lawe Alas pada tahun 2021. Populasi berjumlah 71 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 60 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antar faktor pengetahuan, efek samping OAT, PMO, peran Keluarga, Faktor Ekonomi, Motivasi Diri Di Puskesmas Lawe Alas.

Abstract

Ergonomics is a science, art, and technology that seeks to harmonize methods, tools, and the work environment toword ability, and all human limitations so that can work optimally without the adverse effects of work. The aim of this research is to know the influence of ergonomic factors on the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in nurses at the Sembiring Hospital, Deli Tua in 2022. The design of this research is quantitative research with the cross sectional design. The research was done on 14 - 19 march 2022 to by using questionnaire. The population of this research is l nurses with a purposive sampling technique that obtained 30 sample of nurses. The independent variables are work postures, work shifts, job rotation, and variables related to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). After the data has been collected, it is analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of the research of moderate complaints MSDs with moderate risk work postures were 17 respondents (56.7%) with p value = 0.014, moderate complaints MSDs with night shifts were 19 respondents (63.3%) with p value = 0.004, and MSDs with moderate complaints with non-rotational job rotation were 14 respondents (46.7%) with p value = 0.009 is an effect of ergonomic factors on the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The conclusion is there are influence of work posture, work shifts and job rotation on the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in nurses. Work posture is the most influential ergonomic factor than work shifts and job rotation on the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

Abstract

Safety is a form of practice that refers to our ability to eliminate or reduce the likelihood of a hazardous event occurring, which can interfere with our physical, mental and organizational functioning. Covid-19 is a new type of virus that has not previously been identified in humans. Covid-19 has started to become an epidemic in Indonesia since early March until now in August 2021. One of the efforts to reduce the possibility of a dangerous event, namely Covid-19, is to establish a safety culture. Culture will shape specific behaviors. This study aims to determine the Cultural Evaluation of the Implementation of K3 with Covid-19 Prevention Readiness at the Batu Anam 2022. The design of this study used an observational study with a cross-sectional approach where the population in this study were all patients who visited Batu Anam who met the requirements. The number of samples in this study was 96 people using consecutive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between safety values (p-value 0.003), leadership in safety (p-value 0.002), safety accountability (p-value 0.00), integrated safety (p-value 0.03), safety as a driving force (p-value 0.006) with patient satisfaction. Based on multivariate analysis, it was found that the most dominant variable related to patient satisfaction is the safety value with a p-value of 0.000 where the Exp (B) value is 12.068 where a good safety value 12 times will affect a person to feel satisfaction compared to a bad safety value. It is hoped that health workers will improve the application of safety values such as conducting morning briefings or coffee mornings, team sharing between the head of the public health and staff with the aim of strengthening team performance, building trust and also being useful for communicating about problems that exist in the public health.

Abstract

ANC is a policy that is carried out in an effort to prevent the increase in maternal and infant mortality in indonesia, namely by provoding maternal and child health services in facilities. The second pillar of ANC ams to prevent complication and ensure that there are no complications in pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence antenatal care visits in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Biru-Biru Public health centre, Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the visit Antenatal Care in the times of pandemic covid-19 in Puskesmas Biru-Biru Kecamatan Biru-Biru Kbupaten Deli Serdang. Types of research kuantitatif with desain case control. The sampling technique in this study used the method perposive sampling with Lameshow formula. The sample of this study used 88 samples, consisting of 44 case samples and 44 control samples optained from lameshow formula. Based on the statistical tests carried out, the value of the factor that most influenced pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic was obtained, namely the husband’s support factor with a value of B = 3.81, P value = 0.000, OR = 45.519, 95%Cl = 8.725-237.490. It is hoped that the Puskesmas officers will continue to motivate husbands who have pregnant wives to provide support to mothers to do ANC. Such as making whatsapp groups with pregnant women together with their husbands and Puskesmas officers. Sending digital posters via whatsapp about the importance of doing pregnancy tests to determine the development of the baby in the womb. It is hoped that husbands can provide strong support to mothers during pregnancy to maintain health during pregnancy so that maternal health during pregnancy can be monitored and mothers get maximum health services from health workers.

Abstract

Puskesmas is the main door in implementing basic health efforts including planning, implementing, evaluating, recording, reporting, and as outlined in a system. Quality of service is one of the efforts to fulfill the desires of customers and the accuracy of delivery to match customer expectations. This study aims to analyze the Service Quality of the Puskesmas Galang based on the National Indicators of Health Service Quality by using a qualitative descriptive study conducted from November 2022 to March 2023. This study used the Exponential Non-Discriminative Snowball Sampling technique with 12 informants consisting of 2 representatives from the Community Health Efforts (UKM) Section for Individual Health Nursing (UKP), 2 representatives from the Public Health Efforts (UKM) Development section, 2 representatives from the Individual Health Efforts (UKP) Health Center Service Network section, 2 representatives from the Puskesmas Facilities Network (Puskesmas Auxiliary, Poskesdes and Village Maternity Polyclinic), 4 representatives from the community who came to the puskesmas to get health services at the Puskesmas Galang. The results of the analysis concluded that it is necessary to procure educational media for hand hygiene and the use of PPE in strategic areas and facilities for more adequate sputum examination so that sputum examination can be carried out at the puskesmas. It is suggested to the Puskesmas to carry out regular training and routine monitoring related to hand hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment, periodic training on the use of SITB and Cohort applications for TB officers and ANC services for pregnant women and the Health Service needs to provide medical technicians for routine monitoring and repair if found damaged Puskesmas advice and infrastructure.

Abstract

Improving service and quality in the emergency department does not only have implications for clinical aspects but must also rely on safety and service delivery aspects. Hospital management must develop a program aimed at improving the process of emergency service units, which refers to the Minister of Health Minimum Service Standards No. 47 of 2018. This research uses a descriptive observational study design with a qualitative approach, which aims to obtain successful implementation of Minimum Service Standards in Emergency departments. The main informants in the study were those in charge of the emergency room, doctors on duty, and nurses. The Pabatu Hospital Emergency Installation already has good readiness in terms of human resources, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as medical materials to support emergency services. In the service variable, the specialist doctor's service response time of > 10 minutes is still below the specified standard of < 5 minutes with an achievement rate of 33.3%. This is due to the distance from the domicile surgeon who is quite far from the hospital, so it takes a slower travel time. The facilities and infrastructure variables have met the standards specified with a requirement level of 100%, except for the surgery room and stretcher storage room. From the results of the study, it was also obtained that the variable readiness of medical materials for the Emergency Room at Pabatu Hospital had met the standards specified with a 100% conformity level for each indicator. The Pabatu Hospital Emergency Room has also implemented the LASA and FIFO systems in managing drug supply. In the human resource variable at the Emergency Room at Pabatu Hospital, its only met a conformity level of 12.5% for the nurse indicator with emergency training certification. This is due to the management policy which will provide regular training. The observations found an increase in the number of visits by 50-70% on certain days which had an impact on a significant increase in the workload of emergency room workers.

Abstract

Medical records are activities that must be carried out by every health facility, especially hospitals as a guideline for health services to patients. Health workers in completing medical records should have knowledge of completing patient medical record files. Laras Hospital is a type C hospital managed by PTPN IV's subsidiary, PT Prima Medica Nusantara (PMN), all indicators of completeness of medical records at Laras Hospital in several years are still unable to meet service quality standards. This means that the performance target of health workers in the completeness of medical records has not been able to be achieved. The type of ths research is quantitative, and the approachof this research is cross sectional approach, ordinal scale type (likert), non-parapmetric statistical test type, data analysis method using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Spearman Rank test using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of the study stated that each indicator of individual characteristics (interests, attitudes and abilities) and indicators of job characteristics (skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback) were positively and significantly related to health workers in the completeness of medical records at Laras Hospital. The most dominant factor related to the performance of health workers in the completeness of medical records at Laras Hospital is the individual characteristic variable is interest, while the job characteristic variable is the significance of the task.

Abstract

Abstract Work fatigue is a pattern that arises in a situation, which generally occurs in everyone, who is no longer able to carry out activities. Nurses who experience work fatigue will not perform optimally and will reduce the productivity of nurses in providing services. This study aims to analyze the factors related to work fatigue in nurses at Madani General Hospital in Medan in 2023. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional explanatory research approach conducted in January with a total sample of 66 people with a total sampling method. The research data was obtained by filling out personal identity data sheets and measuring the level of work fatigue using the KAUPK2 questionnaire. From the research results of nurse respondents, there is a relationship between workload and work fatigue in nurses at Madani General Hospital in 2023. with a value (p-value 0.001), working period (p-value 0.008), working duration (p-value 0.009), stress Work (p-value 0.002), work attitude (p-value 0.019), and work shift variables have no relationship with value (p-value 0.0602). after being analyzed based on ordinal logistic regression test for work fatigue factors of nurse respondents at Madani Public Hospital Medan The most dominant variable related to nurse fatigue is Workload (RP) 4.84; 95% CI (1.66-14.13) at Medan Madani General Hospital in 2023.

Abstract

A hospital is a facility for the delivery of comprehensive medical services to individuals, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care.. Hospitals have many things that have the potential to cause hazards that can have an impact or risk to Occupational Safety and Health. For this reason, hospitals need to implement Hospital Occupational Safety and Health. In This research uses a form of qualitative research with 5 (five) informants. Data is taken from the results of the checklist of SMK3 PP Application Form No.50 of 2012. From the data, it is obtained that Laras Hospital has implemented Occupational Safety and Health with a Good Implementation Level for K3 Policy Determination where officers responsible for disaster management have been determined but have not received training, Satisfactory Implementation Level for K3 Planning where Laras Hospital has implemented all criteria, Satisfactory Implementation Level for K3 Plan Implementation even though the K3 Document at Laras Hospital does not yet have an identity status, Satisfactory Implementation Level for K3 Monitoring and Evaluation, and Good Implementation Level for K3 Performance Review and Improvement where executive management members have not attended K3 training. That way Laras Hospital has implemented Hospital Occupational Safety and Health with a Satisfactory Implementation Rate. Laras Hospital should raise the standard of human resources. to executive management members to attend K3 trainings, Laras Hospital needs to prepare K3RS facilities and infrastructure related to disasters.
