Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah melakukan perubahan jumlah terbitan dari 1 x setahun (Juli) menjadi 2 x setahun (Februari dan Agustus) dan telah melakukan perubahan data administrasi pada laman LIPI dengan url: http://u.lipi.go.id/1480905139. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe and calculate the unit cost in developing the information system for Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive-quantitative approach. Data collection methods are observation and documentation. The descriptive approach in this study is used to analyze and interpret the data from observations and documentation that have been collected, while the quantitative approach in this study is used to explain the nominal unit cost calculation using the ABC (Activity Based Costing) method. In every development of an information system, the costs required are quite a lot and have several complex parameters, so that one of the management concepts is needed, namely cost accuracy. This becomes important for users of cost information to determine the cost effectiveness used by each unit as well as a reference price in further information system development, in this case the cost of developing an information system for Islamic boarding schools. The method we use in calculating unit costs is ABC (Activity Based Costing), where the calculation system charges costs for each activity involved before calculating product costs. The number of activities in developing a software or information system makes this method suitable to be applied in cost accuracy. The standard benchmark for the cost of procuring goods and services in this study is in accordance with government regulations and several observations, while the amount of salary costs follows the 2019 Minimum Standard Guidelines issued by INKINDO (National Association of Indonesian Consultants). The results of this study show that in developing the information system for Islamic boarding schools, the total cost required is Rp. 79,100,000.00 with a unit cost of Rp. 17,673,607.35.]]>

<![CDATA[Memiliki guru, staf tenaga pengajar yang profesional merupakan sebuah keharusan bagi sekolah dalam melaksanakan proses pendidikan yang bermutu, demikian halnya dengan SMK Maria Goretti Pematangsiantar. Untuk itu, sekolah selalu mendorong peningkatan profesionalitas guru dengan cara memantau kerja guru dalam mengimplementasikan tugasnya sehingga dapat mencapai standar kompetensi yang telah ditentukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan secara umum didefenisikan sebagai sebuah sistem yang mampu menghasilkan pemecahan maupun penanganan masalah. Sistem pendukung keputusan tidak dimaksudkan untuk menggantikan peran pengambil keputusan, tapi untuk membantu dan mendukung pengambil keputusan. Dalam peranan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam konteks keseluruhan sistem informasi ditujukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja melalui aplikasi teknologi informasi serta menentukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, sampai mengevaluasi pemilihan interaktif. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud adalah penentuan guru terbaik pada SMK Maria Goretti Pematangsiantar menggunakan metode SAW (simple additive weighting). Dengan metode perangkingan tersebut diharapkan penilaian akan lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal.]]>

For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.]]>

<![CDATA[The library strives to maintain and improve efficiency and effectiveness in teaching and learning. Currently there are still many library services that use manual methods. Computerized service systems are able to streamline library services, so transactions such as searching, borrowing, returning and managing data can be done quickly and accurately. In this research, a website-based library service system is integrated with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a library visitor identity card which can also be used when borrowing and returning books, and Quick Response Code (QR Code) is used as book identification. In this application the admin can process data, register books and members, borrow and return books, and view transaction reports. This application also provides e-mail notifications to resolve problems such as late returns to the loss of borrowed books. The notification automatically sends a message to the user to return the book on the last day of the loan. The existence of a service system in this website-based library application makes it easier for administrators in managing data, improving library services, and email notifications helps to remind the day of returning books.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia as a means of learning Islam. Every Islamic boarding school in Indonesia has a different growth. The growth in the needs of Islamic boarding schools is strongly influenced by the number of new students enrolling, so it is necessary to plan and analyze the growth of the needs of Islamic boarding schools as a determinant of planning for further handling. This study aims to determine the growth of existing facilities in the boarding school in the specified operational standards. The stages of this research are knowing the history of Islamic boarding schools to determine the initial formation until they become qualified boarding schools, then we can draw a chart using Graphs to see the growing needs of each period. In the calculation, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method also has a role to analyze the value generated from the Graph calculation as a benchmark for each growth period, so as to produce growth charts of the needs of Islamic boarding schools in each period. From this research, it can be used to actualize further business architecture.]]>

<![CDATA[School information system is a system that provides information to support the operational, management, and decision making functions of an organization. Information sources within the information system that support day-to-day management operations such as transaction processing, status clarification, and so forth. School information systems generally consist of a variety of systems, including academic, financial, library and staffing systems. With a variety of systems in a school information system, it is necessary to integrate between systems aimed at avoiding data duplication in each system and increase system flexibility which can be achieved by utilizing web service technology. The purpose of this research is to design a web service on information systems schools that comply with the National Education Standards (SNP) use the REST web service architecture. The results of the development of an information system web service design that is by mapping class diagrams that will be made in the design of school web services by adding modules to JIBAS with the Minister of National Education Regulation in accordance with 8 BSNP standards.]]>

<![CDATA[Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi maka kebutuhan akan ketersedian akses internet melalui wireless lokal area network (WLAN) akan ikut meningkat. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah WLAN maka akan mempengaruhi kualitas dari WLAN itu sendiri, untuk itu diperlukan cara mengatasi masalah tersebut. Algoritma Dsatur dan algoritma Vertex Merge adalah dua buah algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu masalah diatas. Kedua algoritma ini bekerja berdasarkan konsep pewarnaan graf, setiap vertex dalam graf dianalogikan sebagai akses point dalam WLAN. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Vertex Merge bekerja lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma Dsatur dengan menghasilkan lebih sedikit jumlah channel yang diperlukan.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving Academic Achievement Scholarship (PPA) and Student Learning Aid (BBM) is one of the stimulus given to the government for students with the aim of motivating students to enhance the spirit of learning. In accordance with the program guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education must follow the principle of 3T is Right Target, Right Number and Timely. Computer Informatic Management Academy (AMIK) Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is one of the private universities obtained on the scholarship quota. In accordance with the number of students currently as many as 1,400 people then the allocation of the scholarship must be selected carefully to fit the government guidelines. In this case we need a method that can support decision boosters system (DSS) in determining the grantee is using simple additive weighting method (SAW). With the basic concepts seek a weighted sum of the rating performance of each alternative on all attributes that require a decision matrix normalization process. This method can make an assessment criteria and detailed compound with a comprehensive framework considerations hierarchy process which then calculate the weights to each criterion in determining the priority recommendations of PPA and BBM scholarship recipients in accordance with the target.]]>
