Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah pendistribusian produk Camivita Syrup 60 mL terjadi mulai dari pendistribusian bahan kemasan innerbox dari beberapa vendor hingga perusahaan manufaktur yaitu PT Lucas Djaja, produk tersebut diproduksi sesuai dengan kapasitas produksi, kemudian produk didistribusikan dari produsen ke beberapa pusat distribusi. Perbedaan kapasitas dan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk distribusi dari masing-masing vendor dan menuju setiap pusat distribusi menyebabkan perlunya strategi distribusi yang optimal dan untuk mendapatkan biaya distribusi yang minimal. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi optimal diperoleh dari masalah transshipment dengan aplikasi LINGO. Hasil pendistribusian barang yang optimal adalah jumlah suplai yang didapat dari CV. Maestro Print adalah 14.400 pcs innerbox, diproduksi oleh PT Lucas Djaja dengan 14.400 produk, dan didistribusikan ke Arta Anugrah Distrindo, Prima Anugrah Mandiri, dan Global Health Pharmaceuitical untuk 7.500, 900 dan 6.000 produk. Biaya yang dihasilkan dari alokasi distribusi tersebut sebesar Rp 1.487.700. Hasil tersebut masih bisa dioptimalkan lagi, karena kapasitas produksinya bisa mencapai 19.668 produk. Kegiatan peningkatan permintaan seperti perbaikan strategi pemasaran dapat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.Kata kunci: Transshipment, distribusi optimal, LINGO ABSTRACTThe problem of distributing 60 mL Camivita Syrup products occurs from the distribution of innerbox packaging materials from several vendors to manufacturing companies, namely PT Lucas Djaja, these products are produced according to production capacity, then the products are distributed from producers to several distribution centers. The differences in capacity and costs incurred for distribution from each vendor and towards each distribution center lead to the need for an optimal distribution strategy and to obtain minimal distribution costs. This research method is a quantitative research method that aims to formulate the optimal strategy obtained from the transshipment problem with the LINGO application. The optimal distribution result is the amount of supply obtained from CV. Maestro Print is 14,400 pcs innerbox, produced by PT Lucas Djaja with 14,400 products, and distributed to Arta Anugrah Distrindo, Prima Anugrah Mandiri, and Global Health Pharmaceuitical for 7,500, 900 and 6,000 products. The cost resulting from the distribution allocation amounted to Rp 1,487,700. These results can be optimized again, because the production capacity can reach 19,668 products. Activities to increase demand such as improving marketing strategies can be carried out to obtain optimal results.Keywords: Transshipment, optimal distribution, LINGO

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerusahaan XYZ adalah perusahaan cleaning service online yang baru berkembang. Perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang objektif. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan karyawan yang tidak puas oleh sistem perusahaan sehingga turnover karyawan  tinggi setiap bulannya, setidaknya satu karyawan keluar. Dari permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini mencoba merancang sistem penilaian kinerja dan insentif yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut salah satunya dengan rancangan insentif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada perusahaan. Sistem kinerja ini merupakan pendekatan dengan model campuran (mix model). Rancangan pemberian insentif ini dilihat dari dua indikator yaitu indikator perilaku dan kemampuan yang diturunkan dari misi perusahaan untuk menjadi dasar perancangan variable pengukuran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dari nominal insentif yang didapat karyawan dan peningkatan kepuasan karyawan terhadap sistem penilaian kinerja.Kata kunci: Pengukuran kinerja, mix model, kompensasi, manajemen sumberdaya manusiaABSTRACTXYZ company is a new online cleaning service company. This company does not yet have an objective employee performance appraisal system. This resulted in employees being dissatisfied with the company's system so that employee turnover was high every month, at least one employee left. From these problems, this study tries to design a performance appraisal system and incentives that are used to solve these problems, one of which is by designing incentives to improve performance in the company. This performance system is a mix model approach. The design of this incentive is seen from two indicators, namely the behavioral and ability indicators derived from the company's mission to be the basis for designing measurement variables. The results of this study indicate a significant difference from the nominal incentives obtained by employees and an increase in employee satisfaction with the performance appraisal system. Keywords: Performance measurement, mix model, compensation, human resource management

Abstract

ABSTRAKDistribusi merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat melakukan pengiriman barang secara tepat ke lokasi proyek, agar kegiatan distribusi barang lebih efisien, maka dilakukan penentuan jalur transportasi dengan metode saving Matrix. Saving Matrix merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jarak, rute, waktu atau ongkos dalam pelaksanaan pengiriman barang dengan cara menentukan jalur yang harus dilalui permasalahan dari perusahaan yaitu dalam Pengiriman barang ke lokasi proyek. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kalkulasi Saving Matrix. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa proses pendistribusian barang dalam satu kali pengiriman barang ke lokasi proyek dilakukan tanpa melihat terlebih dahulu dari kapasitas angkut dengan armada yang ada, dengan mengunakan metode saving matrix didapat rute distribusi yang lebih efisien dari rute awal sebanyak 8 rute distribusi menjadi 6 rute saja. Dengan 6 rute saja pengiriman barang PLTS area Jawa Barat, didapat juga jarak tempuh yang lebih pendek dengan memangkas 359 km dari jarak tempuh perusahaan itu membuat rute usulan lebih efisien 23,22% dari rute perusahaan, dengan jarak tempuh dan rute yang lebih efisien membuat biaya trasnportasi lebih efisien 21,73% dari biaya transportasi, dan perusahaan dapat menghemat Rp.5.000.000 dari biaya trasportasi yang di lakukan saat ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi aplikasi manajemen operasional perusahaan, terutama manajemen transportasi yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan rute distribusi yang menghemat biaya transportasi. Kata kunci : Rute distibusi, saving matrix, biaya transportasi, jarak tempuh.ABSTRACTDistribution is one of the important factors for the company to be able to deliver goods appropriately to the project site, so that the distribution of goods is more efficient, then determining the transportation route using the saving Matrix method. The Saving Matrix is a method used to determine the distance, route, time or cost in the delivery of goods by determining the path that the company's problems must follow, namely in shipping goods to the project site. This research is a type of quantitative research with the Saving Matrix calculation method. The results of the study indicate that the process of distributing goods in one shipment of goods to the project location is carried out without first looking at the transport capacity of the existing fleet, using the saving matrix method, a more efficient distribution route is obtained from the initial route of 8 distribution routes to 6 routes only. . With only 6 routes for the delivery of goods for PLTS in the West Java area, it is also obtained a shorter distance by cutting 359 km from the company's mileage, making the proposed route 23.22% more efficient than the company's route, with more efficient mileage and routes making costs transportation is 21.73% more efficient than transportation costs, and the company can save Rp.5,000,000 from the current transportation costs. This research is expected to contribute to the company's operational management applications, especially transportation management, which aims to optimize distribution routes that save transportation costs.Keywords: distribution route, saving matrix, transportation costs, mileage.

Abstract

ABSTRAKArtikel ini memaparkan gagasan baru tentang teknologi informasi urun dana ekuitas (equity crowdfunding), berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pasar Modal dan peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan undang-undang  termasuk yang berasal dari aturan yang berkaitan dengan topik dan pendekatan konseptual yaitu pendapat hukum dari para ahli yang diambil dari jurnal, buku, dan sumber terverifikasi lainnya yang terkait dengan topik tersebut). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa equity crowdfunding merupakan sistem baru yang penting dalam dunia bisnis oleh karena itu diperlukan payung hukum yang memadai untuk melindungi komunitas pengguna layanan. Meski sudah ada beberapa regulasi hukum terkait urun dana ekuitas, namun belum cukup menjelaskan keterkaitannya dengan pasar modal. Sehingga, aturan hukum teknologi baru informasi harus dijelaskan sedemikian rupa agar tidak menimbulkan kebingungan di kemudian hari dan dapat digunakan untuk perlindungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pasar Modal, Teknologi Keuangan, Urun Dana Ekuitas ABSTRACT This article presents a new idea of equity crowdfunding information technology, based on the Capital Market Law and financial services authority regulations. The research method uses the statutory approach method including those derived from rules related to the topic and conceptual approaches, namely legal opinions from experts drawn from journals, books and other verified sources related to the topic). The results of the study conclude that equity crowdfunding is an important new system in the business world. Therefore, an adequate legal umbrella is needed to protect the community of service users. Although there are several legal regulations related to equity crowdfunding, they do not adequately explain its relationship to the capital market. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe scarcity in natural resources encourage many countries move their focus to manage non-natural resources. Tourism sector is one of potential non-natural resource in Indonesia that needs to be maximized by appropriate media. The fact that number of tourists coming to Bangka Belitung increase until about 1.800% by “Laskar Pelangi” the movie is a good sign that movie can be a tourism branding media to increase desire of audiences to visit the place which is shown. This research examines how “Laskar Pelangi” as a movie-induced tourism can influence audience decision to visit Belitung Island using combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The result shows that Laskar Pelangi is a effective movie-induced tourism since it has both pull and push factors. Understanding this tourism strategy will allow nation to excel economy recovery in the future.Keywords: Movie, Tourism, Economics.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan pada layanan Belanja Kriing di Pasar Anom Baru Sumenep dan merumuskan alternatif strategi baru dengan melihat faktor internal dan eksternal serta menentukan strategi alternatif prioritas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan matriks IFAS-EFAS, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Layanan Belanja Kriing Pasar Anom Baru Sumenep berada pada posisi hold and mantain sehingga strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil analisis SWOT merekomendasikan strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah Strength-Oppotunity (SO) yang mencakup dua alternatif strategi yang kemudian diurutkan dengan matriks QSPM untuk mendapatkan strategi prioritas. Hasil matriks QSPM mengurutkan dua alternatif strategi yaitu strategi memanfaatkan harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli masyarakat saat pandemi covid-19 dengan skor TAS tertinggi sebesar 5,34 dan strategi menyediakan lebih banyak variasi kebutuhan masyarakat dengan skor TAS sebesar 4,73. Kedua strategi tersebut menjadi saran manajemen strategi yang bisa dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan Layanan Belanja Kriing. Namun rekomendasi strategi yang sebaiknya diprioritaskan adalah memanfaatkan harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli masyarakat saat pandemi covid-19.Kata kunci: Covid-19, Manajemen Strategi, SWOT, QSPMABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the strategies applied to the Kriing Shopping service at the Anom Baru Market in Sumenep and to formulate new alternative strategies by looking at internal and external factors and determining priority alternative strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with analysis techniques using the IFAS-EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results showed that the Anom Baru Sumenep Market Kriing Shopping Service was in a hold and maintain position, so the best strategies to do were market penetration and product development. The results of the SWOT analysis recommend that the strategy that should be carried out is Strength-Oppotunity (SO) which includes two alternative strategies which are then sorted by the QSPM matrix to get a priority strategy. The results of the QSPM matrix rank two alternative strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing prices that are in accordance with the purchasing power of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic with the highest TAS score of 5.34 and the strategy of providing more variety of community needs with a TAS score of 4.73. The two strategies are strategic management suggestions that can be done in the implementation of Kriing Shopping Services. However, the recommended strategy that should be prioritized is to take advantage of prices that are in accordance with the purchasing power of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Covid-19, Strategic Management, SWOT, QSPM

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between R&D and economic growth in 33 OECD countries. This research uses panel data method. The results showed that there are three independent variables that affect economic growth. Namely, gross domestic expenditure on R&D, government research, and internet access. However, gross domestic expenditure on R&D and government research has a negative impact on economic growth. With the t-statistics of -2.944775 and -0.203002, respectively. While the t-statistic for internet access variable is 2.460783. This shows that only the internet access variable has a positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the variable access to computers from home does not affect economic growth, because the probability is 0.0674 or> 0.05. These findings do not support the general hypothesis that R&D expenditures will have a positive impact on economic growth. The research agenda must be clear, substantive and short-term and must be implemented as a consideration in making decisions. So that every investment in R&D spending provides benefits with the hope of creating new innovations, so that the Indonesian economy grows positively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Pasuruan, Kecamatan Tosari merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi keunggulan ekonomi berupa kekayaan sumber daya alam untuk dikembangkan yaitu sektor pertanian holtikultura yang memiliki peran penting dalam mensuplay kecukupan gizi bagi masyarakat komoditas holtikultura diantaranya sayuran (kentang, bawang prei, brokoli, kubis dan sawi) namun potensi yang tinggi tersebut tidak didukung oleh kemudahan akses untuk menjual atau memasarkannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti akan menggambarkan tentang keadaan lapangan dengan tujuan untuk menemukan formulasi strategi pengembangan kontribusi usaha pertanian holtikultura dengan  menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dari hasil analisis kuadran Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) Dan External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) diperoleh gambaran bahwa “ kontribusi usaha pertanian holtikultura dikecamatan Tosari memiliki daya kompetitif yang rendah untuk menghadapi ancaman dari kawasan Agropolitan yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu strategi yang memfokuskan pada mekanisme dan optimalisasi pertanian serta pasar sasaran (target market). Adapun langkah yang perlu diambil diantaranya memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur (Assebilitas), memberi pembinaan dan penyuluhan kepada para petani, bekerjasama melakukan pola mitra antara pemerintah, sektor swasta dan petani atau pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) untuk melakukan kegiatan On farm dan Of fram yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pasca panen kemana hasil produksi akan dibawa dalam bentuk mentah atau olahan.  Kata Kunci : strategi; pengembangan; pertanian holtikultura dan kesejahteraan    ABSTRACT Pasuruan Regency, District Tosari is one of the areas that has the potential for economic advantage in the form of natural resource wealth to be developed, namely the horticultural agricultural sector which has an important role in supplying nutritional adequacy for horticultural commodities including vegetables (potatoes, leek, broccoli, cabbage and mustard greens) but the potential is this height is not supported by the ease of access to sell or market it.  This research is a quantitative research. Researchers will describe the situation in the field with the aim of finding the formulation of a development strategy for the contribution of horticultural farming using a SWOT analysis.  From the results of the quadrant analysis of Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS), it is found that "the contribution of horticultural farming in Tosari sub-district has low competitive power to face threats from other Agropolitan areas. Therefore a strategy that focuses on the mechanism and optimization of agriculture as well as the target market (target market).
