Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah pendistribusian produk Camivita Syrup 60 mL terjadi mulai dari pendistribusian bahan kemasan innerbox dari beberapa vendor hingga perusahaan manufaktur yaitu PT Lucas Djaja, produk tersebut diproduksi sesuai dengan kapasitas produksi, kemudian produk didistribusikan dari produsen ke beberapa pusat distribusi. Perbedaan kapasitas dan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk distribusi dari masing-masing vendor dan menuju setiap pusat distribusi menyebabkan perlunya strategi distribusi yang optimal dan untuk mendapatkan biaya distribusi yang minimal. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi optimal diperoleh dari masalah transshipment dengan aplikasi LINGO. Hasil pendistribusian barang yang optimal adalah jumlah suplai yang didapat dari CV. Maestro Print adalah 14.400 pcs innerbox, diproduksi oleh PT Lucas Djaja dengan 14.400 produk, dan didistribusikan ke Arta Anugrah Distrindo, Prima Anugrah Mandiri, dan Global Health Pharmaceuitical untuk 7.500, 900 dan 6.000 produk. Biaya yang dihasilkan dari alokasi distribusi tersebut sebesar Rp 1.487.700. Hasil tersebut masih bisa dioptimalkan lagi, karena kapasitas produksinya bisa mencapai 19.668 produk. Kegiatan peningkatan permintaan seperti perbaikan strategi pemasaran dapat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.Kata kunci: Transshipment, distribusi optimal, LINGO ABSTRACTThe problem of distributing 60 mL Camivita Syrup products occurs from the distribution of innerbox packaging materials from several vendors to manufacturing companies, namely PT Lucas Djaja, these products are produced according to production capacity, then the products are distributed from producers to several distribution centers. The differences in capacity and costs incurred for distribution from each vendor and towards each distribution center lead to the need for an optimal distribution strategy and to obtain minimal distribution costs. This research method is a quantitative research method that aims to formulate the optimal strategy obtained from the transshipment problem with the LINGO application. The optimal distribution result is the amount of supply obtained from CV. Maestro Print is 14,400 pcs innerbox, produced by PT Lucas Djaja with 14,400 products, and distributed to Arta Anugrah Distrindo, Prima Anugrah Mandiri, and Global Health Pharmaceuitical for 7,500, 900 and 6,000 products. The cost resulting from the distribution allocation amounted to Rp 1,487,700. These results can be optimized again, because the production capacity can reach 19,668 products. Activities to increase demand such as improving marketing strategies can be carried out to obtain optimal results.Keywords: Transshipment, optimal distribution, LINGO

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe business process needs an information system to support business activities, and it is working with technology. System information has developed small form functions to many functions that become parts of business need. Humans build a business and make activities in the business such as planning, practising, deciding, following, evaluating, controlling, and monitoring. Technology is essential for supporting and creating more solutions to build a business plan and division more completely. Communication is a part of business activities to have a good connection with employees, managers, and business partners. Recently, the pandemic of COVID19 influences everyone, business, economic, makes all in social distance or working from home. Nevertheless, it is not a big issue for humans anymore because technology has replaced humans' needs, and system information occurs to solve the business problem. This study proposes an analysis of the technology used in business management and system information on business in the present. In this research, the methodology analyzed secondary data to analyze and compare some digital communication platforms used by employees while working from home during COVID19 pandemic crisis. This study implies that there is an impact of system information to business and the increasing needs of the information system to support employee communication while working from home. Furthermore, even business needs technology and sophisticated information system; business still needs the human worker to control for business decision making in the future.  Keywords: Business process, Technology, Information System. ABSTRAKProses bisnis memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis dan bekerja dengan teknologi. Sistem informasi telah berkembang dari fungsi kecil ke banyak fungsi yang merupakan bagian dari kebutuhan bisnis. Manusia membangun bisnis dan membuat kegiatan dalam bisnis itu merencanakan, berlatih, memutuskan, mengikuti, mengevaluasi, mengendalikan, dan memantau. Teknologi adalah hal penting untuk mendukung dan membuat lebih banyak solusi untuk membangun rencana bisnis dan divisi secara lebih lengkap. Berkomunikasi adalah bagian dari kegiatan bisnis untuk memiliki koneksi yang baik dengan karyawan, Manajer, dan mitra bisnis. Bahkan ketika pandemi COVID19 berpengaruh bagi kinerja perusahaan, yang menyebabkan semua orang akan berada dalam jarak sosial atau bekerja dari rumah. Namun demikian, ini bukan masalah besar bagi manusia lagi, karena teknologi telah menggantikan apa yang dibutuhkan manusia dan sistem informasi dapat menjadi solusi yang dibutuhkan bisnis saat ini. Studi ini mengusulkan analisis teknologi yang digunakan dalam manajemen bisnis dan sistem informasi bisnis pada saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi kualitas menggunakan data sekunder untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan platform komunikasi online yang digunakan karyawan ketika bekerja dari rumah dalam situasi pandemi COVID19 saat ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun pandemic member dampak bisnis dan sistem informasi dan teknologi menjadi kebutuhan bisnis yang urgen, bisnis, masih membutuhkan pekerja manusia untuk mengendalikan pengambilan keputusan bisnis di masa depan. Kata kunci: Proses Bisnis, Teknologi, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe scarcity in natural resources encourage many countries move their focus to manage non-natural resources. Tourism sector is one of potential non-natural resource in Indonesia that needs to be maximized by appropriate media. The fact that number of tourists coming to Bangka Belitung increase until about 1.800% by “Laskar Pelangi” the movie is a good sign that movie can be a tourism branding media to increase desire of audiences to visit the place which is shown. This research examines how “Laskar Pelangi” as a movie-induced tourism can influence audience decision to visit Belitung Island using combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The result shows that Laskar Pelangi is a effective movie-induced tourism since it has both pull and push factors. Understanding this tourism strategy will allow nation to excel economy recovery in the future.Keywords: Movie, Tourism, Economics.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 membuat muslim di Indonesia tidak disarankan untuk beribadah di Masjid, hal ini berimbas pada sumber dana Masjid mengingat pendapatan terbesarnya adalah Infaq dari jamaah yang sedang melakukan sholat di masjid tersebut. Penggunaaan financial technology menjadi hal yang wajar bagi masyarakat untuk melaksanakan transaksi keuangannya, akan tetapi hal tersebut masih asing bagi masyarakat untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan infaq. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan suatu gagasan baru berupa inovasi model donasi masjid dengan penerapan financial technology. Penelitian ini menggunakkan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan mengangkat sebuah fenomena yang terjadi dalam lingkup organisasi masjid di masa pandemi. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Masjid Darussalam yang terletak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Adanya pandemi dan saran untuk tidak melaksanakan sholat di masjid membuat sisa kas masjid menurun drastis. Wacana membuat akun pada aplikasi Bebas Bayar dan mengajak warga sekitar masjid untuk menggunakan aplikasi fintech tersebut bertujuan agar masjid memiliki alternatif sumber pendapatan. Pertama, donasi bulanan masyarakat sekitar dapat terus berjalan dengan mentransfer dana tersebut ke akun Masjid. Kedua, apabila masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk aktivitas pembayaran listrik, air, telepon dan lain-lain, maka masjid akan langsung mendapat keuntungan dan juga komisi sehingga masyarakat secara tidak langsung masyarakat melakukan infaq. Adanya sumber dana melalui aktivitas masyarakat disaat pandemi ini diharapkan menjadi sumber dana masjid sehingga masjid dapat menjalankan fungsinya.Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, financial technology, donasi masjid, aplikasi Bebas Bayar ABSTRACTCovid-19 pandemic has made it not advisable for Muslims in Indonesia to worship at the mosque. This policy has an impact on mosque funding sources since that the highest income is from infaq by pilgrims who are praying at the mosque. The use of financial technology is a natural thing for people to carry out financial transactions, but it is still unfamiliar for the community to be used in infaq activities. This study aims to formulate a new idea in the form of an innovative model of mosque donations with the application of financial technology. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by raising a phenomenon that occurs within the scope of mosque organizations during the pandemic. The research location is in the Darussalam Mosque located in Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, literature study, and documentation. The discourse creates an account on the Bebas Bayar application and invites residents around the mosque to use the fintech application so that the mosque has an alternative source of income. First, the monthly donations from the surrounding community can go on by transferring the funds to the mosque account. Secondly, if the community uses this application to pay for electricity, water, telephone and other activities, the mosque will immediately get a profit and commission so that the community indirectly conducts an infaq. The existence of sources of funds through community activities during the pandemic is expected to be a source of mosque funds so that the mosque can carry out its functions.Keywords : Covid-19 pandemic, financial technology, mosque donation, Bebas Bayar application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACTNatural materials are increasingly limited, encouraging the use of materials such as waste materials that have not been widely used for building materials or manufacturing products. Waste paper has been used as a material for the book-YRR.18 book cover through management and design approaches. The waste paper materials used are better than those used to produce this book cover: cellulose = 45.80% = pentosan 25.90% and lignin = 22.60%. Therefore, this research aims to provide product design from environmentally friendly materials and analysis of the value of its products in terms of loss-profit, so that it can be a profitable business potential for book producers in Indonesia as well as encourage book producers in Indonesia to being involved in efforts to save the environment.Keywords: Waste Paper Material; Product Value; Design Book Cover Model-YRR. 18.                 ABSTRAKBahan-bahan alami yang semakin terbatas, mendorong penggunaan bahan-bahan seperti bahan limbah yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan untuk bahan bangunan atau pembuatan produk. Kertas bekas selama ini digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan sampul buku Model -YRR.18 melalui pendekatan manajemen dan desain. Bahan limbah kertas yang digunakan lebih baik daripada yang digunakan untuk memproduksi sampul buku ini adalah: selulosa = 45,80% = pentosan 25,90% dan lignin = 22,60%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan desain produk dari bahan ramah lingkungan dan analisa nilai produknya dari sisi loss-profit, sehingga dapat menjadi potensi bisnis yang menguntungkan bagi produsen buku di Indonesia sekaligus terlibat dalam upaya penyelamatan lingkungan.Kata kunci: Bahan Limbah Kertas; Nilai Produk; Desain Sampul Buku Model-YRR.18.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between R&D and economic growth in 33 OECD countries. This research uses panel data method. The results showed that there are three independent variables that affect economic growth. Namely, gross domestic expenditure on R&D, government research, and internet access. However, gross domestic expenditure on R&D and government research has a negative impact on economic growth. With the t-statistics of -2.944775 and -0.203002, respectively. While the t-statistic for internet access variable is 2.460783. This shows that only the internet access variable has a positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the variable access to computers from home does not affect economic growth, because the probability is 0.0674 or> 0.05. These findings do not support the general hypothesis that R&D expenditures will have a positive impact on economic growth. The research agenda must be clear, substantive and short-term and must be implemented as a consideration in making decisions. So that every investment in R&D spending provides benefits with the hope of creating new innovations, so that the Indonesian economy grows positively.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu negara adalah adanya Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang bertumbuh dan menjadi fondasi bagi ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, UMKM seringkali harus berjuang sendiri dalam keterbatasan modal. Keterbatasan modal dipenuhi dengan pengajuan pembiayaan melalui bank dan lembaya pendanaan berbunga yang akan menggerus keuntungan pengusaha. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 37/POJK.04/2018 Tentang Layanan Urun Dana Melalui Penawaran Saham Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (Equity Crowdfunding). Melalui kebijakan equity crowdfunding, pemerintah berharap UMKM dapat bersaing tanpa khawatir akan kebutuhan modal. Namun, perlindungan hukum pengguna equity crowdfunding dirasa kurang memenuhi aspek kepastian hukum dan nilai keadilan. Penerbit kurang dilindungi hak ciptanya dan pemodal belum memiliki kepastian hukum terhadap jaminan keamanan investasinya. Permasalahan tersebut harus mendapat perhatian yang baik oleh pemerintah melalui tata kelola kebijakan yang berkepastian hukum dan bernilai keadilan. Adanya tata kelola kebijakan yang baik akan mendorong pengembangan UMKM menjadi start up yang berdaya saing. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu proses menemukan aturan hukum, prinsip-prinsip hukum, maupun doktrin-doktrin hukum guna menjawab isu hukum yang dihadapi. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mendukung tipe penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep dengan meneliti bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder yang berupa literature dan jurnal.

Abstract

Family business studies are gaining a foothold in Indonesia. This organization is the most common type of firm throughout the world. Nonetheless, the low survival rate of family businesses may relate to the issue of management succession and the issue is still the principal challenge that they need to face. This study will focus on knowing the importance of succession planning for family business owners, especially those belonging to the micro and small business category. The study involved one hundred family business owners in East Jakarta as respondents of the survey. The study itself would be focused on the ground rules made by the incumbents during succession planning. The study has revealed that, generally, the majority of the sample does not have an appropriate plan of succession. The result also exhibits that the majority of respondents favoring nuclear family members as the future successor. Moreover, the homosocial reproduction phenomenon also could be identified from the survey.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of dependence of playing online games with time management and behavioural prososial. Time management is an ability of students in use of time,that can set goals, priorities, and do control time in self-regulation. Prososial behavior is an action that encourages someone to do interpersonal relationships, working, honest and helping others. Online game addiction is a state of person who are tied to very strong habits and cannot off to play games online from time to time regardless of a negative impact to them. Analysis method used is quantitative approach using Product Moment Correlation technique of using 96 samples in class 2 State Junior High School 13 on Surabaya city. The result showed a positive relationship of dependence play online games with time management retrieved value rxy = 0.291 with probability of 0.004 (p < 0.05) there is a positive relationship of dependence with online gaming behavior prososial retrieved values rxy2 = 0.339 with probabili ties of 0.001 (p < 0.05). Thoose, the hypothesis about negative relationships between dependency play online games with time management and prosocial behavior, denied.
