Abstract

Aceh has reformed Islamic education with a dichotomy with the application of the Al-Qur'an-based integrase curriculum by not forgetting to accommodate the national education curriculum. This study aims to determine the integration model of science in the curriculum at Aceh Besar Elementary School and Adzkiya Bireuen, to find out the implementation of science integration models in the curriculum in Aceh Besar Elementary School and Adzkiya Bireuen, and to find out the strengths and weaknesses of science integration in curriculum in Aceh IT Elementary School Great and Adzkiya Bireuen. This study uses a qualitative approach with techniques for collecting data on observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The model of science integration in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum in Aceh Besar and Bireuen is directed towards the purification-connected model because it is seen from the concept of curriculum, conceptual concepts, material concepts to the concepts of learning processes and evaluations carried out and purification which attempts to organize education in accordance with the values ​​and normal of Islam kaffah and commitment in maintaining and maintaining Islamic teachings in all aspects of life. 2). The implementation of the integration model of science in learning at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Aceh Besar and Bireuen begins with the planning phase: preparation of syllabus, lesson plans and student books. Implementation phase and evaluation phase. 3). The advantages and disadvantages of the science integration model in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum in Aceh Besar and Bireuen are as follows: a. The advantages are: (1) students get closer and explore the intricacies of the knowledge of the Koran, (2) the planting of the Koran from an early age to students, (3) students are more motivated in learning, (4) develop pride students towards Islam and the Qur'an, (5) always love the Koran and increase the faith in monotheizing Allah. b. The disadvantages are: (1) the difficulty of the teacher in selecting the verses of the Koran in accordance with the material, (2) the limited ability of the teacher to interpret the verses of the Koran or Hadith, (3) limited time in the preparation of Qur'an-based material every day, (4) learning the integration of the Koran (Fahmul Qur'an) is difficult to run optimally by teachers who have not been trained.

Abstract

Education is a very important factor of human development. Discipline is a compliance in implementing regulations. It must be acknowledged that pesantren have been able to influence the discipline of santri. The purpose of this study is to find out the management model of education in the discipline of santri which includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. And to find out the obstacles that faced in Shalahuddiin Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School of applying discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. In this study, found that the education management model of the santri disciplinary included four aspects, Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Planning includes, 1)formulating regulations according to pesantren's vision, mission and objectives, 2)making pesantren regulations, 3)formulating sanctions. Organizing by arranging the duties of administrators from teachers and santri. The implementation are 1)giving guidance, 2)giving motivation, 3)executing, 4)exemplary. The supervising are 1)reports directly, 2)attendance, 3) spying. So, there were found three management models of disciplinary education for santri, 1)a classic organizational model, this model had functions of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling, 2)an authoritarian educational management model, 3) a model of habituation and exemplary. The obstacles faced, 1)there are students who do not want to be disciplined, 2)the lack of support of some santri’s parent, 3)there are some santri who have problems with self-discipline.

Abstract

The socio-cultural competencies stipulated in Permenpan-RB Number 38 Year 2017 have not accommodated the characteristics and needs of the Aceh Government. The competencies of the Aceh Government Apparatus must be in harmony with the Islamic Shari'a and socio-cultural aspects of Aceh. Competency development of the Aceh Government Apparatus needs to be oriented towards the establishment of HR Islamic Apparatus, especially having the value of socio-cultural competencies based on Islamic education.The problems examined in the context of developing socio-cultural competencies for the Primary Government (JPT) of the Primary Government of Aceh are: (a) What is the competency in managing the cultural environment based on Islamic education; (b) How competence builds a social network based on Islamic education; (c) What is the value of social empathy competence based on Islamic education; (d) What are the gender and diffable sensitivity competencies based on Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs and documentation studies. Informants were selected by purposive technique and snowball sampling. Key informants are officials who have duties and authority to develop HR competencies. Checking credibility and data analysis is done using triangulation techniques. The development of value-based socio-cultural competencies in Islamic education for the JPT Primary echelon II.b was formulated at an advanced level. The results of developing socio-cultural competencies in question are: (a) Competence in managing the cultural environment for JPT Pratama II.b is described as the ability to utilize cultural differences constructively and creatively to improve organizational effectiveness as a form of worship. (b) Social network competencies for JPT Pratama II echelon.b are described in the formulation of the profesonalization and transformation of government communications to increase public trust and participation; (c) Social empathy competency for Primary JPT echelon II.b is described as the ability to carry out prosocial behavior; (d) Gender and disability sensitivity competencies for JPT pre-echelon II.b are described as the ability of gender mainstreaming and the utilization of the lives of diffable groups.

Abstract

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models in Grade 4 Mathematics learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The subjects of this study were 4th grade students of SDN Randuacir 02, amounting to 25 students. Data collection techniques are carried out using tests in the form of questions and non-tests in the form of rubrics. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of 4th grade students of SDN Randuacir 02 through application using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This is evidenced by the increase in students' critical thinking, namely in the first cycle the average value is 58.92. Whereas, in cycle 2 there was an increase in the average value of 80.28. Experiencing an increase in the completeness of students' mathematics learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage as many as 7 students with an average value of 55.00, then increasing in the first cycle as many as 10 students with the average score of 63.52 and increasing again in cycle 2 to 22 students with an average score of 82.00

Abstract

The discussion is about parents' strategies in empowering children's potential to display behavior with moral content to their relationship with God, their fellow human beings and the natural environment in accordance with their nature. But in practice in life, it is not realized perfectly. As a result, it is common to find more children who are less obedient to worship, less polite and dissent to parents. Occurring quarrels with peers are also indifferent, less concerned about the environment as part of the negative nature of the child. The next negative impression is like wild, commotion, noise, anti-advice, not caring for the natural environment and difficult to accept the truth. To anticipate this, parents need to improve empowerment by maintaining knowledge that has been provided and applied a psychology approach, so that a touch of soul feeling unites in behavior to get closer to God, has a noble character, especially parents, and morality towards the environment. Does not give an opportunity to commit a disgraceful act.Technical data collection using qualitative descriptive methods, namely the technique of collecting data through notes, writings and documents from various literary sources that have relevance and support the objects discussed. While processing data, the descriptive analysis method is used, which is presenting or explaining the data that has been collected. The object of this research is the attitude and behavior of children towards obedience in worship, fellow humans and their concern for the environment. Family resilience in shaping children's morals, parents can do by teaching, leading, guiding, guiding, supervising and getting used to. Children to be commendable, so that children can apply in life. Furthermore, parents maintain the nature of the ability and willingness of the child, motivate him to increase moral awareness of God by realizing as a god of worship, and himself as a servant, polite and polite fellow humans as loyal friends, especially their parents as caregivers and educators, caring, friendly to nature and its preservation as its domicile.
