Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran STAD maupun SN, ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar kimia yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dengan SN jika pengetahuan awal dikendalikan secara statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling, dengan sampel kelas XI MIPA 1 dan XI MIPA 3. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain dua faktor (2 model pembelajaran), dua sampel (kelas eksperimen 1 dan 2), dan satu kovariabel (pengetahuan awal). Data penelitian berupa data pengetahuan awal kimia, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar kimia kelas eksperimen 1 dan 2. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t dan analisis kovarian . Hasil uji t sama subjek kelas eksperimen 1 tidak ada perbedaan motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran STAD dengan Sig. (2-tailed) 0,117 > 0,05. Untuk kelas eksperimen 2 tidak ada perbedaan motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran SN dengan Sig. (2-tailed) 0,137 > 0,05. Hasil uji-t beda subjek tidak ada perbedaan motivasi belajar kimia yang mengikuti pembelajaran STAD maupun SN dengan Sig. (2-tailed) 0,569 > 0,05. Hasil anakova diperoleh F=15,373; Sig.< 0,01, artinya ada perbedaan hasil belajar kimia yang mengunakan pembelajaran STAD dengan SN jika pengetahuan awal dikendalikan secara statistik. Dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran STAD lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kimia peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Banguntapan tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dibanding dengan SN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran sentence collection dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis teks eksplanasi peserta didik XI MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah cooperative learning dengan strategi sentence collection. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Setap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: a) persiapan, b) implementasi, c) observasi, dan d) refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes kinerja. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar penilaian sikap, dan instrumen penilaian teks eksplanasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitaif untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil kinerja peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan strategi sentence collection. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada prasiklus nilai rata-rata hanya 65,78, pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 76,75, dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 84,88. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran sentence colection dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis teks eksplanasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan Sekolah ini adalah: 1) Meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran melalui supervise klinis di SD Sindet Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Bantul. 2) Menerapkan langkah-langkah bimbingan/supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pembelajaran oleh guru. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah terdiri dari dua siklus, Dimana dalam prosedur setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, pengamatan, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru SD Sindet Kecamatan Jetis Berjumlah 11 orang guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan antara lain: 1) Lembar observasi merencanakan kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran (RPP), 2) Lembar observasi melaksanakan pembelajaran (PBM), (3). Lembar Observasi Penilaian terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran melalui supervisi klinis semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 pada SD Sindet Kecamatan Jetis. Pada Siklus I hasil penilaian dalam menyusun RPP mencapai 70%, pelaksanaan PBM mencapai 82%, dan Penilaian Pembelajaran mencapai 79%. Di Siklus II Penyusunan RPP mencapai 82%, PBM mencapai 85%, dan Penilaian Pembelajaran mencapai 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Tindakan sekolah yang terkait dengan penggunaan supervisi klinis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran dapat diterik kesimpulan mengalami peningkatan atau meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve students' mathematical connection abilities in the Geometry Transformation material through the REACT strategy using batik motif media in class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. This research is a classroom action research conducted during two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that to improve students' mathematical connections can be done by: (a) relating, students are given the opportunity to link the material studied in Geometry Transformation with everyday life through real examples in the Student Activity Sheet containing geometric motifs in Yogyakarta batik. Every student is encouraged to express their opinions in solving problems, both in writing and orally; (b) experiencing, students are accustomed to building their own knowledge / concepts through the process of learning activities and teaching materials that have been prepared; (c) applying, students are trained to apply concepts to solve mathematical problems and problems from the daily lives of students; (d) cooperating, students are trained to make agreements to determine the best solution. If there are differences in the answers / solutions to a problem on individual tasks or group assignments then each group member must play an active role in achieving learning objectives; (e) transferring, students use the knowledge they have in a new context through the application of concepts obtained either in Mathematics problems or in real life related to Yogyakarta batik motifs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the activities and studying outcomes of Catholic religious education and character in basic competence for understanding the role and function of conscience so that it can act correctly and appropriately through the Discovery Learning Model. This research is a classroom action research study involving 10 Catholic students of XI IPS1 of SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu in 2019/2020. The action is carried out in two learning cycles. Data were collected using observational guidelines, tests in each cycle, and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that in the first cycle the average percentage of student learning activities amounted to 67.50% with classical completeness cognitive learning outcomes obtained by 60%, with an average value of learning outcomes of 77.5. In the second cycle the average percentage of student learning activities amounted to 90.63% with classical completeness of cognitive learning outcomes of 90%, with an average value of learning outcomes of 83.5. Thus the application of the use of the Discovery Learning Model can improve student learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

The research is based on the results of observations in the learning process, especially in the environment of class XIPA8. The students often only understand the theory of ecological problems yet cannot apply them in their daily lives. This issue can be addressed by conducting a class research using creative methods that will be done by groups of ecological project team. This method emphasizes learning activities that are relatively long duration, holistically interdisciplinary, student-centered and integrated with real-world practices and issues. This group will be given an assignment and guidance on how to make ecological-themed miniseries drama. The results show that the ecological project team's creative method in the form of an ecology-themed drama miniseries is able to improve student achievement outcomes in various aspects of abilities, both cognitive, psychomotor and affective. The average score increased from 83 to 95. The average affective assessment results in cycle I were 2.2 (adequate category) and in cycle II 3.8 (very good). While the psychomotor assessment also increased in the first cycle the average was 79.2, while in the second cycle was 86.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes of Civics Lesson on the national integration material in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame by using discovery learning model on MIPA Class of SMA Negeri 1 Samigaluh. The research is Class Action Research which consists of 4 stages, Planning, Implementing, Observation, and Reflection. The subject research was grade X students MIPA of SMA Negeri 1 Samigaluh. The data collecting technique was using interview, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted collaboratively between the teachers and researcher, so that the researcher was actively involved from the very beginning until the ending of the research. The indicator was found from the learning outcome improvements of Civics Lesson. The data analysis technique used in the research was qualitative description. Based on the research result, it is concluded that discovery method leads to the learning outcome improvements of Civics Lesson for grade X students MIPA of SMA Negeri 1 Samigaluh. The research shows that the pre-cycle average is 71,6 by completeness percentage of 22,2%. The cycle 1 score average is 76,3 by completeness percentage of 50%, and the cycle 2 score average is 85,6 by completeness percentage of 100%.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe scientific writing skills based on process approach and implications of character education on students class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Bambanglipuro. The method used a descriptive qualitative. The research subject is students class XI Mathematics 1 during the learning scientific work. Research procedures were raised the issue, raised research questions, gather relevant data, perform data analysis, and answer research questions. Data collection techniques including observation, interview, and image documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are learning to write scientific papers can be used as a means of implementation of character education. This was achieved on the activities of the classroom learning by using a process approach. Character values ​​that can be gained from learning to write scientific papers with the process approach is honest, critical, creative, innovative, hard working, independent, careful, responsibility, discipline, rigorous, open, tolerant, cooperative, confident, courageous and mandate. By knowing how to write scientific papers correctly and embedded values ​​of good character, then it can cope with acts of plagiarism. Character values ​​that can be gained from learning to write scientific papers with the process approach is honest, critical, creative, innovative, hard working, independent, careful, responsibility, discipline, rigorous, open, tolerant, cooperative, confident, courageous and mandate. Abstract

This study aims to improve teachers’ commitment and skil at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul in making instructional media Lectora Inspire 17 through workshop activities. This research is school action research with the subjects of this research were PNS teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan and the numbers are 31 (thirty one) teachers. They were 14 (fourteen) teachers of Normatif Adaptif, 5 (five) teachers of KKKR, 6 (six) teachers of RPL, and 6 (six) teachers of DPIB. This research consists of two cycles, each cycle carried out stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used triangulasi through observing workshop activities, teachers’ activities, and the evaluation of teaching media. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. This result shown that the degree of teachers’ skills with competen were 25,81% (8 teachers), Cycle I increased 61,29% (19 teachers), and Cycle II increased 87,10% (27 teachers), so there was increasing between pre cycle and Cycle I 35,48% , between cycle I and cycle II increased 25,81%. Based on data analysis could be concluded that workshop activities could improve teachers’ skills at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan in making instructional media Lectora Inspire 17.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of writing skills of the eight grade students at SMPN 25 Purworejo through flow chart media. The research applied Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of the conducted study are as follows: (1) Among the forty students who followed the practice of composing narratives essay by using approach process and flow chart media, 40 students got higher scores than before. (2) Before being given the action, the students' writing ability is still low with an average score 56.45. It is showed by 34 as the lowest and 70 as the highest score. After being given the action, in the first cycle, students' writing ability is quite increased. It’s seen by the students’ score of narrative essays from the number 64.68 in average, 60 as the lowest score and 75 as the highest score. Meanwhile, in the second cycle of the action, students' writing ability was further increased with an average narrative essay score of 77.38 with the lowest score of 70 and the highest score of 82. After being given the third cycle of the action, students' writing ability increased significantly with an average narrative essays score of 81.65 with 71 as the lowest score and 85 as the highest score.
