<![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms on the interest of visiting tourists in Ora Beach. The population of this study are all domestic and foreign tourists who while visiting Ora Beach tourism objects from the period of February to March 2019. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a final sample of 49 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms proved to have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists in Ora Beach. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of the physical environment and attitude which shows that if the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms increase, the increase will be followed by an increase in tourist interest in visiting Ora Beach. Thus it can be said that increasing the value of the physical environment, attitudes and subjective norms will increase the interest of tourists visiting Ora Beach. <![CDATA[Abstract The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of physical and non-physical working environment on the employee working satisfaction. The population in this study are all employees of Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon. The sampling technique used in this study is census technique with 79 respondents as final amount of sample. Data collection in this study is taken using questionnaire, while the analysis of the data to answer the research question used multiple linier Regression analysis. The result shows that the physical and non-physical working environment proven to have positive and significant impact on the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon City. This is shown by regression coefision of physical and non-physical working environment in which if they increase, it is followed by the increase of employees working satisfaction. Thus, it can be said that the increase of physical and non-physical working environment value will increase the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center in Ambon. <![CDATA[Abstrak Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, in Article 1 paragraph 1 explains that consumer protection is any effort that guarantees legal certainty to provide protection to consumers. And one form of protection for consumers, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1999 this form of Consumer Protection, is the protection of consumer safety in consuming food and drinks containing preservatives and artificial sweeteners. The purpose of this paper is the author wants to inform the public, especially consumers who usually buy food and drinks during the fasting month or friendly month and to break the fast, that there are legal regulations that protect their rights as consumers namely Law Number 8 of 1999. This research uses a normative juridical approach, based on statute (statute aproach), specifically Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The conclusion of this paper is that with the birth of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is an attempt by the government to provide protection to consumers based on the existence of a number of consumer rights that need to be protected from actions that might be detrimental to other parties. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to study and analyze the influence of work discipline style and work ability on the performance of civil service police officers in Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The survey data collection used a questionnaire instrument with a total sample of 79 employees using census techniques. The results of testing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques show that; work discipline and work ability proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. This means that the drive to increase work discipline and work ability will trigger an increase in the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to analyze the legality issues of siri marriages which have become polemic in the life of the people in Indonesia and their impact on women and children according to Indonesian marriage law, which is regulated according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. This study uses the type or type of Normative Legal research and library research, using the statutory approach, conceptual approach, and the comparative approach. This study uses these approaches because what is examined here is the rule of law and/or legislation relating to marital marriages. The research results are then analyzed and described qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriages is still ambiguous, there is a norm conflict between one article and another that causes confusion and differences in perception among the community that triggers polemics. So that through the results of normative juridical studies, this research concluded that based on legal principles and legal norms in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriages along with other statutory regulations, Siri marriages are marriages that are considered illegal. Thus, this legal juridical illegitimate marriage will have a very detrimental effect on the parties, especially women and children who are bound in the marital relationship of Siri. <![CDATA[Abstract The village government in carrying out the role should be in accordance with the implementation of the duties of the village government as mandated in Law No. 6 of 2014, but in reality the village government failed to implement it to the community. The results of the research as obtained from the author, and strengthened by observational data, interviews and research conducted, show that the Ridool Village Government in carrying out its activities is not fully in line with the hopes and desires of the Ridool Village community. This is based on the implementation of various village government activities that are not well socialized to the community, even accountability of government activities that are not delivered to the community at all, so that the welfare of the village community served is not in accordance with the demands of carrying out governmental tasks mandated in the Law on Villages. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to discuss and analyze the Work Motivation of Employee Performance in the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The benefit of this research is that it provides information about the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The results this hypothetical test of work motivation is significant for employee performance. Therefore the results of this study state that work motivation has a good relationship with employees, increasing employee work motivation is expected to obtain higher performance as well. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of professionalism of the apparatus on the quality of public services in the field of government administration at the Kairatu subdistrict office, West Seram district (Studies on the Waimital Village Community, Kairatu district). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 40 people. The results show that after identifying the research variables, it is known that the distribution of respondents' answers to all independent variables is quite varied, but on average they are in the good category. Meanwhile, the condition of public service quality that was perceived by respondents (service users / customers) was also in the good category, but training was not satisfactory. Partially, aspects of the professionalism of urban village officials have a positive and significant influence and have a contributive relationship to the quality of public services.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is the criteria concerning the influence of the characteristics of budget objectives on the performance of local government officials in the Keerom regency regional apparatus organization. Testing was carried out on a sample of 73 respondents. The sample method used was Porpusive sampling. Data collection was carried out by direct survey. Testing testing is tested empirically using multiple regression. The results showed that budget preparation had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. Budget feedback did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency, local governments evaluated that the budget had no positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. , Clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials in Keerom Regency. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms on interest in tourist visits at Ora Beach and Banda Island. The population in this study were all tourists who visited 2 tourist sites in Central Maluku Regency, namely Ora Beach and Banda Island. Based on the character inherent in the population, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique with a final sample size of 62 tourists. Testing research data begins with testing research instruments (validity and reliability tests), testing classical assumptions followed by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms which, if an increase, will be followed by an increase in interest in tourist visits. Thus it can be said that the increase in the value of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms will encourage an increase in interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island.]]>
