Abstract

Penyaluran energi listrik dari pusat pembangkitan listrik yang posisinya berada jauhdari pusat beban, dapat mengakibatkan kerugian-kerugian yang terjadi selama dilakukanpenyaluran daya listrik. Kerugian ditimbulkan oleh saluran yang cukup panjang darsei pusatpembangkit hingga konsumen akan mengalami jatuh tegangan sepanjang saluran yangdilalui. Sesuai standar SPLN 72:1987 menunjukkan bahwa toleransi jatuh tegangan salurandistribusi 20 Kv (JTM) adalah sebesar 5%. Sebagaimana single line diagram pada Feeder20KV di Distrik Depapre yang dialiri daya listrik mencakup 19 buah transformator denganpanjang saluran dari Gardu Hubung (GH) hingga Desa Tablasupa adalah sebesar 64,5 kms.Dengan jauhnya jarak saluran distribusi tersebut akan mengakibatkan timbulnya jatuhtegangan yang disebabkan karena tata letak antar transformator distribusi yang cukupvariatif.Hasil analisa jatuh tegangan pada Feeder 20 KV khususnya penyulang Depapre,menunjukkan bahwa pada gardu 112 ( DesaAmai ) diperoleh jatuh tegangan sebesar 5,08%atau 1016,83 volt. Sedangkan pada gardu nomor 113 yang berada di Desa Tablasupa,menhasilkan jatuh tegangan sebesar 5,25% atau 1050,87 volt. Guna memperkecil rugi-rugiakibat jatuh , maka perlu dilakukan perubahan jarak pada gardu nomor 112 yang semulaberjarak 62 kms menjadi 61,984 kms dan gardu nomor 113 dari jarak semula 64,5 kmsmenjadi 64,46 kms agar diperoleh rugi-rugi seminimal mungkin.

Abstract

Jayapura is a city that is currently a lot of construction everywhere, ranging fromresidential, office, shop - shop and others. The use of sand in constructing a buildingmore and more increasing. Increased use of these sands occur because of the day today needs of the building for economic survival that are needed in everyday life.Practical and economical nature of these causes of sand used as raw materials thatare beneficial for development. The purpose of this study was to develop a simple sandsieving machine is easy to operate for building materials in Jayapura.Method development and research is to design a multi-storey sand sievingmachine using an electric motor. In this study should be planned is the motor powercounting, shafts, pins, bearings, pulleys and belts. After the newly designed tool thathas obtained the appropriate calculations.The results obtained from this study were stratified sand sieving machine isalready done the calculations and the design process so that it can be concluded thatalthough the machine is not as automatic as sieving sand from previous studies, but ithas been well-operated machine that can already be used to sift the sand, in this caseis sand as a building material for construction workers in the city of Jayap

Abstract

Kabupaten Keerom merupakan sebuah daerah otonom, yang jumlahpenduduk miskinnya cukup tinggi, jika membandingkannya dengan beberapa daerahlain di Provinsi Papua. Berdasarkan data BPS tahun 2011, Kabupaten Keerommasuk dalam kategori wilayah termiskin 24 dari 29 kabupaten/kota yang ada diProvinsi Papua, dengan jumlah penduduk miskin sebanyak 11,4 ribu orang atau21,98% dari jumlah penduduknya sebanyak 50.043 jiwa.Studi tentang implementasi kebijakan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengukur duahal penting, pertama, bagaimana potret context dan content kebijakanpenanggulangan kemiskinan? dan yang kedua, sejauhmana capaian tujuanimplementatif program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Kampung (BK3) dalam rangkamewujudkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun dan kemudian dianalisis, maka tujuanBantuan Keuangan Kepada Kampung (BK3) khususnya mengenai kemandirianmasyarakat menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang cukup signifikan, di manaterdapat adanya potret partisipasi warga yang sangat bergairah dalam melaksanakanseluruh tahapan kegiatan, kaum marjinal menjadi lebih berdaya, kapasitasmasyarakat dalam mengelolah sumberdaya yang dimiliki juga meningkat. Sementaraitu, kesejahteraan masyarakat pada tingkatan yang paling sederhana dapatdikatakan cukup meningkat, jika ukurannya adalah akses ekonomi, infrastruktur,akses pendidikan dan kesehatan cukup siginifikan. Sementara itu, dalam kurunwaktu empat tahun pelaksanaan program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Kampung(BK3) tahun 2010-2014, secara de jure (data BPS), upaya pengurangan angkakemiskinan belum tercapai, (karena diduga ada muatan kepentingan), namun secarade facto, sesungguhnya program ini telah mengurangi angka kemiskinan.

Abstract

Household sector as the second largest energy user after the industrial sector, thereality of what happened in Papua subsidized price of kerosene has reached Rp 6,000 - Rp10,000/liter due to government policy. Wood processing industry produces 40% of woodwaste which cause problems that impact on the environment. Need to use it into valueadded products, one of them as an alternative energy source to help alleviate the localeconomy.The method used in this study is an experimental analysis, by comparing the stovewithout the firewall and the firewall, and the temperature distribution was taken usinginfrared thermograph, and the other to obtain temperature data used infrared thermometer.The results of this study showed the exit temperature (out) with firewalls tend to behigher (591,1°C) compared with no firewall (583°C), because the firewall to isolate heat sothat the heat of combustion are all routed through the firewall to the outside of the pan isreinforced with color degradation results thermograph. But without the firewall and thetemperature rising back tends to decline because of the longer sawdust burning to ashes sothat has not been burned sawdust automatically drops down so that the distance of the potwith the heat source and the heat of combustion is much spread do not like using a firewall

Abstract

This study try to describe and analyze the role of Jayapura Regency Government in achieving the MDGs in Education sector in 2013, where the MDGs into a single program that had been agreed upon by all countries, including Indonesia. Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) or in Indonesian translates to the Millennium Development Goals, is a paradigm of global development, the Millennium Summit declared by the 189 member states of the United Nations (UN) in New York in September 2000. All countries present at the meeting committed to integrate the MDGs as part of the national development program in an effort to handle the settlement of issues related to the very fundamental about the fulfillment of human rights and freedoms. The Declaration is a member of the UN agreement on global development towards a package that is encapsulated in a few goals, including achieving basic education for all. In answer to these problems the writer used descriptive research data collection instruments in the form of interviews and observations. It is expected that this study may be one that can be used as a reference publication in local journals, especially scientific journals within the University and the Faculty of University of Science and Technology Fessospol Jayapura (USTJ), and also as an input to stakeholders and policy makers in the Government of Jayapura district, especially in the field of education about the implementation of the MDGs strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the design of the load rate of the cooling water for testing theperformance of refrigerant 134a in air conditioning units and heat pumps of type T108 / 3D, analyze theinfluence of the rate of cooling water to the COP as well as calculate the efficiency of the engine coolant tochanges in the rate of cooling water. Research and analysis conducted in the Fluid Mechanics LaboratoryDepartment of Mechanical Engineering University of Science and Technology Jayapura (USTJ), Jayapura(July 2014). The research method used was a laboratory experiment to get the data: temperature (T),pressure (P) and the mass flow rate of cooling water, the conclusions obtained from this study are: Q evap= 11.21 kW, RE = 130.53 kJ/kg, mref = 0.086 kg/s, W = 1.46 kW, Qc = 12.68 kW dan COP = 7.68

Abstract

The presence of street vendors in the city of Abepura experiencing growth and increase thenegative impact fisual the face of the city. In addition, the location of the trade, which generallyuse a portion of the road / pavement and public facilities to make such a designation does notfunction optimally fit. On the other side of the street vendors is one source of livelihood for themajority of citizens and drive the local economy. Therefore, it is important to do the arrangementand management of the existence of street vendors so that the economy can continue tooperate and be fisual kept tidy and does not damage the function of public space. The purposeof this study was to identify the characteristics of street vendors around the shaft of Abepuracity, as a basis for policy formulation and regulation of street vendors in the city of Abepura. Themethod used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The approach taken is todetermine the characteristics of the activities of street vendors, street vendors sitecharacteristics, and consumer perceptions of the existence and activities of street vendors.Quantitative analysis techniques used include frequency distributions and cross-tabulations.The end result of this research is the profile of the street vendors, the characteristics of streetvendors, street vendors of consumer profiles, as well as consumer perceptions of the existenceand activities of street vendors, so that could be the basis for the city government in policyformulation and structuring of street vendors in the city of Abepura city for the creation of acomfortable environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis potensi aliran sungai di Desa Bukisikabupaten Jayapura sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga air.Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen lapangan dengan pendekatan pengukuranlangsung di tempat penelitian. Dimana untuk mendapatkan debit aliran menggunakan alatukur Current Meter, menggukur Head (ketinggian jatuh air) menggunakan GPS, dan untukmendapatkan luas penampang di gunakan tongkat pengukur kedalaman dan Rol Meter.Data hasil pengukuran dilapangan di dapat kecepatan aliran sungai v= 0,6 m/ detik, luaspenampang sungai (A) = 0,612 m2 menghasilkan dibit aliran (Q)= 0,2672 m3/detik dantinggi jatuh efektif (H) = 19 m. Selanjutnya dari hasil perhitungan dan analisis didapatkanbesar daya listrik yang dapat di bangkitkan PLTMH adalah sebesar 68442,408 watt. Jumlahrumah penduduk 96 unit, diasumsikan tiap rumah dibebankan 450 watt, maka 96 unit rumahmembutuhkan 43200 watt, sehingga dengan potensi air sebesar 68442,408 watt dapatmelayani masyarakat desa. Bahkan ada kelebihan energy sebesar 25242,408 watt dapatdigunakan untuk lampu jalan desa.Sumber air di desa Bukisi sangat potensial untuk dibangun Pembangkit Listrik TenagaMikroro Hydro (PLTMH).

Abstract

A good quality of electrical installation is higly dependent on the implementation of thestandard electrical installation regulation namely PUIL 2000. Considering in principle the goalof enforcement for the security op people, goods and supply of electricy that is safe andsufficient. But after a certain period of electrical installation is expected to experiencechanges in both quality and quantiry. Based on that, the researchers conducting research,aiming to determine the feasibilityof using home lighting installation in use for more than 10years as many as 104 homes with a capacity of 450 VA at Keerom District West Koya, thisresearch will reveal the five indicators that include the installation of home insulationresistence, cross cable, grounding resistance, the conditionof the home installation andsecurity installation (MCB). Data collection tecnigues used include : measurement techniqueusingmeasuring instrument called a megger and ingsut ruler, measurement and observationof the five indicators in each home installation and data analysis techniques used wereanalytical scoring ( rating ).Results of measurement, observation and analysis of scoring on each indicator of homelighting installation and compared with standard values of PUIL 2000 incude : the level ofinstallation resistence feasibility and feasibility level of cable cross-section consideredunsuitable for use reaches 100% feasibility levelinstallationconditions for all lightinginstallations of 104 houses only 43 homes that are considered unsuitable for usereached41,34 %, and 61 homes are considered not suitable to be used to reach 58,65 % feasibilitylevel of safety installation that are considered imporer wear rate reached 59,61 % and thefeasibility of gorundingresistence for all home lighting installation is not used and areconsidered not suitable to be used to reach 0% . it can be concluded that the level ofhomelighting installation feasibility of the five indicators that is not feasible to use many as 42houses to reach 40,38 % and feasibility level home lighting installation is consideredunsuitable for use as many as 62 housesto reach 59,61 %

Transportation of publik transport of in city Shove is transportation which islocated in mother of Town of Provinsi Papua West. But transportation of publiktransport in Town Shove the the target regency in Maybrat and Arfak not yet ownedthe tariff which field is by what wanted by service ( society ), so also on the contrarycommon/ public transport cost from Regency of Maybrat, Arfak, Nabire and Supiori ofTown target Shove. So that/ to be transport cost of public treated by Government andOperator can there are balance require to be done/conducted or know the ability payfor the society of Ability To Pay ( ATP ) and willingness pay for the society ofWillingness To Pay (WTP) user of service of publik transport transportation.Doing/Conducting measurement of Ability To Pay (ATP), using method of householdbudget and Willingness To Pay ( WTP ) using method of State Preference. Result ofresearch that is estimate the average value of ATP and average value of WTP by 80%responden ready to overpay to the make-up of safety.
