Abstract

Modern life today has many problems faced by workers where work and family conflicts are some factors that have a considerable influence. Conflicts between work and family can have an impact on employee performance. To improve the performance of a company requires high employee performance. Companies to have human resources which have high performance, high-quality human resources are needed and to get good quality human resources, high self-efficacy is required. This study aims to analyze the effect of dual role conflict on the performance of female employees in banking which is moderated by self-efficacy. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is all female employees who work in banking. According to the criteria, the data collection technique used a questionnaire by taking 100 respondents, namely working for at least one year and already married. The analytical tool used in this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the study results, the results in the first model showed that the multiple role conflict variable had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The second model shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third model shows that self-efficacy is not a moderating variable between dual role conflict and employee performance

Abstract

The process of knowledge transfer in the world of higher education, with the existence of an independent campus, where students must be more active, it becomes one of the factors students can maximize all abilities to get the best results, by creating motivation and maximizing learning styles. This study uses three variables, namely the independent variable is learning motivation, the dependent variable is learning outcomes, and the intervening variable is learning. This research uses path technique analysis, in order to influence directly and indirectly. With the object of research are active students. The results show that partially, learning motivation and learning styles have a significant influence on student learning outcomes, and in the direct and indirect effects they have, the results show that the indirect effect is better, in other words, learning motivation influences learning outcomes through intervention. by the learning style variable, gives better results

Abstract

Drawing the theory of planned behavior, the main objective of this study was to identify the students’ entrepreneurial intentions using double linear regression test. The sample of this study consisted of total 281 undergraduate students, divided into two categories, the economics faculty and non – economics faculty. The result shows that among three variables – subjective norms, attitude towards entrepreneurship, and perceived behavioral control- subjective norms is the strongest predictor of intentions within the economics students, while among the non – economics students, attitude is the strongest. However, the research revealed that all of the variables have a positive and significance influence on entrepreneurial intentions both for the economics and non-economics students. Despite its limitation, this study wishes to make contribution and implication to the literature of entrepreneurship. This study might help students and universities to take action in improving entrepreneurial intentions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value on referring interest through brand images. In addition, this study is also to determine whether brand image mediates the effect of customer value and brand image on referring interest. The population of this research is students of various study programs at YARSI University. The research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 120 students from various study programs in YARSI University. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that customer value has a positive and significant effect on referring interest. The results also show that brand image  mediates the influence of customer value on the interest in referring students at YARSI University

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas yang Dipersepsikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Kepercayaan Merek sebagai Variabel Intervening serta tinjauan dari sudut Pandang Islam. Populasi dalam penelitian pengguna Hand and body Lotion Citra di Cianjur. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 91orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemeblian (p-value: 0.001) (2) kualitas yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek (p-value: 0.001) (3) kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value: 0.001) (4) kepercayaan merek dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas yang dipersepsikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value: 0.00Kata Kunci  : Kualitas yang Dipersepsikan, Keputusan Pembelian, Kepercayaan Merek

Abstract

Kehidupan modern saat ini memiliki banyak masalah yang dihadapi para pekerja dimana konflik pekerjaan dan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor yang memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar. Konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga dapat berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja sebuah perusahaan dibutuhkan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi. Perusahaan untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi maka diperlukan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi dan untuk mendapatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang baik diperlukan adanya self efficacy yang tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja karyawati di perbankan yang dimoderasi oleh self efficacy. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawati yang bekerja di perbankan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengam-bil 100 responden sesuai dengan kriteria yakni bekerja minimal selama 1 tahun dan sudah menikah. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil pada model pertama menunjukkan bahwa variabel konflik peran ganda berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawati. Model kedua menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawati. Model ketiga menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy bukan merupakan variabel pemoderasi antara konflik peran ganda dengan kinerja karyawati.

Abstract

This research objective is to investigate the influence of the Halal dimension on subscribing Halal restaurants. This research objective is to investigate the influence of the Halal dimension on subscribing to Halal restaurants. This research method was using a questionnaire spread to 169 respondents in the Central Jakarta area in Cempaka Putih. The purposive sampling especially for Muslims was an absolute condition to become this research sample. The result shows that interesting result that Muslims in Jakarta, which are we expecting these results are representing the majority of the population, evidently our respondents are not paying attention to the Halal process before they visit a restaurant, which is one of the process processes is animal slaughtering process. An explanation of the relationship between Halal certification and subscribing. Halal restaurants have a significant relationship. apart from the regression results, the results of the T test have explained that the existence of Halal certification is very important. Also, Halal accreditation and their awareness need to be improved, there isnot significant toward subscribing noto Halal restaurants. The main part is religiosity which is a very strong religious status for Muslims; this is one of the reasons why Muslims always subscribe to restaurants because they believe wherever there is a religious status that is still firmly held.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG), fraud awareness dan employee integrity terhadap pencegahan fraud. Data pertama berupa kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, responden bertanggung jawab atas customer support dan financial services atau melakukan kontak langsung dengan klien dan di bidang informasi nasabah dan situasi keuangan secara langsung di Bank BTN. Berdasarkan metode sampling jenuh, jumlah responden dalam survei ini adalah 50. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, kesadaran anti-fraud dan integritas karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pencegahan fraud.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a contemporary leadership approach characterized by inspiring followers to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of the study was to analyze whether leadership factors can moderate work discipline and employee organizational commitment to improve their performance. The research is designed as a field study with the type of research as explanatory research. The research subjects are employees of private and government companies, with a total sample of 140 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) Method. The results showed that work discipline, organizational commitment and leadership can be used as models that have great suitability to predict the effect of the variables studied on employee performance. The results of the study have also proven that the work discipline of employees and a high commitment to the organization have an effect on increasing employee performance. In this study, transformational leadership does not have a role to strengthen work discipline or organizational commitment in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract               The Law on Villages, namely Law number 6 of 2014, mandates the village apparatus, which we usually refer to as the village government, to prepare the village to be more independent. Independent here is, the village government can process the natural resources owned by the village and manage the government well. These resources include the wealth belonging to the village, which can be in the form of natural wealth, famous figures or cultural sites in the village, and managing village finances. In Ministerial Regulation Number 113 of 2014, it is clear that village financial management must be in accordance with what has been written in this Ministerial Regulation. In this regulation, it is explained that village financial management is the rights and obligations of the village, which in this case is represented by the village apparatus, measured by an amount of money or anything that can be in the form of money and goods related to the implementation of village rights and obligations.This research is a quantitative research with the population of all village officials in the Bangsalsari district. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample where entire population is used as a sample. This study examines the effect of system quality and information quality will affect user satisfaction. This research results that the quality of the system has no significant effect on user satisfaction, while the quality of information has a significant effect on user satisfaction. This can happen because the respondents think that the quality of the system in government agencies tends to be less good, while the information system itself is considered to be able to increase satisfaction due to the times that support the quality of the information system to be good.Keywords:Quality of system, quality of information, user satisfication
