Abstract

Abstrak Financial distress atau kesulitan keuangan akan dialami oleh perusahaan sebelum terjadinya kebangkrutan. Oleh sebab itu, manajemen sebaiknya mengambil tindakan dengan melakukan prediksi dini agar dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi perusahaan. Penerapan mekanisme good corporate governance yang baik akan meminimalkan risiko perusahaan mengalami kondisi financial distress. Ukuran perusahaan adalah faktor utama untuk menentukan profitabilitas dari suatu perusahaan dengan konsep skala ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode verifikatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang didapat dari laporan tahunan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data panel serta teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikansi parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa good corporate governance yang diproyeksikan dengan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan, good corporate governance yang diproyeksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit serta ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Kata Kunci : good corporate governance, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, financial distress Abstract Financial distress will be experienced by the company prior to bankruptcy. Therefore, management should take action by making early predictions in order to improve the company's economic conditions. The application of good corporate governance mechanisms will minimize the risk of companies experiencing financial distress. Company size is the main factor to determine the profitability of a company with the concept of economies of scale .This research uses verification method. Data sources used are secondary data obtained from financial statements. Sampling of research using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using panel data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques using partial and simultaneous significance tests. The results showed that good corporate governance projected by managerial ownership had a positive significant effect and company size had a negative significant effect on financial distress. While the results of the study simultaneously, good corporate governance that is projected with institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners and audit committee as well as company size together have a significant effect on financial distress. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Jabar Banten Kantor Cabang Subang yang berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani No. 2 Subang. Adapun metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu mengumpulkan data yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, memaparkan, dan menganalisanya, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat adalah Bank milik pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat, bersama-sama dengan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten se-jawa Barat dan Banten, didirikan berdasarkan surat Gubernur Kepala Daerah Tingkat I Jawa Barat Nomor 7/GKDH/BPD/61 tanggal 20 mei 1961. Sejak tahun 1992 aktivitas Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat ditingkatkan menjadi Bank Umum Devisa berdasarkan surat keputusan Direksi Bank Indonesia Nomor II Tahun 1995 mempunyai sebutan “Bank Jabar” dengan logo baru. Dalam rangka mengikuti perkembangan perekonomian dan perbakan, maka berdasarkan Perda Nomor 22 Tahun 1998 dan akta Pendirian Nomor 4 Tanggal 8 April 1999 berikut Akta Perbaikan Nomor 8 Tanggal 15 April 1999 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman RI tanggal 16 April 1999, bentuk hukum Bank Jabar diubah dari Perusahaan Daerah (PD) menjadi Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh di Bank Jabar Banten Kantor Cabang Subang, terdapat layanan beberapa jenis kredit salah satunya yang banyak diminati adalah layanan Kredit Guna Bhakti yaitu jenis kredit yang disediakan bagi PNS, PNS non PEMDA dan Anggota DPRD. Salah satu faktor ketertarikan debitur terhadap fasilitas Kredit Guna Bhakti ini adalah kemudahan dari persyaratan kreditnya yang berasal dari identitas debitur sebagai pegawai. Kata Kunci: prosedur, pengajuan kredit Abstract This research was conducted at PT. Bank Jabar Banten Subang Branch Office located at Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani No. 2 Subang. The writing method used is descriptive method, namely collecting data that aims to describe, describe, and analyze it, then draw conclusions. West Java Regional Development Bank is a bank owned by the government of West Java Province, together with the City/Regency Governments throughout West Java and Banten, established based on the letter of the Governor of the First Level Region of West Java Number 7/GKDH/BPD/61 dated 20 May 1961 Since 1992 the activities of the West Java Regional Development Bank have been increased to become a Foreign Exchange Commercial Bank based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia Number II of 1995 which has the title "Bank Jabar" with a new logo. In order to follow the development of the economy and banking, based on the Regional Regulation Number 22 of 1998 and the Deed of Establishment Number 4 dated April 8, 1999 along with the Deed of Improvement Number 8 dated April 15 1999 which was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia on April 16 1999, the legal form of Bank Jabar was changed from a Regional Company (PD) to a Limited Liability Company (PT). Based on the data obtained at Bank Jabar Banten Subang Branch Office, there are several types of credit services, one of which is in great demand is the Guna Bhakti Credit service, namely the type of credit provided for civil servants, non-Pemda civil servants and DPRD members. One of the factors of interest from the debtor to the Guna Bhakti Credit facility is the ease with which the credit terms come from the identity of the debtor as an employee. Abstract

Abstrak Perbankan merupakan pilar penting bagi sebuah negara terutama dalam sektor perekonomian, Bank memiliki peran dasar sebagai “intermediaries” antara pemilik dana (surplus spending unit) dan peminjam dana/ kekurangan dana (deficit spending unit), sebagai lembaga/organisasi yang mengutamakan kepercayaan dari masyarakat, selain harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik, juga haruslah menjaga kesehatan keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Risk Profile Pada PT.Bank Woori Saudara Cabang Subang Periode 2014-2018 dengan menggunakan Rasio Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposito Ratio (LDR). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik Purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dengan Observasi,Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan selama periode 2014-2015 : (1) Rasio NPL dalam kondisi sangat baik dengan Persentase terbaik pada tahun 2017 sebesar 0.07% dan peringkat terakhir pada tahun 2015 sebesar 0,95%, selama periode penelitian rasio NPL masuk dalam komposit 1 (Sangat Baik), (2) Rasio LDR dalam persentase terbaik selam periode tersebut yaitu pada tahun 2014 sebesar 679%, dan peringkat terakhir pada tahun 2016 sebesar 1097%, Rasio LDR selama periode penelitian masuk dalam Komposit 5 (Tidak Sehat). This study aims to determine the level of Risk Profile at PT Bank Woori Saudara Subang Branch for the 2014-2018 period by using a Non Performing Loan Ratio (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This type of research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches, and purposive sampling techniques, data collection by observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed during the 2014-2015 period: (1) NPL ratio in very good condition with the best percentage in 2017 was 0.07% and the last rating in 2015 was 0.95%, during the study period the NPL ratio was included in composite 1 (Strong), (2) LDR ratio in the best percentage during this period in 2014 was 679%, and the last rank in 2016 was 1097%, LDR ratio during the study period was included in Composite 5 (Unsatisfactory). Abstract

Abstrak Kehadiran Undang-Undang tentang Pengelolaan Zakat memberikan warna baru bagi BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam mensosialisasikan peran dan fungsi ZIS, dengan sosialisasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran muzakki dalam berzakat, namun hal ini menjadikan BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang untuk menentukan kebijakan dalam upaya peningkatan kesadaran zakat masyarakat, yang dapat memberi dampak positif pada meningkatnya jumlah muzakki yang dimiliki BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang. Dengan bertemakan “Peran Lembaga Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Subang dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Muzakki”. Maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tiga permasalahan. Pertama, apa saja rencana strategis BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki. Kedua, apa saja program kerja BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang. Ketiga, bagaimana langkah-langkah BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki. Kata Kunci : Peran BAZNAS Meningkatkan Jumlah Muzakki Abstract The presence of the Law on Zakat Management provides a new color for BAZNAS Subang Regency in socializing the role and function of ZIS, with this socialization it is expected to increase awareness of muzakki in tithing, but this makes BAZNAS Subang Regency to determine policies in an effort to increase public zakat awareness, which can have a positive impact on increasing the number of muzakki owned by BAZNAS Subang Regency. With the theme "The Role of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Subang Regency in Increasing the Number of Muzakki". So this paper aims to answer three problems. First, what are the strategic plans of BAZNAS Subang Regency in increasing the number of muzakki. Second, what are the work programs of BAZNAS in Subang Regency. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa dampak kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat anggota koperasi dalam memanfaatkan produk koperasi bahrul ulum. Responden penelitian ini adalah 140 anggota koperasi instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dari kuesioner yang sudah diisi kemudian diolah dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif minat anggota untuk menggunakan jasa koperasi. Oleh karena itu diharapkan Koperasi Bahrul Ulum dapat terus mempertahankan kualitas layanan yang sangat baik kepada pelanggan dengan menawarkan inovasi produk yang diberikan. Berarti semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan dan manfaat yang diberikan oleh Koperasi, maka partisipasi anggota juga akan semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : pelayanan, minat, koperasi Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on the interest of cooperative members in utilizing Bahrul Ulum cooperative products. The respondents of this study were 140 members. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data from the completed questionnaire was then processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the service quality variable had a positive effect on members' interest in using cooperative services. Therefore, it is hoped that the Bahrul Ulum Cooperative can continue to maintain excellent service quality to customers by offering a given product innovation. This means that the higher the quality of services and benefits provided by the Cooperative, the participation of members will also increase. Keywords: services, interests, cooperatives
