Abstract

Phaleria macrocarpa is known as one of the medicinal plants in Indonesia. Almost all parts of the plant have chemical content that is useful for being used as medicine. The growing use of crown plants by the community for various diseases requires a series of tests to obtain traditional medicine preparations that are safe for human use. The purpose of this study was to identify the content of secondary metabolite compounds (alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, and glycosides) and the antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus with the good method because the good method has the advantage that it is easier to measure the area of the inhibition zone formed because an antibacterial activity is not only on the upper surface of nutrient agar but also at the bottom. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the flesh of Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff). The results of testing the antibacterial activity of an ethanol extract of crown Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) fruit flesh (Boerl) were positive for alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, saponins, tannins, and steroids. Boerl.) showed effective results at a concentration of 40 mg/ml against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria with an inhibition zone diameter of 14 mm; the antibacterial activity was categorized as strong.

Abstract

Most drugs on the market contain multiple active ingredients, each of which is intended to enhance the drug's therapeutic effect and ease of administration. Determination of the levels of efficacious substances in drug preparations is essential for agencies that conduct drug determinations, such as the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) and the drug industry; therefore, a rapid and dependable analytical method, as well as relatively inexpensive and easily accessible tools and operational costs, are required. In practice, however, it can produce accurate and precise results. This research will be conducted by optimizing the solvent and simultaneously analyzing the levels of Vitamin C and Zinc in the tablet preparation without any separation step using visible spectrophotometry. Vitamin C and Zinc were found to be soluble in a mixture of methanol and water with a ratio of 50:50 after a single examination with the addition of the complexing agent dhitizon at a concentration of 0.1%, which produced a pink color. Calculation of Vitamin C and Zinc's linearity. The linearity value described is the correlation coefficient value for both Vitamin C and Zinc, which is very close to one, indicating an excellent relationship between the drug concentration and the absorbance value. This also suggests that absorbance will increase as concentration increases. The method validation requirements for linearity, accuracy, and precision as well as the limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) were met by the analytical method validation with promising results.

However, research on live streaming s-commerce is still in its infancy. This study sheds new light on impulsive purchase behavior in TikTok Live. Based on the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) theory, this study introduces a marketing strategy in the form of 3 retail elements, “People-Product-Place” on scommerce live streaming from the perspective of consumer perception and aims to understand the impact of marketing strategy on impulsive buying behavior of TikTok Live consumers. This study used SEM-AMOS analysis with a purposive sampling method. A sample size of 170 respondents was conducted by distributing questionnaires to TikTok Live users with a shopping experience. The study’s results showed a significant effect on the variable relationship between perceived tiktok anchor attributes on impulsive buying behavior, perceived scarcity on involvement, immersion on involvement, and involvement on impulsive buying behavior. The findings of this paper provide suggestions to online retailers to focus more on increasing the engagement created by anchors, which ultimately makes them make impulse purchases

This research seeks to identify and explain the impact of transportation on regional economic development in the Aceh Tamiang Regency. This quantitative study relies on secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Tamiang Regency for theyears 2013 to 2021. The method of data analysis is executed using the collected secondary data, which is first processed to determine the value of each variable. After collecting the data, it is tabulated so it can be analyzed using correlation and regression statistics to test the proposed hypotheses. According to the findings of this study, the calculated F of the output is 12.357 > 5.79, indicating that the length of the road and the number of vehicles have no significant effect on the growth of regional income in Aceh Tamiang Regency. In other words, the length of the road and the number of vehicles have no significant effect on employment opportunities in the Aceh Tamiang Regency, as determined by the F test

The intentions of the research were to explore and analyze youngsters’ behavior toward digital shopping in particular their awareness of clothing sustainability. The research also reconfirms the trends that the latest generations were able to contribute to green business sustainability in particular the way they spend on clothing and its accessories. The shopping was done digitally through youngsters’ social media networks and they simply endorse it in their feed and timeline to let their networks know what they had done related to clothing style and where they could buy it, and even they could exchange it with each other to seek the experiences. The data were collected from major forwarder logistics, transporters and couriers specifically delivered the thrift shops’ products within capital cities in Indonesia. Considering it was a new trend, the quantity was not as massive as the products shopped from the first official stores in the marketplace or e-commerce. Nevertheless, the trends were growing each month in 2022 with a growth of between 12% and 19% each month in 2022. The trends would continue growing as well as the sustainability both in clothing and supply chains.

Abstract

The City of Solo (Surakarta) establishes itself as the City of Culture. The City of Solo as a City of Culture cannot be separated from the existence of the Solo Palace. The Solo Palace was built in 1755 by King Sunan Pakubuwono II with the palace area which eventually developed into the City of Solo. The Solo Palace area can be seen through the signs of the existence of the gate in several places. The gate is not only a sign of the boundaries of the palace territory, but the gate has cultural messages, behavior, strata levels and in the form of the gate itself it is loaded with messages of meaning as a communication of the king's policies with his people. This research is an interpretation research with a semiological approach using Barthes' theory. Interpretation is done by cultural contextual correlation. This semiological approach with contextual correlation of community culture is termed by the author as an ethnosemiological study. The results of the interpretation of the forms at the gate of the Solo Palace show that these forms contain very wise meanings and messages and are teachings of virtue, messages of governance and leadership of power. Messages through the symbols of shapes at the gates of the Solo Palace have existed since the mid-17th century, while the development of semiology theory only occurred in the 19th century. This proves that the Solo Palace Founders had implemented semiology theory before the theory was born. Abstract

The City of Bekasi has a population of 2.5 million people in 2020 making the City of Bekasi dense, so it is necessary to improve the spatial planning system, including the modal transportation planning system.Along with the development of the Greater Jakarta area which was influenced by developments in Jakarta in the surrounding cities. With the existence of a National Strategy Project in Bekasi City such as DDT (Double-double Track) and LRT (Light Rail Transit) which have the potential to become a TOD (Transit Oriented Development) area. With the construction of the LRT station and the existence of the Jaticempaka TOD location which is directly adjacent to DKI Jakarta, the direction of economic activity development in the future has a tendency to develop regional and city scale economic activity functions, so that the development direction of the Jaticempaka TOD has a tendency to be developed into a large-scale TOD. sub-central services. Thus, the community can increase their choice of public transportation modes and facilitate access to destinations, as well as accommodate the needs of the community to pursue a cycle of activities within and outside the City of Bekasi. The purpose of the activity is to prepare a Study on the Study of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Area of Jaticempaka, Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City.
