Abstract

The development of Islamic political thought has been going on for 15 centuries and Islam is a distinctive and independent cultural unit. Political Thought examines the exercise of power, who deserves to exercise it and how much power they can have. Political Thought tries to explain the concept of Justice that is carried out in human relations, especially in the system of government between the ruling and the ruled, including the thoughts of Islamic leaders who have their own views regarding the Islamic government system. The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic government system according to Muhammad Rasyid Rida and Ali Abdurraziq. This research is a library research. Data collection was obtained from library materials such as scientific books, journal articles, encyclopedias and other written sources, both printed and electronic. To analyze this research, in analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive technique. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded as follows. That they are reformers who are in the contemporary period such as Rasyid Rida, an Islamic political thinker as well as a politician of the Muslim Brotherhood who defends a type of government characterized by popular sovereignty, namely a government formed by representatives and deliberation through ahlul halli wa al aqdi because Rasyid Ridha has a view regarding the Islamic government system. where the Caliphate is needed which of course its function is to fulfill worldly interests and regulate the religious affairs of the Muslims. Meanwhile, the thought of Ali Abdurraziq who is also an Islamic political thinker who once worked as a judge of the Syar'iyah Court is that the caliphate is an outmoded Islamic political institution and only causes disasters for Muslims. The Islamic political institution only existed at the time of the Prophet in its perfect form.

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact not only on public health, but also on the education system. With the government's advocacy of physical distancing, students from various universities in Indonesia are forced to adopt the Distance Learning method or online learning. However, along with the extension of the physical distancing recommendation, there was anxiety among students regarding the effectiveness of Distance Learning. In fact, according to a survey from the Director General of Higher Education, 70% of lecturers and students are satisfied with the Distance Learning method. This study explores qualitatively how students actually respond to distance learning. Researchers interviewed a number of students spread across three universities in Indonesia. The finding of this study is that although most of the participants experienced an increase in their academic achievement index scores, all participants felt uncomfortable with distance learning and preferred the normal teaching-learning process. This inconvenience is caused by many constraints such as cost and access to the internet, inadequate teaching methods for lecturers, lack of interaction and learning motivation, lack of support from the surrounding environment for learning, and technical problems. This finding is analyzed using the perspective of politics of education. The authors argue that the implementation of politics of education in Indonesia is still not ideal due to the sudden pandemic.

Abstract

This study describes the political behavior of the community in the election of the village head of Gunung Tiga Village, Ulu Ogan District, OKU Regency for the 2020-2026 Period. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1. political behavior of the people of Gunung Tiga Village, in the 2020 village head election, 2. What factors influence political behavior in village elections, the people of Gunung Tiga Village, Ulu Ogan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to determine voter behavior by distributing questionnaires to the people of Gunung Tiga Village using a voter behavior approach. This approach aims to determine the results of voting behavior in the people of Gunung Tiga Village. This research can be concluded that the political behavior of the people of Gunung Tiga Village can be broadly classified into three sociological, psychological, and rational choice aspects. Sociological approaches based on the community conduct elections by looking at the regional background of the candidate for the village head and there are also ethnic background factors that influence people's choices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui bagaimana diskursus identitas dalam Komunitas Minang dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola perilaku dan tindakan apa saja yang dilakukan etnis minang dalam memperoleh pengakuan dari penduduk lain yang berasal dari latar etnis yang berada di kota palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang memiliki langkah-langkah dalam pelaksanaannya, diawali dengan adanya masalah, menentukan informasi yang diperlukan, menentukan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi atau pengamatan, pengelolahan informasi atau data dan menarik kesimpulan penelitian.. Landasan teori dalam skripsi ini adalah teori politik identitas dari Klaus Von Beyme, teori multikulturalisme dari Taylor.Hasil penelitian ini menjunjukan bahwa Rekognisi Sosial Pada Komunitas Minang Dalam Pembentukan Politik Identitas yaitu dalam memperoleh pengakuan dari masyarakat, etnis minang berusaha mengenalkan adat budaya minang di sako palembang, dan disambut baik oleh masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Strategi merupakan pendekatan secara keseluruhan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan gagasan, perencanaan dan eksekusi sebuah aktivitas dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditentukan. Di dalam startegi yang baik terdapat koordinasi kerjasama tim dengan memiliki tema mengidentifikasikan faktor pendukung yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pelaksanaan gagasan secara rasional, efisien dalam pendanaan serta memiliki taktik untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Secara efektif strategi komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh Calon Legislatif (caleg) terhadap masyarakat sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi sebuah pemilihan legislatif. Mak penulis mengambil sebuah penelitian dengan tema strategi pemanfaatan Kelompok Tani Dalam pemenangan DAmsih S.H PAda Pileg 2019 di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana terbentuknya serta pemanfaatan Kelompok Tani dalam Politik dan juga Bagaimana Damsih S.H mengelolah Jaringan Akar Rumput Sehingga menjadi moda Kemangan?. kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi komunikasi yang di gunakan damsih guna mempertahankan suara di masyrakat dengan cara memanfaatkan Kelompok Tani sebagai Tim sukses pada saat Pileg 2019. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kialitatifmelalui analisis deskriptif, dokumentasi dari hasil Observasi dan wawancara dengan praktis, pengamat,dan penelitian di bidang yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini.Penelitian ini menemukan hasil dengan kesimpulan bahwa Proses terbentuk hubungan politik antara Damsih Dan Kelompok tani pada saat pileg 2019 melalui proses pendekatan dan pemahaman terhadap kondisi di sekitar Dapil (daerah pilih) serta pemahaman terhadap lokasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat kemudian bantuan yang memang di berikan kepada kelompok tani. Bentuk stategi Damsih dalam mengelola Kelompok tani sehingga menjadi modal kemenangan di lihat dari latar belakang masyarakat Musi Banyuasin yang 60% merupakan petani serta tingkat kejujuran petani yang lebih besar menjadi poin utama Damsih menjadikan kelompok tani sebagai tempat untuk memperoleh kemenangan dengan ini dengan dua poin utama bagaimana Damsih mengelola kelompok tani sehingga menjadi modal kemenangan yakni, dengan cara kelompok tani di jadikan modal untuk bersosialisasi di masyarakat serta dengan menjadikan kelompok tani sebagai tim sukses atau tim kemenangan.

Abstract

This thesis discusses Islamic Political Ethics During General Elections in the Perspective of Nahdlatul Ulama (Study of Nahdlatul Ulama Lubuklinggau Ulama and Politicians). This study uses a qualitative type of research method, this study aims to determine the ethics of Islamic politics at the time of the general election in the perspective of scholars and politicians from Nahdlatul Ulama, Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra Province. There were six informants in this study, consisting of three scholars and three politicians who joined the Nahdlatul Ulama group of Lubuklinggau City. Data and information were obtained and collected from interviews with three ulama and three Nahdlatul Ulama politicians in Lubuklinggau City. This study discusses Islamic political ethics in the perspective of ulama and politicians from the Nahdlatul Ulama City of Lubuklinggau which is then associated with the theory of political ethics according to Nurchlolish Madjid, namely democracy, justice, and pluralism and the theory of political ethics according to Ibnu Miskawaih, namely the theory of the middle way (Nadzar Aus'at). The results of this study indicate that political ethics at the time of the general election in the perspective of Ulama from Nahdlatul Ulama Lubuklinggau City are Islamic political ethics such as honest and fair ethics, polite political ethics, and trustworthy ethics. Then for political ethics during general elections in the perspective of politicians from the Nahdlatul Ulama Lubuklinggau City are Islamic political ethics such as unity, peace and deliberation.
