Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the local revenue fund, for the results and other local revenue that the shah on the financial performance. The population in this research is Financial statement and budget Report of 34 provinces in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia with a Purposive Sampling technique where the samples were determined by the criteria of the population of the province numbered above 5.000.000,- the soul in 2020. The Data obtained is a combination of time series and cross section data denganpooling data or combined models. From the results obtained partially each increase of 1 million KK will give rise to the PAD by 83 million, on the contrary will be a decrease in DBH amounted to 39 million and LPDYS 27 million. on the value of statistics in the picture seen is the PAD TO 6.30, DBH -1,27, and LPDYS -0,26 with prob. PAD 0.00, DBH IS 0.21, LPDYS 0,80 it shows that with a significance level of 2% variables influence siqnifikan against KK while the PAD and DBH effect is not significant.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a pillar in the Indonesian economy that is strong against various influences or shocks. SMEs generally come from businesses that develop in an area. Although at first they were mostly engaged in local areas, the government made an effort to digitize SMEs by promoting electronic commerce or e-commerce. From this, a comparison was made between online and in-store marketing. After doing this comparison, it can be concluded that e-commerce is able to increase turnover and expand the marketing area of basreng food products. E-commerce is able to provide a positive impact on marketing developments and minimize other operational costs such as shop rental costs. In this study using a quantitative method, namely conducting a survey by distributing questionnaires to SMEs as many as 20 respondents. The results of this study, a lot of SMEs want to use digital marketing. 95% of SME players want to do marketing digitally and 5% don't, because they are constrained by infrastructure and mastery of the digital world. In this case, e-commerce uses the B2C (Business-to-customer) approach in an effort to increase basreng trade transactions and also media for information delivery. both to customers and the general public in obtaining information about basreng products marketed by SMEs.

Abstract

Journal writing and the research conducted aims to identify, analyze and determine how the effect of enhancing the shopping interest of consumers in India during the pandemic. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research methods. The data collection technique used is the technique of questionnaire or questionnaires distributed in the form of g-form online with respondents as many as 30 people are divided over women 20 people and men 10 people as well as with engineering interview online through electronic media with 2 speakers are selected at random. The results of the survey and online interviews were analyzed and interpreted in a narrative. The results showed that the increased interest for consumers on both in India during the period of the pandemic is influenced by the price, ease of transaction, the level of confidence, the ad as well as attractive promotions offered with many payment systems that can be selected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Career Development, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, while the population used in this study were employees at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) it is known that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office with a tcount of 4.160 > ttable 1.710 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office with a tcount value of 4.105 > ttable 1.710 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office with a tcount value of 4.597 > ttable 1.710 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Then Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office with a tcount of 3.954 > ttable 1.710 and a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. In simultaneous testing (F test) it is known that Career Development, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment have a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at the North Labuhanbatu Education Office with the results showing that the Fcount value is 28.005 > Ftable 2.76 and the significance level is 0.00 < 0.05. Through testing the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.788 means 78.8%. Job satisfaction factors can be explained by Career Development, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment of 78.8%. While the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is influence between product design and product innovation to competitive advantage in the PT. PT. Kreasi Akrilik Medan Terrain and sample in research 214. The Data Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on the results of the research can be known that the Design of the Product (X1) has a value of t count of 4,321, and t table of 1,65251. If compared with t then the result 4,321 > 1,65251, so it can be concluded that the design of the product and the positive effect signifikat of competitive advantage (Y). Innovation and product cost (X2) has a t value of 11,827 if compared with t table then the result 11,827 > 1,65251, so it can be concluded that product innovations have a positive and signofikat against leunggulan compete (Y) . The simultaneous design of product have influence of playing and signifikat of competitive advantage. Meaning hypothesis in this study is accepted, it is evident from the value of F count > F table (131,753 > the 3.04). The results of the coefficient of determination indicates that the product design and product innovation influence on the competitive advantage at 0.555, or 55.5%, while the rest of 45,5% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

With the development of the times, technology has also developed. One example is entrepreneurs who run their business through online. With this in building and maintaining good relationships with customers, entrepreneurs really need technology. Until now, there are many types of marketplaces in Indonesia, but there are three types of marketplaces that survive and compete with each other, including Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak. Tokopedia is one of the online companies that implements E-CRM in maintaining and building good relationships for the company's customers. PT Tokopedia Indonesia besides having an online buying and selling website, this company also has an online sales application which is one of the marketplace companies in Indonesia. In this study, we used a descriptive qualitative method where we collected data using several journals and also the official website to get the data we needed, such as data on the level of how often customers make transactions and also Tokopedia customer satisfaction level data. Then we will analyze this data to determine the level of loyalty and customer satisfaction on the official application and website of the Tokopedia company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of preventive discipline and internal work environment on employee performance at PTPN III Sei Putih Deli Serdang. The sampling technique is random sampling, namely the sample taken at random is 56 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) that the preventive discipline variable and the internal work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the variables of preventive discipline and the internal work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.778, meaning that the employee performance variable could be explained by 77.8% by the preventive discipline variable and the internal work environment while the remaining 22.2% was explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Financial banking affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. Banking in Indonesia adheres to a dual banking system consisting of conventional banking and sharia banking, Islamic banks such as BRI sharia, Mandiri sharia, etc. in 2021 to switch to Indonesian sharia banks, as a result of Covid 19 it is possible for banks not to carry out operational activities as well as in the form of sharia and conventional. asset and liability management, namely spread management which is related to the maintenance of positive spreads, between interest rates on an interest earning post between several aspects of assets and financing on aspects of balance sheet liabilities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the magnitude of the quality of earning assets and liabilities that had an impact on the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The primary data in this study was secondary data obtained from several financial performance reports at BRI Syariah banks and Indonesian Islamic banks published in March 2020 - September 2021. The results of the study using the F test show that the quality of earning assets and liabilities has a positive and significant impact on the high and low performance of Islamic banking.

Abstract

In the last few decades, customer satisfaction is an absolute must for service or goods provider companies. Various concessions were developed in order to achieve this goal. Improving service quality is one of the strategies that must be developed. Service quality is a strategy that must have its own characteristics in a company to be able to win the competition. Experiential marketing, word of mouth and building a positive image of a company are some of the strategies that can be used to increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Experiential Marketing, Word Of Mouth and Corporate Image on Customer Satisfaction. The population in this research are customers at the Brastagi Supermarket Rantauprapat with the sample determined using the Wibisono formula, which is fulfilled to be 100 people. Collecting data using research questionnaires which were distributed directly by researchers in order to obtain research primary data. The analysis technique used in processing the data used multiple regression test to answer the research hypothesis. The results showed that partially service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a calculated t1 value of 2.388 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.019 <0.005. Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a calculated t2 value of 2.127 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.036 <0.005. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a calculated t3 value of 3.641 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a calculated t4 value of 4.144 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Simultaneously service quality, Experiential Marketing, Word Of Mouth and company image have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with an Fcount of 96.572 < from Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05 at a 95% confidence level and 5% Alpha.
