Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between historic building variables, myths and cultures of local people to the motivation of visiting in the tourist attraction of Tamansari Castle Yogyakarta. The population in this study are tourists who visit the Castle tourist attraction in 2015. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with accidental sampling method and sample size of 100 respondents. This research uses questionnaire as research instrument and data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative with Pearson correlation method. Result of research based on quantitative analysis indicate that historic building variables, myth and culture of local community have relation to motivation of tourists visiting in Tamansari. This can be shown from the result of correlation analysis where the sig value of the three variables is less than 0.05. based on the criteria, myths and cultural variables local communities have the relationship is with the tourist motivation, where the myth has a correlation coefficient of 0487 and 0481 local culture, the correlation r value  is in the interval between 0.40  and 0.599. Whereas, for the variable historic building has a low correlation with tourist motivation with correlation coefficient 0.383, the correlation r value is in the interval between 0.20 and 0.399

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality in the form of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to customer satisfaction in PT.Sriwijaya Air airline. The research data was collected from 100 respondents. The respondents of this research are Timor Leste students who are studying in Yogyakarta and have used PT. Sriwijaya Air. Using Pruposive Sampling method technique with certain consideration and giving questionnaires to every individual encountered with certain criteria. The data collection tools are questionnaires in the form of Likert Scale while the analytical tools of description and Multiple Linear Regression. Data processing is helped of SPSS program. The analysis results show (1) Quality of service which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sriwijaya Air . Partially there are only four variables that have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction are responsiveness (0.262), assurance (0.310), empathy (0.320) and physical evidence (0.757), while one other variable is reliability has no positive and significant effect -0.058) to customer satisfaction. (2) The research results show that 94% of the satisfaction of Sriwijaya Air airline customers is influenced by the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. The remaining 6% is the influence of other variables that are not examined such as price, cost, product quality and emotional.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, sriwijaya airline.

Abstract

This study is intended to find out how much influence the attractiveness of the Maguwoharjo Football Stadium is as well as the accommodation or facilities to the interest of tourists or spectators who come to the Maguwoharjo Sleman football stadium. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis tools using survey methods with questionnaires as a data collection tool and involving 100 respondents who are all tourists or viewers who came and who had come to watch the match at the Maguwoharjo Sleman Football Stadium with the age range 17 to 50 years. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables (Maguwoharjo Football Stadium Attractiveness and Accommodation or Facilities) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Tourist or Audience Interest) who come to the Maguwoharjo Sleman Football Stadium. This is proven to be variable. The attraction of Maguwoharjo Football Stadium and Accommodation or Facilities has a significance value smaller than alpha 0.05, this means that each independent variable has a significant effect on Tourist or Audience Interest. The input of this research is to provide insight and knowledge in the management of the Football stadium as one of the tourist attractions, so that it can be used as a consideration in making the decision to build the Maguwoharjo Sleman Football Stadium in terms of intersting many tourists or spectators. Abstract

The role of Room Boy is very important for the Tourism Industry, especially the hospitality industry. Hospitality is an industry that sells most major services, namely services of accommodation, facilities that provide room for the guests to stay. To prepare the room so it becomes worth selling, then this is done by room boy. Training activities especially Room Boy is very important for hotels to improve the quality of hotel employees, as well as create a mutually beneficial relationship between several parties, one of the advantages for the organizer of training activities is the employee's help during the production process. This study aims to determine the role of training participants, especially room boy in helping the achievement of room boy work at the hotel The Sahid Rich Jogja, using descriptive qualitative research methods, and using the technique of observation data collection, interviews, documentation conducted hotel location The Sahid Rich Jogja, library, which will be carried out later discussion so that can be drawn a conclusion. The results of the research indicate that there is a good impact in the location of research, among other increasing service capabilities performed by employees at the hotel, thus maximizing the efficiency of the use of labor or resources owned by the hotel.Keywords: Hotel, Room Boy Training, Achievement of Work

Abstract

This research explains the effect of perceived risk, cost saving, and time saving on customer satisfaction on the purchase of airline tickets online through website tiket2. It is based on information technology quality in selling tickets online by providing features that are very easy to use, and give serious attention to the security of customer data and ease in transacting. This research uses non probability sampling method with the criteria used in sample selection is customer who make ticket purchase through website  tiket2. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from respondents through interviews and filling questionnaires. From the results of research proved perceived risk, cost saving, and time saving have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The contribution of this research is expected to be as an input and guide for management practitioners in carrying out business activities, especially those related to factors that influence customer satisfaction, that is, to provide input in decision making at giving satisfaction to the customer.Keywords: perceived risk, cost saving, time saving, customer satisfaction, non probability sampling

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Cognitive, Affective, and Conative attitudes of the communities around the tourist sites of Parangtritis beach in Yogyakarta to visit foreign tourists. Parangtritis is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region is a tourist destination that is most frequently visited by foreign tourists. The attraction of Parangtritis beach is the charm of Parangtritis beach in the evening at sunset which is often used as a moment for tourists, the temple on the hill located on the east of the beach, interesting attractions of All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and kite festivals at other tourist locations located around Parangtritis beach. Research data was collected from the community using a questionnaire. From the results of the study showed that the regression coefficient on Cognitive variables (X1) is 0.016 positive so that it can be said that Cognitive variables (X1) have a positive effect on the attitude of the community. While the Affective variable (X2) is -0.252 which is negative, which means it has a negative effect on the attitude of the community. Likewise with the Conative variable (X3) of 0.055 positive value also has a positive effect on the attitude of society.Keywords: Parangtritis, Cognitive, Affective, Conative, Community Attitudes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of the Geographical Indications of Salak Pondoh farmers in the Pondoh Sleman Salak Farmer Community. This community functions as a protection agency, quality improvement, and marketing of Sleman Pondoh Salak, then with the protection of Geographical indications on products from the presence of potential geographical indications can guarantee legal certainty over the products. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are very important issues both nationally and internationally. Pondoh Sleman Salak as an agricultural product that has distinctiveness and high quality which is developed with a communalistic system which is shown by the management of Sleman Pondoh Zalacca through Sleman Pondoh Salak Farmer Association and the Turindo Partners Association. This is the incarnation of a combination of village farmer groups (gapoktandesa) in Sleman. Then, the combination of the village farmer groups is the incarnation of the village farmer group (Poktan-dusun) which is spread in the Sleman region. In this study the method used was non random sampling to select sample subjects from the population, namely all parties related to geographical indications on pondoh salak in Sleman Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly through interviews with respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the study of literature on legal materials. This research is expected to contribute ideas for improving and developing legal science in the field of Geographical Indications, and can provide a more advanced thinking insight for the government and businessmen of pondoh salak in Sleman Regency to get a way out and legal certainty of violations in the field Intellectual Property Rights and Geographical Indications.Keywords: Communalistic Culture, Intellectual Property Rights Geographical Indication of Sleman Pondoh Salak, Legal Certainty
