Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan E-modul Berbasis Etnomatematika untuk menghasilkan suatu media pembelajaran yang valid dan praktis sehingga dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan minat belajar siswa kelas VII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Developmet, Implementation and Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP N 2 Nalumsari Jepara. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, tes kemampuan, angket minat belajar, angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar angket validasi ahli dan lembar angket respon. E-modul berbasis etnomatematika berisi mengenai materi segiempat dan segitiga yang di kaitkan dengan unsur kebudayaan Jawa Tengah. E-modul berbasis etnomatematika berisi beberapa fitur-fitur yang lebih menarik yaitu Pengetahuan Budaya Jawa Tengah (PANDAWA), Sekilas Materi (SEMAR), Latihan Soal Mandiri (LARASATI) yang berisi mengenai soal latihan berbasis kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul dinyatakan pada kriteria valid dengan skor 3,24. Hasil uji kepraktisan guru dan siswa didapatkan hasil rata-rata 3,28 dengan kategori praktis. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis etnomatematika dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan komunikasi dan minat belajar siswa kelas VII.

Abstract

Mathematics learning that takes place online causes students' interest and motivation to decrease. This can cause student achievement to also decrease. This study aims to determine the influence of student interest in learning mathematics online on the results of student achievement. The type of this research is quantitative research with the research subjects are the students of class XI MAN 1 Sragen, totaling 22 students. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation of student achievement through the results of the Mid-Semester Examination for the Academic Year 2021/2022. The technical analysis of the data used in this research is the regression correlation test with the help of the SPSS version 24 computer program and the help of Ms. Excel. The results showed that some students who had a high interest in learning were not supported by good learning achievements. Thus, there is no significant effect between student interest in mathematics learning on student achievement in class XI MAN 1 Sragen.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how to analyze the application of the Picture and Picture model in increasing the active learning of students in science subjects in class V at SDN Masimbu. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive type. The research location is at SDN Masimbu, the data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/data verification. The results showed that SDN Masimbu has implemented several learning models to help the continuity of learning, one of which is the Picture and Picture learning model. The application of the Picture and Picture model is carried out according to indicators and learning steps by presenting learning materials using pictures given to groups of students to conduct discussions and present the results of their discussions. The results of the analysis show that the application of the Picture and Picture model with several steps of the learning model used has been carried out well. The learning activity of students is increasing and students are becoming more active in the learning process, although with some obstacles experienced by the teacher in the process of implementing it, the teacher can overcome these obstacles well.

Abstract

Mathematical problem-solving ability is one of the standard processes in learning mathematics, but mathematical communication skills in Indonesia are still low. The biggest cause is the difficulties experienced by students in solving problem-solving problems and when translating everyday life problems into mathematical models. This research was structured referring to the purpose of conducting a literature review regarding aspects that are considered to correlate in determining students' mathematical communication skills. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review which collects data by documenting and reviewing all relevant research articles related to communication skills in terms of various aspects, especially related to story questions published in the 2015-2021 period. The articles used in this study were 11 journals obtained from the Google Scholar database. Based on this study, it was found that mathematical communication skills have a good correlation in terms of gender, personality type, cognitive style, IQ, dominant brain, learning style, conceptual ability, and the suitability of the learning model used

Abstract

Low learning outcomes are a manifestation of various problems that arise from learning activities. Low learning outcomes in science subjects are indicated by results that are below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Based on the results of observations, the method used is in the form of lectures, discussions and practicals, but the results are not optimal. Students tend to be passive, only a few are actively participating in learning. Based on these problems, the author made efforts to improve the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN Inpres Dalaka for the 2020/2021 academic year by applying the TGT learning model. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes in science subjects. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that learning science by applying the TGT method could improve science learning outcomes. This is indicated by the difference in pretest and posttest scores. Where the posttest results are higher than the pretest results. This increase is an implication of increasing student learning activities. Students feel more enthusiastic about participating in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in science learning outcomes on waste material in Class X AKL SMKN 1 Banawa by applying the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy in the learning process. This research is a Classroom Action Research using a qualitative descriptive research approach that aims to improve science learning outcomes on waste material in class X AKL SMKN 1 Banawa in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year with 12 students as research subjects. Based on the research, it was found that the use of the Active Learning Strategy of Everyone is Teacher Here can increase the activity and results of the waste material science of X AKL students at SMKN 1 Banawa, Donggala district. The active learning strategy of Everyone is Teacher Here has an effect on the following matters.
