This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tighter, making the producers are required to always think creatively and critically in developing business. Especially in the culinary business. This study aims to determine the Quality of Service, Product Quality and Price proposed for Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This type of method used is a qualitative method, questionnaire data 96 respondents from a total of unlimited participants. The results of the study showed that there was an influence between Service Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction, while Product Quality did not oppose Consumer Satisfaction in the Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah Resto. t-count = - 0.788 Price variable obtained value t-count = 4.089 while t-table obtained using the value of absent (α = 5% obtained value = 1.664), t-count value of variables X1 and X3 is greater than the value of t-table, H1 is accepted and H0 Bento Villa Nusa Indah, while the calculated value of X2 is smaller than the table value, H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted which is related to the quality of the product to the Customer Satisfaction in Resto Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah. Abstrak Persaingan bisnis saat ini yang semakin ketat, dari para produsen dituntut untuk selalu berfikir kreatif dan kritis dalam mengembangkan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, data kuesioner 96 orang responden dari total populasi yang tidak terbatas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sedangkan Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah Uji thitung (signifikan korelasi ) untuk variabel Kualitas Pelayanan diperoleh nilai thitung= 5,953, variabel Kualitas Produk diperoleh nilai thitung = - 0,788 variabel Harga diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,089 sementara ttabel yang diperoleh mengunakan nilai alpa (α=5% diperoleh nilai sebesar = 1,664), nilai thitung variabel X1 dan X3 lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento villa nusa indah, sedangkan nilai thitung variabel X2 lebih kecil daripada nilai ttabel, H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento villa nusa.

Abstract

This research topic about the selection process for prospective employees in oil palm plantations. The problem in this study is the selection of prospective employees who are not based on competence and still done manually. The purpose of this study was to provide input tests includes: Intelligence tests, personality tests, aptitude tests, interest tests, achievement tests, interview tests, and competency tests The method used is Weighted Product and Tool - Excel. Through illustration data: 5 (five) prospective employees, type of selection and weight, and assessment results, then the most productive prospective employees are obtained easily, and quickly Prospective best employees have the highest weight, while the worst prospective employees, who have the lowest weight. The implications of this finding are This selection is very useful to get prospective employees who are ready to use (experienced), especially in oil palm plantation companies. The difference between this study and other studies is competency-based selection in the field of administration of oil palm plantations have not been found Abstrak Topik Penelitian ini tentang proses seleksi calon karyawan di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Permasalahan dalam kajian ini adalah adanya seleksi calon karyawan yang tidak berdasarkan kompetensi, dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan tes meliputi : Tes kecerdasan, Tes kepribadian, Tes bakat, Tes minat, Tes prestasi, Tes Wawancara, dan Tes Kompetensi Metode yang digunakan Weighted Product dan Tool – Excel. Melalui ilustrasi data : 5 (lima) orang calon karyawan, jenis seleksi dan bobot, dan hasil penilaian, maka diperoleh calon karyawan yang paling produktif dengan mudah, dan cepat Calon Karyawan terbaik memiliki bobot yang paling tinggi, sedangkan calon karyawan yang terburuk, yang memiliki bobot yang terendah. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah seleksi ini sangat berguna untuk memperoleh calon karyawan yang siap pakai ( berpengalaman) terutama diperusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Yang membedakan ini dengan penelitian lainnya adalah. Penelitian berdasarkan kompetensi dibidang administrator perkebunan kelapa sawit belum banyak ditemukan.

Abstract

This study aims to defect analysis on the TGSW line. Research data the monthly report period Mei 2018 to April 2018. By using the six sigma method for the T4N-Case Group type in the DMAIC concept and what factors cause defect T4N-Case Group product type. The resulting number of production from Mei 2018 to April 2019 amounted to 838.519 pcs with the number of defect products that occurred in production amounted to 2.106 pcs. Based on the calculation, the TGSW line is at a sigma level of 4,32 with the possibility of damage to the level of 3.401 for one million productions (DPMO). Abstrak Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis defect pada line TGSW. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini periode Mei 2018 sampai dengan April 2019. Dengan menggunakan metode six sigma untuk type T4N-Case Group dalam konsep DMAIC dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya produk cacat pada type T4N-Case Group. Hasil penelitian jumlah produksi dari bulan Mei 2018 sampai bulan April 2019 adalah sebesar 838.519 pcs dengan jumlah produk cacat yang terjadi dalam produksi sebesar 2.106 pcs. Berdasarkan perhitungan, line TGSW berada pada tingkat sigma 4,32 dengan kemungkinan kerusakan sebasar 3.401 untuk sejuta produksi (DPMO).

Abstract

Dai Sabisu Indonesia as a whole has good employee performance. The company must pay attention and fix work conflicts and work stress at PT.DSI. Therefore researchers aim to determine the effect of a work conflict and work stress on employee performance partially or simultaneously. Problem formulation: How partial influence Work Conflict on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Social Sciences, How Partly Influences Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Dai Sabisu Indonesia and how simultaneous influence Work Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. DSi The population is employees at PT. DSI, the method of using sampling is using the Non-Probability technique. Methods of data collection: Questionnaires, Interviews, Literature studies, data analysis methods: Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The results of the study: Work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance, and work stress has a significant effect on Conflict and Job Stress simultaneously has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Abstrak Dai Sabisu Indonesia keseluruhan karyawan baik kinerjanya.Perusahaan harus memperhatikan dan memperbaiki konflik kerja dan stres kerja di PT.DSI. Karenanya peneliti bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Abstract

Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Work discipline does not have a positive effect on employee performance Abstrak Hasil kesimpulan daripada penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai. Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan AMOS 21.0 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Abstract

Lean Six Sigma is a collective approach, which uses various techniques and tools for quality improvement. Here, Lean Six Sigma methodology was applied to a small injection molding unit (which can be taken as representative of small and medium-size industries) manufacturing casing of electronics part. The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) approach of Lean Six Sigma was applied to reduce the rejection rate of the casing (child part of an electronic product) by changing setting parameters: mold temperature, injection pressure and injection speed in the injection mold process. The statistical techniques such as DOE full factorial experiment, and process capability analysis were done to finding the process capability before and after the Lean Six Sigma implementation. After implementing the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach it was found that injection molding firms can increase their profit by increase yield rate and deleting rejection rate of casing part. Lean Six Sigma implementation increase the process sigma level from 4,3σ to 4,7σ by a reduction in casing flow mark variation and transparency. This increase in sigma level will give defect cost reduction to the industry which is a good figure for such an industry. Abstrak Lean Six Sigma adalah pendekatan kolektif, yang menggunakan berbagai teknik dan alat untuk peningkatan kualitas. Di sini, metodologi Lean Six Sigma diterapkan pada unit injection molding kecil (yang dapat dianggap mewakili industri ukuran kecil dan menengah) manufaktur casing part. Pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) Lean Six Sigma diterapkan untuk mengurangi tingkat penolakan casing part (bagian anak dari produk elektronik) dengan mengubah tiga setting parameter: suhu mold, tekanan dan kecepatan injection dalam proses cetakan injeksi. Teknik statistik seperti DOE full factorial experiment,dan analisis kemampuan proses dilakukan untuk menemukan kemampuan proses sebelum dan sesudah implementasi Lean Six Sigma. Setelah menerapkan pendekatan Lean Six Sigma DMAIC ditemukan bahwa perusahaan injection molding dapat meningkatkan keuntungannya dengan menaikan yield rate dengan mengendalikan tingkat penolakan casing part. Implementasi Lean Six Sigma meningkatkan tingkat sigma proses dari 4,3σ menjadi 4,8σ dengan mengurangi variasi flow mark dan transperancy. Kenaikan tingkat sigma ini akan memberikan pengurangan biaya akibat cacat ke industri yang merupakan contoh yang baik untuk industri semacam ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan return on equity (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%. Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan. return on equity. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This study examines whether locus of control, professional commitment, ethical awareness, and independence have an influence on auditor behavior. The variables studied are: (1) independent variable is locus of control, professional commitment, ethical awareness, and Independent (2) dependent variable is auditor behavior. Research respondents consisted of auditors at public accounting firms in South Jakarta. Data for the study were collected from 6 public accounting firms. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 130 questionnaires. And that can be processed as many as 100 questionnaires. Data were processed using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression test and correlation test through SPSS program version 22.0. This is in accordance with research that has been done that locus of control, professional commitment, ethical awareness and Independence when tested simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant influence on the behavior of auditors. The results of simultaneous research locus of control, professional commitment, ethical awareness have a significant influence on the behavior of auditors in conflict situations that is 0.001, 0.000, 0.047, while independence does not affect the behavior of because significant value 0.211> 0.005 Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji apakah locus of control, komitmen profesi, kesadaran etis, dan Independensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku auditor. Variabel yang diteliti adalah: (1) variabel independen adalah locus of control, komitmen profesi, kesadaran etis, dan Independen (2) variabel dependen adalah perilaku auditor. Responden penelitian terdiri dari para auditor pada kantor akuntan publik di Jakarta Selatan. Data untuk penelitian dikumpulkan dari 6 kantor akuntan publik. Kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 130 kuesioner. Dan yang dapat diolah sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier dan uji korelasi melalui program SPSS versi 22.0. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa locus of control, komitmen profesi, kesadaran etis dan Independensi bila diuji secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku auditor. Hasil penelitian secara simultan locus of control, komitmen profesi, kesadaran etis mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada perilaku auditor yaitu sebesar 0.001, 0.000, 0.047, sedangkan independensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku auditor karena nilai signifikan 0,211>0,005

Abstract

The Islamic capital market shows the investment potential that investors are interested in. Therefore, investors must understand information about stock prices, such as fundamental analysis (ROE, DER, and EPS) and systematic risk that occurs from outside the company (Beta) before deciding to sell or buy these shares. There are differences in theories with the phenomena that occur at this time so it needs further research. The formulation of the problem is to find out whether fundamental analysis (ROE, DER, and EPS and systematic risk (BETA) is able to influence the stock price of a company. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data used are secondary data which is the publication of corporate financial statements The population is all companies listed in the 2016-2018 Jakarta Islamic Index for 44 companies.The sample is determined using the purposive sampling method and 15 samples are obtained.From the results of this study it can be concluded that partially, only ROE and EPS have an effect on stock prices Whereas DER and systematic risk (Beta) have no effect on stock prices. Abstrak Pasar modal syariah menunjukkan potensi investasi yang diminati investor. Oleh karena itu, investor harus memahami informasi mengenai harga saham, seperti analisis fundamental (ROE, DER, dan EPS) dan risiko sistematik yang terjadi dari luar perusahaan (Beta) sebelum memutuskan untuk menjual atau membeli saham tersebut. Terdapat perbedaan teori dengan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini sehingga perlu penelitian lanjutan. Adapun rumusan masalahnya adalah untuk mengetahui apakah analisis fundamental (ROE, DER, dan EPS dan risiko sistematik (BETA) mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga saham suatu perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakana metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang merupakan publikasi laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasinya adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2016-2018 sejumlah 44 perusahaan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 15 sampel. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya ROE dan EPS yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan DER dan risiko sistematik (Beta) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Expedition truck is a vehicle that serves to transfer goods from one place to another. Previously maintenance policy was periodic, depending on the run distance and Run To Failure, maintain the trucks after the occurrence of component damage then system failure. Analysis in maintenance management based on system and critical components do optimize truck performance by using RCM (Reliability Centered Management) method. There are 5 systems in a truck: electrical system, power steering system, cooling machine system, coupling system, and brake system. Interaction and function of the components from each system are analyzed, evaluated the failure mode (FMEA method), and categorized the level of critical damage and adjusted the maintenance time (LTA method). The results of the RCM method for 16 component functions from the 5 systems are 5 component functions with Time Directed (TD), 6 Condition Directed (CD), 3 Failure Finding (FF), and 2 component functions by Run To Failure (RTF).
