EKOMABIS: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on economics, management, and Business Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh ekspedisi Garuda Express Delivery (GED) terhadap kepuasan PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia (Cabang Jakarta). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia (Cabang Jakarta) yang merupakan pelanggan layanan ekspedisi GED. Penelitian berbasis metode kuantitaif, melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling berupa sensus melibatkan divisi Logistik dan SOM (Sales Order Management) sebanyak 28 karyawan. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepuasan konsumen tidak dipengaruhi oleh harga. Pada sisi lain, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality provided by the Garuda Express Delivery (GED) expedition on the satisfaction of PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia (Jakarta Branch). The object of this research is an employee at PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia (Jakarta Branch) which is a customer of the GED expedition service. Quantitative method-based research, through a survey using a questionnaire. The sampling technique is in the form of a census involving the Logistics and SOM (Sales Order Management) division of 28 employees. The data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that consumer satisfaction is not influenced by price. On the other hand, service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction.

Abstract

Pasar modal syariah memiliki peran penting pada sektor keuangan. Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) memiliki tingkatan kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan dengan indeks harga saham lainnya. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi investor untuk berinvestasi pada saham-saham syariah untuk meningkatkan return. Penelitian untuk menganalisis profitabiltias (ROE) sebagai mediasi pengaruh struktur modal (DER) dan tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth) terhadap return saham syariah. Data dari empat belas perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selama periode tahun 2017-2019 dengan metode purposive sampling dianalisis menggunakan model struktural. Profitabilitas memediasi struktur modal terhadap return saham dimana profitabilitas dipengaruhi secara positif oleh struktur modal dan mempengaruhi return saham secara negatif. Profitabilitas tidak sebagai pemediasi karena pertumbuhan aset tidak mempengaruhi laba perusahaan. The syariah capital market has an important role in the financial sector. The Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) which has a better level of performance compared to other stock price indexes. This opens up opportunities for investors to invest in Islamic stocks to increase returns. Research to analyze profitability (ROE) as mediation of the influence of capital structure (DER) and the growth rate of companies (Growth) on the return of Sharia stocks. The research data was obtained from fourteen companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period 2017-2019 with the purposive sampling method analyzed using a structural model. Profitability mediates capital structure on stock returns where profitability is positively influenced by capital structure and negatively affects stock returns. Profitability is not a mediator because asset growth does not affect the company's profit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menguji pengaruh pelatihan, lingkungan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 90 karyawan PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menemukan bahwa variable pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun demikian, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang sama besarnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kebijakan perusahaan pada peningkatan pelatihan dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang baik secara berkelanjutan perlu dilakukan dalam rangka mempertahankan kualitas dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. This study is intended to examine the effect of training, work environment, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. The sample of this research includes 90 employees of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. The analysis found that the variables of job training and work environment had a positive effect on employee performance. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. This study shows that job training and work environment have the same effect on employee performance. Company policies on improving training and creating a good work environment on an ongoing basis need to be carried out in order to maintain quality and improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian menguji model pengaruh kualitas antarmuka terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan variabel mediasi kepercayaan konsumen kepada penjual di aplikasi belanja online Shopee.com. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel konsumen Shopee.com sebanyak 152 orang. Analisis menggunakan model struktural diolah software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas antarmuka tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, kualitas antarmuka berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Kepercayaan memediasi kualitas antarmuka terhadap minat beli konsumen pada aplikasi belanja online Shopee.com, sehingga tanpa kepercayaan maka tidak akan ada minat beli pada konsumen belanja online. The study aims to examine the model of the influence of interface quality on consumer buying interest with the mediating variable of consumer trust in sellers in the Shopee.com online shopping application. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 152 Shopee.com consumers. Analysis using a structural model processed by SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study prove that the quality of the interface has no effect on buying interest, the quality of the interface has an effect on trust, and trust has an effect on buying interest. Trust mediates the effect of interface quality on consumer buying interest in the Shopee.com online shopping application, so without trust there will be no buying interest in online shopping consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji model pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja di PT. Padang Golf Cikarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel karyawan PT. Padang Golf Cikarang sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis menggunakan model struktural diolah software SMARTPLS 3.0. Budaya organsiasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, budaya organsiasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja, tetapi loyalitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, tetapi loyalitas kerja tidak memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja. This study aims to examine the model of the influence of organizational culture on performance with the mediating variables of job satisfaction and job loyalty at PT. Cikarang Golf Course. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of employees of PT. Cikarang Golf Course as many as 40 people. Analysis using a structural model processed by SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study that organizational culture affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects performance, organizational culture affects work loyalty, but work loyalty has no effect on performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on performance, but job loyalty does not mediate the influence of organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap etos kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian adalah karyawan yang berada di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 karyawan sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan model perbandingan struktural (SEM) dengan program perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja, serta etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang optimal maka akan meningkatkan etos kerja sehingga kinerja karyawan pun semakin meningkat. This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on work ethic and its implications for employee performance. The object of research is employees who are in Bekasi Regency. The research sample was 100 employees as respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The analysis uses a structural comparison model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program. The results show that education and training affect work ethic, and work ethic affects employee performance. With optimal education and training, it will improve work ethic so that employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Manajemen organisasi sangat penting untuk ditata dengan baik dan memenuhi stndar internasional agar supaya organisasi bisa bersaing dan hasilnya bisa diterima secara global. ISO9001:2015 sebagai salah satu sistem manajemen mutu sangat perlu untuk di terapkan di organisasi supaya perusahaan bisa bersaing dan memenangkan persainagn secara internasional. Untuk menerapkan ISO 9001:2015 di organisasi diperlukan komitmen pemimpin yang sangat tinggi supaya sistem manajemen mutu itu berjalan dengan baik. Komitmen pemimpin memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Pemimpin yang menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan baik terbukti berhasil dalam menjalankan kepemimpinannya, hal ini berarti pemimpin yang menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila adalah pemimpin yang berkomitment terhadap suksesnya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemimpin yang memahami dan melaksanakan Strategi Manajemen Pancasila terhadap suksesnya implementasi ISO 9001:2015 di organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi literatur terhadap buku, internasional standar dan artikel ilmiah. Penelitian ini menemukan matriks hubungan antara komitmen pemimpin yang di jiwai nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan hasil implementasi ISO 9001:2015. Organizational management is very important to be well organized and comply with international standards, to gain competitive results and accepted globally. As a quality management system, ISO9001:2015 is very important to be implemented to differentiate the organization from international competition, in which such implementation is required a very high leadership commitment to function well of the quality management system. Leadership commitment plays a very important role. Leaders who apply Pancasila values have been proven to be able to successfully execute their leadership, which means that leaders who apply Pancasila values are committed to the success of the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between leaders who understand and implement Pancasila's strategic management to successfully implement ISO 9001:2015 in their organizations. The method used in this research is to study the literature in books, international standards and scientific articles. This study found a matrix of the relationship between the commitment of leaders inspired by Pancasila's values and the results of the implementation of ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

Pengiriman produk ke pelanggan menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan, karena terjadinya masalah seperti belum sanggup memenuhi pesanan dan pelanggan harus menunggu lebih lama dari waktu yang telah dijanjikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan terhadap target yang telah ditetapkan manajemen, penelitian ini bersifat terapan, data laporan dari departemen marketing dan aftersales dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis SCOR. Dari data pengukuran kinerja tersebut, kemudian di benchmark terhadap SCOR Card untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan dalam persaingan bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian dua atribut belum mencapai target yaitu Reliability dan Agility. Berdasarkan hasil benchmarking perusahaan berada diantara kategori advantage dan Best in Class pada atribut responsibility, artinya perusahaan mampu bersaing dalam persaingan bisnis. Diperlukan perbaikan pada atribut yang belum mencapai target agar perusahaan dapat mencapai kategori Best in Class. Delivery of products to customers is a concern for companies because there are problems such as orders not being fulfilled and customers having to wait longer than the promised time. This study aims to measure the company's performance against the targets set by management, in this research is applied. Data of reports from marketing and aftersales departments are analyzed using the SCOR analysis method. The performance measurement data is then benchmarked against the SCOR Card to determine the company's position in business competition. In the results, two attributes have not reached the target, namely Reliability and Agility. Based on the benchmarking results, the company is in the between advantage and Superior category, in attribute responsibility, meaning that the company can compete in business competition. Improvements needed on attributes have not reached the target so that the company can achieve the superior category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui promosi dan testimoni berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dan kepercayan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui variabel mediasi kepercayaan dan testimoni tidak mempengaruhi minat beli. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of promotions and testimonials on buying interest and trust as mediating variables. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The results of this study indicate that promotion has a significant effect on buying interest through the mediating variable of trust and testimony has no effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diantaranya kompensasi dan komunikasi. Kompensasi dan komunikasi yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan, dan akan lebih kuat jika didukung semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komunikasi yang dimediasi semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melalui pendekatan struktural dengan sample karyawan PT. Graha Kerindo yang sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis mengunakan model struktural diolah software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung anatara variabel kompensasi dan variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja melalui semangat kerja. Employee performance in an organization or company is influenced by many factors including compensation and communication. Compensation and good communication will improve employee performance within the company, and will be stronger if supported by employee morale. This research is to find out the effect of compensation and communication mediated spirit on employee performance. This research is through a structural approach with a sample of EMPLOYEES of PT. Graha Kerindo who as many as 50 people. Analysis using structural models processed smartpls software 3.0. The results showed an indirect influence between compensation variables and communication variables on performance through morale.
