Abstract

In general, the purpose of this action research study is to improve learning outcomes of dribbling in a football game through a play approach to physical education. In addition, this study was conducted to obtain information about the application of the play approach for grade VI elementary school students and find out the effectiveness, efficiency and improvement of learning outcomes of dribbling in football games for physical education for 6th grade elementary school students. This action research research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were grade VI students of SD Negeri Janji, North Sumatra. To test the effectiveness of playing approach patterns can be seen from psychomotor data and results of dribbling tests in football games. In the results of the previous learning test (pre-test) obtained 30% of the expected criteria. While the level of effectiveness in the pre-test through the play approach was obtained 70% of the suggested criteria. Then proceed through the pattern of playing approaches in the game of football, the level of effectiveness in the post test obtained 86% of the expected criteria, meaning an increase of 66%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) with a play approach to physical education, students can learn more effectively and efficiently, and improve learning outcomes dribbling. (2) with a play approach pattern, students are more motivated and active in following the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of Smash learning outcomes in volleyball games through reciprocal teaching styles in X students of the Private High School of Dharma Karya in the 2015/2016 school year. The subjects in this study were class X with 32 students. This study uses the Experimental method, After the data is collected and analyzed, the results of the analysis are obtained: (1) from the data of the Pre-test learning results obtained 20 people (62.5%) who have reached the level of mastery learning, while 12 people (37.5 %) has not reached the level of mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 64.4. (2) 28 students (87.5%) of the pre-test achievement test results have reached the level of mastery learning, while 4 people (12.5%) have not reached the level of mastery learning, with an average value of student learning outcomes is 78 , 1. In this case it can be seen that an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from pre-test to pre-testI is an increase in classical completeness by 25%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that through reciprocal teaching styles increases the learning outcomes of Smash in volleyball games for students of the Private High School of Dharma Karya in the 2015/2016 school year.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve the learning outcomes of the side kick by using the application of reciprocal teaching styles to class X students of Hang Tuah High School in the academic year 2015/2016. When the research was conducted in January 2016. Based on student learning outcomes in the pre-test after the first learning achievement test, it can be seen that the initial ability of students in doing Side Kick techniques is still low. From 30 students there are 20 people (67%) who have achieved mastery learning, while 10 people (33%) have not reached mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 76. Whereas in the pre-testI can be seen that the ability of students to test the results of learning classically has increased. Of the 30 students there were 26 people (87%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 4 people (13%) had not reached mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 80. Based on this it can be concluded that learning through the application of reciprocal teaching styles can improve learning outcomes of side kicks in class X students of Hang Tuah Belawan High School in the academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a basic skills test model for exploring the talent of prospective KU soccer athletes from 10 to 11 years which is valid and reliable. This research is a research and development that adapts several research steps proposed by Borg & Gall (2007, p.590) as follows: (1) preliminary studies and data collection, (2) planning of research and development processes, (3) product validation , (4) product trials, (5) product revisions, (6) product implementation. Small-scale trials were carried out on 30 tests, and large-scale trials were carried out on 416 tests using cluster sampling techniques. The validity data analysis technique uses Pearson's Product Moment correlations and reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha test-retest. Z score is used to equalize the unit form. The results of this research and development are in the form of a basic skills test model for talent search for KU soccer athletes from 10 to 11 years old. The test model is appropriate because it is declared valid and reliable, with a calculated value greater than the rtable value. The basic skills test model for talent tracking for KU soccer athletes from 10 to 11 years also produces scoring scales (norms) that are packaged in effective and efficient manuals and tutorials (CDs) and can be used as a guide for trainers on early childhood soccer coaching center in the process of searching for athletes with various levels of giftedness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of handling sports injuries in the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainer. This research was conducted on Sunday, February 14, 2018 at the NPC Secretariat of North Sumatra Province Jl. The 22 nd Example Stadium Medan. The method used in this study is a descriptive descriptive method with the distribution of questionnaires as an instrument to obtain research data. Many of the population in this study were all North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainers, amounting to 8 people, while the sample used was total sampling, meaning 8 people. The results of the study found that 3 responses (37.50%) had knowledge of handling sports injuries is classified as good, 5 respondents (62.50%) have knowledge of handling sports injuries that are classified as moderate. Based on the results of the calculation of the average score of knowledge about handling sports injuries that is equal to 56%, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of handling sports injuries on the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) is classified as Medium.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study was to improve the results of sprinting learning in physical education learning by using the application of the play approach for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 6 Kisaran. This study uses an experimental study. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 6 Kisaran city. This research was conducted with six meetings the results of the average value of students in learning sprint 70 or 60% of students completed, and 40% of students who did not complete. In the second phase which was realized through the actions of the results of reflection from the pre test, the results were an average of 80 or 88% of students completed and 12.5% ​​of students who did not complete. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) With the approach to playing sprint running learning outcomes increase, (2) With the application of the play approach applied through the game helps students improve the learning outcomes of sprint running.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of command and reciprocal teaching styles and arm muscle strength on learning outcomes of shot put. This research was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 2 Kuala Langkat, this study used treatment by level 2 x 2. The sample consisted of 44 students divided into four groups, each consisting of 11 pesilat. The data analysis technique is the analysis of two-lane variance (ANOVA) and then followed by the Tukey test at the significance level α = .05. The results of this study indicate that (1) 1. There are differences in learning outcomes of shot putting between reciprocal teaching styles and command teaching styles. (2) Learning Outcomes Shot of students with high arm muscle strength taught by using reciprocal teaching styles is no better than command teaching style. (3) Learning Outcomes Refuse bullets of students with low arm muscle strength taught by using the command teaching style is better than the reciprocal teaching style. (4) There is an interaction between the Learning Model and Arm Muscle Strength on Shot Ability.

Abstract

The power of leg muscles plays a very important role in the sport of volleyball. Based on preliminary research conducted at Junior high school Negeri 5 Mengwi, it was found that the explosive power of volleyball extracurricular participants was still in the low category. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of jumping a 30 cm bar with a weight of 1 kg on the explosive power of the leg muscles. The research applied was experimental research using experimental research design randomize pre and post test group design. The pure sample in the study amounted to 34 people consisting of 17 people in the control group and 17 people in the treatment group. Based on the discussion, it was found that training to jump a bar as high as 30 cm with a load of 1 kg can increase the explosive power of the leg muscles by 8.80 cm or 20.91%. So it can be concluded that training to jump a bar as high as 30 cm with a load of 1 kg can increase the explosive power of the leg muscles.

Abstract

Olaharaga merupakan salah satu keilmuan yang didukung banyak ilmu lain seperti psikologi. Sepakbola adalah salah satu cabang dalam olahraga, dimana dalam memainkanya membutuhkan kondisi psikis yang baik agar percaya diri juga baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan kondisi psikis dengan percaya diri atlet sepakbola. Desain penelitian non eksperimen dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi psikologi dalam kategori sangat tinggi, percaya diri dalam kategori tinggi sedangkan antara psikologi dengan percaya diri terdapat keterkaitan pada atlet sepakbola. Kesimpulan peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikologi memiliki peranan yang penting dalam kepercayaan atlet sepakbola dalam sebuah permainan.

Abstract

Penelitin ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum adanya tes VO²Max dan tes Kapasitas Vital Paru pada pemandu kuda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat VO²Max dan Kapasitas Vital Paru pemandu kuda taman wisata gunung bromo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Cooper test (lari 2.4 km) untuk mengetahui tingkat VO²Max dan Spirometri untuk mengetahui tingkat Kapasitas Vital Paru dilakukan di laut pasir yang berada di kawasan wisata gunung bromo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemandu kuda Desa Jetak yang berjumlah 15 orang. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tingkat VO²Max pemandu kuda terbanyak ada pada kategori “Sedang” yang berjumlah 12 orang (80%), dan terdapat 3 orang (20%) dengan kategori “Baik”. Sedangkan tingkat Kapasitas Vital Paru pemandu kuda sebanyak 10 orang (67%) dalam kategori “Kurang”, terdapat 2 orang (13%) termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”, dan 3 orang (20%) termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Kurang”.
