Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang peran Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka, dengan mengambil latar belakang peran Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui bebrapa literature yang terkait dengan pokok bahasan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menelaah seluruh data yang diperoleh kemudian di croschek dengan data data lain secara diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa Peranan perpustakaan yang paling utama adalah memberi informasi dari berbagai ilmu dan disiplin ilmu. Oleh karena itu peran perpustakaan sangat sentral dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan Sekolah, Minat Baca Siswa

Abstract

Abstraksi Dalam membentuk sikap disiplin pada anak didik diperlukan sebuah motivasi. Agar anak-anak lebih lebih teratur dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.. Maka dari itu yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh motivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisipilnan belajar anak didik di SDN I Kepuhkembeng Peterongan Jombang. Adapun tujuan yang ingin di capai adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh motivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisipilnan belajar anak didik di SDN I Kepuhkembeng Peterongan Jombang. Dalam penelitian ini di bagi menjadi dua bagian, bagian pertama tentang kajian teori, bagian ke dua tentang kajian empiris. Kajian teori merupakan pembahasan melalui studi kepustakaan, sedangkan kajian empiris diperoleh dari data-data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, interview, dan angket tertutup. Sedangkan penentuan sampel dengan tehnik stratified proporsional random sampling. Dari data yang diperoleh, hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan rumus Chi kwadrat yaitu: Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisipilnan belajar anak didik di SDN I Kepuhkembeng Peterongan Jombang dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan rumus Koefisien Kontingensi (KK) yaitu: Dari hasil penelitian, setelah data dianalisa maka diperoleh kesimpulan ada pengaruh motivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisipilnan belajar anak didik di SDN I Kepuhkembeng Peterongan Jombang. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of teachers in the implementation of the Curriculum 2013, what are the inhibiting factors for teachers in curriculum implementation at MIN 1 Jombang. This study included qualitative descriptive research. In collecting the data, the author uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While for the analysis the author uses data reduction, data presentation, draw conclusions. The results of this study are that the Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 at MIN 1 Jombang in general has gone well starting from the preparation stage to the evaluation phase. Because from the beginning of the appointment of MIN 1 Jombang as the only school at the SD / MI level that uses Curriculum 2013 in Jombang, there is always assistance from the Government regarding the procedures for implementing the Curriculum 2013. Therefore, the school held an enrichment as a form of adding material for class VI students to be better prepared to face the National Examination. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of mutual assistance character education and social care for the community in the construction of the Nurul Hidayah mosque in Purwosari Village, Metro North Subdistrict, Metro City. The data source of this research is the resource person or informant and some literature related to the subject matter of the discussion. The data collection technique uses observation, documentation and interview instruments. While the data analysis techniques use interactive models through the process of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of mutual cooperation character education and social care for the construction of Nurul Hidayah prayer room in Purwosari Village Metro Metro Subdistrict, Metro City, based on mutual cooperation indicators shows that people have good willingness to cooperate and are not selfish. Whereas based on social care indicators show that the community in devotional work can treat other people politely and politely, want to listen to others and not demean others. Abstract

This study aims to find out how far the influence o of the learning of Akhlaq Lil Banin Book on the ethics of santri Diniyah Al-Furqon School in Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Rejoso Peterongan Jombang. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 150 students, consisting of 54 class I students, 50 class II students and 46 class III students. The sample was taken 20% of the total population, namely 30 santri. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, questionare and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques use the product moment correlation formula as follows: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the learning of Akhlaq Lil Banin Book on the ethics of santri Diniyah Al-Furqon School in Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Rejoso Peterongan Jombang is 30.36% or 0.402% (strong enough) and the remaining 69.64% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the study, the teacher is expected to be a role model for the students because what is done by the teacher will be a reflection of ethics / morals for students in everyday life. Abstract

This study aims to determine Character Education Management Development with the Whole School Development Approach (WSDA) in MTs. Babussalam Tambar Jogoroto Jombang using a qualitative approach. This is based on the intention to describe a concrete social reality, so that it is in accordance with the research and its implementation involving the leadership and all available education personnel. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. In this study the data collection techniques used were observation (participant observation), interviews and document techniques (document study). While the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis, namely research data that has been collected, both qualitative data (in the form of exposure to words or sentences) and quantification data (in the form of numbers) will be processed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the development of character education management with the Whole School Development Approach (WSDA) in MTs. Babussalam Tambar Jogoroto Jombang has gone well. This is proven by involving the role and responsibility of all components of education in schools and the participation of parents at home. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of School Principals in Increasing Motivation of Teacher Work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang using a qualitative approach. This is based on concrete social reality, that the motivation of teacher work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang cannot be separated from the role of the School Principals. In this study data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation, the extent to which the results achieved in motivating teacher work, barriers and what efforts were made to increase motivation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative techniques, data analysis that produces detailed descriptions of the situation, events, interactions and behavior of people, in this case is the motivation of the teacher's work. The results of this study indicate that the role of School Principals in increasing the motivation of teacher work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang includes their role as work partners, participants, supporters, giving mandates, making workplaces that are fun and as an example for teachers who can then growing work motivation on teachers at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang. Abstract

This paper discusses the discourse of seeking non-dichotomic integral Islamic scholarship that developed among Muslim intellectuals and its impact on the model of Islamic education institutions, especially in Indonesia. In this case a new scientific paradigm that is integrated is not only required to combine the revelations of God and the findings of human thought, read integralistic holistic sciences, it will not result in understating the role of God or isolating humans so that they are alienated from the surrounding community and environment. This scientific knowledge gap has enough impact on the dynamics of knowledge and its implications in socio-religious life in Indonesian and world society. Abstract

This study aims to examine the verses of Riba in Tafsir al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. To capture the contextual meaning that is formed in the Interpretation, the author considers it important to discuss it in this study. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Considering that this study is about understanding the verses of the Qur'an by analyzing the interpretation of the commentaries, then methodologically this research is categorized as explorative research, meaning understanding the verses of al-Qu'an related to the problem of Riba. The technique of collecting data is documentary study. While the data analysis technique uses critical analytical techniques, with deductive and inductive thinking techniques. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: First; in Surat al-Baqarah: 278, in the word "takwalah and leave it", there is a repetition of the word that makes the sentence ineffective. Therefore, the sentence is changed to "fear Allah and leave the remnants of Riba". Whereas in the phrase "if you truly are believers", there is a waste of words, namely the repetition of words in one sentence. In the opinion of the writer the sentence becomes "if you are truly believers". Second; in Sura Ali Imran: 130, in the opinion of the author the exact word in the phrase "do not eat double usury" is changed to "do not eat usury with multiples". Because the sentence will be an active sentence, and not standard. Whereas in the second sentence, the sentence "so that you may win", is changed to "so that you may win". Because getting is the standard word for the active word "get." Keywords: Usury, Interest Bank, Interpretation of Al-Azhar.
