Abstract

Abstraction Aceh is one of the regions in Indonesia that has special autonomy to implement Islamic law. Islamic law in Aceh was officially declared on 1 Muharam 1423 H to coincide with March 15, 2002. The application of Islamic law can be said to have been carried out thoroughly. However, judging from the existing phenomena, it shows that the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh is only limited to symbols that are far from the substance of Islam. In this regard, the author is interested in studying further about the application of Islamic law in Aceh. The method used in this research is literature study. In this study, the authors formulate several problems that will be studied, to produce the following findings: 1) Implementation of Islamic Law in Aceh; 2) Problems in the Implementation of Islamic Law in Aceh; & 3) Community Participation in Enforcing Islamic Law in Aceh. Abstract

Abstraction This paper focuses on Supreme Court Decision No: 6 p/hum/2020 regarding the requirements for nomination of regional heads in the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. The data used in this study were collected using library research methods. The results of this study conclude that the Supreme Court Decision No: 6 P/HUM/2020 grants the applicant's request in its entirety and cancels the provisions of Article 4 Paragraph (1) Letter P Number 2 PKPU Number 3 of 2017 relating to the limitation of the political rights of the Deputy Governor who to run for regent/mayor. In addition, in siyasa fiqh it is emphasized that a law must be fair and must accommodate the privileges and rights of the community, one of which is the privilege of political rights based on equal rights which is also regulated in Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights Articles 15 and 43. Abstract

Abstraction This study aims to reveal the educational value of the megengan tradition which has been preserved for generations to date in the Sudimoro village community, Megaluh district, Jombang district. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that in this megengan tradition it is used to pray for the elders, the ancestors of the grave experts who have preceded us, and as an expression of gratitude because they are still given a long healthy life and afiat can still meet in the holy month of Ramadan, by bathing in kramas to purify Then a feast is held by exchanging apem (snacks) to welcome fasting, which comes from the Javanese po-so which means Ngeposne Roso (resting the world's happy and sad), these are the values of direct education. Abstract

Abstraction Humans were created by God as individual beings and social beings or social beings. In living their social life, it is undeniable that there will be frictions between groups of people, both related to race and religion. So this study seeks to find a cultural of tolerance between religious communities in Pandemonegoro village, Sukorame sub-district, Sidoarjo district. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation data in the form of literature and the results of previous research. While the data analysis uses data reduction, data display (data display), and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the role of community leaders in forming a culture of tolerance between religious communities in the village of Pademonegoro, Sukodono sub-district, Sidoarjo district was as a channel for the aspirations of their religious people to other religious leaders in an effort to maintain religious harmony in order to reach mutual agreement through deliberation. Abstract

Abstraction This study aims to determine the efforts to instill the values ​​of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyyah at MTs Manba'ul Ulum Kabul, Central Lombok. This research is qualitative by conducting research at MTs Manba'ul Ulum Kabul, Central Lombok. The data collection method is through observation, interviews and intensive approaches with students, while the data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman method which suggests that qualitative analysis is carried out interactively and carried out continuously, namely through reduction, data display and conclusion. drawing or verification. The results of this study indicate that the inculcation of the values ​​of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyyah is carried out through the lecture and discussion method, while the efforts made by inculcating the attitude of tawasut, tawazun and tasammuh as well as doing amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, so as to produce students who have good character, have high tolerance and always be humble in carrying out daily life. Abstract

The context in this research; first, how is the formulation of the vision and mission at SMK Al Ikhlas Kaliboto Tarokan. Second, how is the implementation of the school's vision and mission in forming students with good morals at SMK Al Ikhlas Kaliboto Tarokan Kediri. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research. To obtain the data, the writer used the method of participant observation, interviews, and documentation. This research produces findings: 1). The practice of formulating the vision and mission at SMK Al Ikhlas Tarokan is good because it is based on the needs of the surrounding community and contains a statement of ideals, short, realistic, attractive, easy to remember, easy to trace beliefs. and does not leave the characteristics of the school. 2) Implementation of the school's vision and mission in the formation of akhlaqul karimah at Al Ikhlas Tarokan Vocational School in the Islamic boarding school environment using exemplary methods, advice, motivation, punishment, giving gifts, habituation, supervision, going well and carried out by all teachers, mostly is a boarding school alumnus. Abstract

Abstraction This study aims to determine and describe the influence of audiovisual media on interest in learning Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Mojotrisno Mojoagung Jombang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses quantitative data analysis with the Chi Square formula The results show that based on hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the Chi Square value of X2 is 11.385. And obtained the critical value of Chi Square at a significant level of 5% = 9,488 and at a significant level of 1% = 13,278. This proves that the calculated X2 is greater than the table X2, both at a significant level of 5% and at a significant level of 1%, namely 13,227 < 11.385 > 9.488. For the contingency coefficient (C) = 0.537 and for Cmax = 0.816 by comparing the two values ​​that appear = 0.658 when consulted into the interpretation table, the relationship between the two variables is classified as "Enough". Abstract

Abstraction This study is to find the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the reading skills of the students of MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This research is a qualitative research that uses a psychological and pedagogical approach. The data sources are: primary data and secondary data. The instruments used in data collection are: observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data processed by qualitative analysis by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the supporting factors of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an were, the existence of extracurricular activities of tahfidz Qur'an and adequate facilities and infrastructure. As for the factors that become obstacles, namely, there are still students who have not been able to read the Qur'an, and the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, namely, providing motivation, taking approaches, habituation of tadarrus Al -The Qur'an to students at every hour of the Al-Qur'an Hadith lesson begins, and gives assignments / homework in the form of memorizing surahs related to the material discussed at each meeting. Abstract

Abstraction The city of Blitar is a small city dubbed as the city of Patriarchs which has a culture, namely Grebeg Pancasila, which aims to commemorate the birthday of Pancasila. This research uses descriptive qualitative research in the form of research with case study method. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself, with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation. From the findings of the data, it was found that the Grebeg Pancasila celebration is a cultural ceremony held by the people of Blitar. This was born as a result of social protests from artists and community leaders of Blitar, for fear of historical corruption on June 1 as the birth of Pancasila which was abolished. Grebeg Pancasila was held into five processions, each of which had its own value. Grebeg Pancasila aims to preserve Javanese culture and commemorate the birthday of Pancasila. In addition, the celebration of Grebeg Pancasila has implicit values ​​in it, namely the value of togetherness in the Blitar community, mutual cooperation, living in harmony and peace with mutual respect for religious differences and each person's background. Abstract

Abstraction Cultural acculturation is a combination of cultural elements by a person or even a group of people against other cultures as a result of the interaction between these cultures by not leaving the original cultural elements. This cultural acculturation can occur in traditional ceremonies, traditions, and building architecture. This study examines the acculturation of Islamic, Javanese and Chinese cultures in Pesarean Gunung Kawi, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study is to (1) describe the nature of cultural acculturation, (2) describe the forms of acculturation of Islamic, Javanese and Chinese culture in Pesarean Gunung Kawi, Malang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Researchers used Youtube videos to get research data. The data collection technique used is the note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an acculturation of Islamic, Javanese, and Chinese cultures in Gunung Kawi, Malang Regency.
